This is one of those rare times when a web site is all good news. I should have asked for advice before I ordered but didn't. Despite this treated on the phone in helpful, pleasant way. I don't write reviews as a rule but I can really recommend this firm. If in the slightest doubt talk to them before ordering, lots of goodwill and very helpful.

I called First4 magnets as I was struggling to find a solution to a washer door rattling around. The response was very prompt and advice given was a great solution and not expensive. I ordered the magnets right away and they arrived very soon after.

Service excellent, quality of some magnets less so
Easy to use website, great range of products with good descriptions. However 3 of the magnets I bought had broken in half within the first week so I've got to start again and look for a better quality product

One stop shop for magnet needs do not look anywhere else
Having looked around DIY stores all over for some powerful adhesive backed magnets to act as catches for some troublesome metal heavy duty drawers I found what I needed in just a couple of minutes on First4magnets. Very fast delivery and an excellent product.

Great response slightly disappointed product
I have used your company previously and was impressed with the speed of delivery and the product. With this in mind I chose the same product as before for my current project, but although the magnets stick to the metal frame as expected, unfortunately the 'glue' to stick the magnets in place is not strong enough, thus meaning I have to keep repositioning them when they come away, very frustrating.

Great services!
Quick delivery - they tell you (and text you) with a date and very reasonable time range for when the parcel will be delivered. Unlike other UK companies, I didn't have to take an entire day off of work just to receive my parcel! The magnets are to spec and properly packaged. Good work First4Magnets!

A first class service and a fantastic product
You claim they are powerful magnets and I was not disappointed. We dropped our keys down a road gully but with the super magnet I found them in no time saving us a big bill for new keys. The only problem is, now the kids want an even bigger super strength magnet!

Good and quick service but didn't use the product in the end
The shopping experience was simple, the service was good and quick. Although the product didn't work what we needed it for - we had small magnets to stick on the magnetic sheet but they didn't stick. Trying before you buy would have been a good idea!

Truly the FIRST place I look for magnets.
Website has lots of good information about types of magnets and each specific product. E.g. how much pulling power, where the poles are, plating detail, temperature spec.
Very quick to navigate to the product I need. And very quick to get the products in my hand for prototyping.
Unusually the price seems to be much the same for small quantities (£10 worth) as large (£10,000 worth) - good for experimentation but bear in mind when forecasting the cost of production quantities.

Exceptional Customer Service
I placed an order for some A4 Magnetic Sheets. The order was acknowledged, I was advised when it was dispatched and offered the option of delivering to a neighbour instead. I was given an hour's time slot for delivery the very next day and one minute into that hour there was a knock at the door and there was my parcel! Excellent in every way - I cannot fault!
