A notice board to be noticed!!!
Was looking for a board that had a bit more "class" so surfed around until I found this one which was nice looking as well as fit for purpose. The standard delivery was beyond my belief - got it the next day and was informed every step of the way of it's journey and subsequent arrival - so rare in this day and age (unless you pay a premium) Very impressed and have no hesitation in recommending both the product and service highly

Easy to use website with huge choice of products
A friend suggested using magnets to hold bits and pieces whilst using my wood lathe, so I bought a small pack. I hadn't realised just how versatile they can be, nor had it occured to me to glue them to my wooden bench. So I bought another pack. Very good service, speedy well packed delivery. Reason for not 5 stars - price went up huge amount making them quite expensive, so I didn't buy extras to keep in stock.

Perfect service could not ask for any more.
The only thing I thought of which could be an issue; was ; If I had ordered some very large magnets or heavy magnets It could have been a problem for anyone with a pacemaker !!
I know you put a warning label inside the packaging but if a postman or neighbour takes in a parcel he could be unwittingly putting himself at risk. If he follows health and safety guidelines and carry's the parcel close to his chest.

North south was really east west
The magnets I ordered were F75103 75 x 10 x 3mm. I thought they would be north at one end and south the other. Unstead the sides were that. There was no indication on your website.
Very disappointed.

The product you have received is correct based on our product description and how you detailed the magnet. I believe you were actually wanting a ‘bar’ magnet, where the poles are on each end rather than the rectangular faces.

Fast Accurate an fun
I bought some rare earth magnets on a 3 to 5 day delivery and was astonished when my wife phoned me at work to say that a box had arrved for me. Score 5* for delievery speed.
Score another 5 for the product and a special 5 Stars goes to the website design, which not only displays the products available, but explains in non-technical terms the use and technology of magnets. probably one of the best thought out I've seen recently.

we bought these magnets - F505020F - 50 x 50 x 20mm thick (C8 Grade 3) Ferrite
Magnet - 8kg Pull (x1) (L19/O) to hold up polythene sheeting against steel rails in our paintshop at work to cover the walls and keep them clean, the paintshop houses a commercial vehicle in for painting, we have used 50 of these magnets around and they are great - it means we can change the sheeting easily when it gets dirty

Fast service and great products
I bought the mixed packs to try out how these magnets could be used in gaffing ordinary objects, and I'm utterly gobsmacked. The range of magnets supplied is perfect (a magician put the packs together perhaps?).

Very attractive service !
Apart from a minor glitch on the on-line ordering site, this has been an excellent transaction. My problem was addressed as soon as the office opened after my e-mail and that both impressed and reassured me.
The goods arrived well packed, with very clear (frightening?) instructions/advice. I have not encountered magnets with such a strong field before.
If magnets are needed again in the future I know exactly where to go.

Vast Range, Excellent Customer Service!
I needed some magnets to fix a warped gate. Ended up buying more as the site had so many it triggered many ideas! Order arrived promptly and gate fixed! Slight problem with the order (one magnet missing) but do not let this put you off. Customer service was excellent with an apology (none was needed as these things happen but it was nice) and missing magnet sent same day via courier with no cost to me. I will definately shop with them again once I finalise my ideas!

Great service with a great product
It was a pleasure to find exaclty what I was looking for to reinforce the seal on my fridge door. The magnets did exactly what they said on the tin and arrived 36 hours after I ordered them. I bought the 10mm by 2mm neodymium north and south magnets which I could screw directly to the fridge door and they each provide 1kg of closure - it worked a treat.and stops the condensation in the fridge now it is getting warmer. They took 15 minutes to fit. I now have 16 spare magnets (8 north and 8 south) and am wondering what else to close with them!
