Good and quick service but didn't use the product in the end
The shopping experience was simple, the service was good and quick. Although the product didn't work what we needed it for - we had small magnets to stick on the magnetic sheet but they didn't stick. Trying before you buy would have been a good idea!

Truly the FIRST place I look for magnets.
Website has lots of good information about types of magnets and each specific product. E.g. how much pulling power, where the poles are, plating detail, temperature spec.
Very quick to navigate to the product I need. And very quick to get the products in my hand for prototyping.
Unusually the price seems to be much the same for small quantities (£10 worth) as large (£10,000 worth) - good for experimentation but bear in mind when forecasting the cost of production quantities.

Exceptional Customer Service
I placed an order for some A4 Magnetic Sheets. The order was acknowledged, I was advised when it was dispatched and offered the option of delivering to a neighbour instead. I was given an hour's time slot for delivery the very next day and one minute into that hour there was a knock at the door and there was my parcel! Excellent in every way - I cannot fault!

Inaccurate dimensions lead to disappointment.......
We ordered 24mm dia. (with M5 tapped hole) Samarium Cobalt high-temp pot magnets on an urgent delivery. Very impressed with the delivery - arrived early the following day.
However, 24mm dia. measured 25mm and the M5 tapped hole was actually M4.
We had already designed the mating parts to suit the dimensions provided and therefore were forced to make last-minute design changes to accommodate the error.
A costly exercise on our behalf.

Quality product with prompt delivery
I frequently buy the Gloss White Flexible A4 Ferrous Sheet from first4magnets. It is a high quality product which I use to stick my car bumper stickers to. By attaching them to the magnetic sheets, cut into small rectangular strips, which I have also obtained from first4magnets, I can attach my bumper stickers to the rear of my car, but also remove them when I am not using the car. Quality product with excellent next day delivery at a low cost.

I would be happy to tell friends about the excellent product, good service and reasonable price. I have just read the comment below and suggest the wrong magnet was ordered. Those I purchased are far more powerful than I expected and better than larger ones ordered from elsewhere by my car club, which did not fit as well as these I bought from First4.

magnets i ordered not powerful enough for my magnetic board.
Good, quick delivery but really disappointed that these magnets don't work on my Cathedral Products magnetic board. Can't be bothered to send them back. I chose this firm as it seemed to specialise in 'powerful' magnets.
