Range of interesting a fun products with superfast delivery
If you are looking for an interesting and different product or present for someone then checkout firebox as they will likely have it and if you need it quickly then definitely order it as I have ordered products at 4pm and had them delivered by 8am the next morning!

Great products.
I love receiving Firebox emails and going on the website. They have an interesting range of products, and they don't annoy me with a barrage of emails.
No issues when I have ordered with them in the past.

Excellent service
Descriptions on the site matched what was delivered. Site was easy to navigate and ordering simple. Delivery was prompt and well packaged. Prices very competitive.

Amazing Products and Service!
Products are crazy and fun!
Service is OUTSTANDING - I ordered Wednesday for Friday delivery, dispatched Wednesday evening, Thursday afternoon I was told I had to work so a quick call to Firebox and my parcel was re-routed to my work address. Totally effortless and so helpful!
One word of warning - their prices are quite high. Shop around before buying as you may save a packet!

No customer serice
I ordered 2 items which were sent on 5 December, they never arrived. I have allowed extra time because of the weather and then sent many emails to Firebox but they have not replied to them. I have now asked for a refund but I guess that I will need to get that from my credit card company. I am sure they are a great company until things go wrong, then they do nothing. Be aware.

5 star site, 1 star delivery service...
I LOVE Firebox, and would probably spend all my money there if I didn't need to eat, or pay a mortgage.
HOWEVER, they use CityLink as their courier, and as a result there is always a very real risk that anything I order will turn up late, broken or not at all. If they changed this one aspect of their business, it would be 5 stars all the way!

gift finder is awesome
Really like this site, mostly for the gift finder which I think is brill. Like the way you can change the search options and it displays all the gifts accordingly.
