Order confirmation said I would receive email when order was dispatched . No email and although site says orders before 1400 dispatched same day ,mine took 3 days before dispatch according to post mark.

I must firstly apologise that you did not receive an order confirmation. We have recently moved to a brand new e-commerce platform which inevitably will have one or two glitches. However, we are pleased to see that the majority (if not all) useability errors have now been amended.
I can confirm that your order was dispatched on the 3rd September (as the order missed the cut off time for the 2nd September).
We can only apologise if the delivery service offered by Royal Mail was slower than normally expected. We always do try our absolute best to ensure quick, speedy deliveries but we are in the hands of the couriers when the parcel leaves our warehouse.
We will certainly take on board your feedback and double check any glitches with our confirmation emails are correct.
