Extremely poor service

I joined First utility because of their advertising the roll out of 'Smart Meters',two years later and they have now stated that the roll-out is not going to happen.My rate was changed to a different rate without my knowledge and despite providing online meter readings my bills are still being estimated,attempted to contact them but am getting an automated reply stating 'Due to an unprecedented level of interest, responses are taking longer than usual-We will do our best to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible. Currently this may take up to 10 working days' poor,poor service-avoid at all costs
