Would never use this company again promised an excellent resort with family facilities - dumped in the next hotel down the road what a joke!!
Flew out on a very tatty plane, Staff were excellent though, hotel was fantastic, pick up for return flight left us with 10 minutes to spare at the airport,no time for duty free, all in all a good company to book with, upgraded planes would make things a whole lot nicer
I have travelled with Firstchoice long and short haul. The planes are comfortable and clean, cabin crew always friendly and helpful, accomodaion exactly as it says in the write ups and reps who are always at hand! what more could you want?
The Maldives holiday was fantastic with the location being the best we have seen.
The bits the brochure doesn't mention are all the extras and the price of everyday items to the captive holidaymaker.
The guide should show the price of one cocktail, one pack of bandages. a pack of paracetamol, a snorkel and flipper set, a balinese massage.
Use a template for every Maldivian island so customers can compare the bits you don't normally tell them.

I always get what i want when i go here, was recommended by the travel agent a few different places and everyone was great. Flights, transfers, hotel etc etc was all as expected - brilliant!
Been with them a few times now. Use Blackpool office. Love the attitude and service tailored to my needs. Rather use them than the internet or other travel agents. Go back for the service we receive.
staff in their shop were helpful, meeting the price that first choice quoted on-line. All info and tickets sent proptly and without any problems
Easily the best bar none my family has ever holiday'd with, Mexico, Egypt and Jamaica and all first class service, would never use anyone else...you get what you pay for
My experience of first choice is one of value. The holiday we had was not expensive and the location pleasant. Booking was easy and we had few complaints at all about the overall holiday. The pictures in the brochure were a little misleading, but it certainly was value for money and overall an enjoyable experience.

more than just a good value for money. only problem i have had with them are the usual extra trips and excursions when already on holiday - a bit pricey!!!
went to majorca and got dropped off at the hotel back door so it felt. a small hut to sign in and receive the keys for our room. settled in and went for a walk only to find that coaches were dropping people off at the front of the hotel. these people were german and scandnavian. the hotel seemed to cater more for them than the british. have doubts about booking with first choice again. checked first choice site and the hotel is no longer on there books or so it seems.
i used first choice when i went on my honeymoon and the flight was appalling on the way there i found the staff to be rude and unhelpful and on the way back the plane was dirty i got to my seat and sat down only to get covered in melted chocolate which covered my seatbelt and chair
when i spoke to someone about this they really didn't seem that bothered and didn't even give me anything to clean it with so i spent the whole 10 hour flight uncomfortable and covered in chocolate!

Just back from a recent holiday with Thomsons (same group), the holiday was excellent, but there flights are terrible, very little leg room ( I fly about 50 times a year with my job so I can compare with KLM and BA flights), the seat was uncomfortable, the seat base was warn well below replacement levels. But worst of all, they even charge you for a drink of water.
One other matter is excursions, the rep advised us that public transport was not possible to visit Pompei/vesuvius from our resort and the charged us 78 euros for 2 people for transport only, I found out 2 days later we could have done the trip via public transpot and a free transfer between pompei and vesuvius for 32 euros for 2 adults and the journey would have only been 30 mins longer, this would have also allowed us to say in Pompei longer than the 2.5 hours we got with a guide that did not have a clue and made things up that contridicted the guide book purchased.
Excellent customer service, reasonably priced holidays. Good rates of exchange, what more could you asked for ?
i always use first choice when travelling i have tried other companies but always go back to first choice a bit more expensive but well worth it. i went to Brazil with them hotel was fantastic . i would recommend to anyone
Two out of my last four holidays were Firstchoice holiidays and on the whole I was really quite impressed. The booking of the holiday and the actual accomadation when we arrived was great both times, exactly as described! The resort reps were really helpful and stuck to their allotted times in different complexes. Only niggles were - how difficult it was to get extra footroom on the flights, being 6ft 4! And also the airport transfers from Destination Airport to resort were not well organised, signposted or managed! Otherwise, excellent tour operator who I will use again!

I have chosen First Choice and they promised good flight and holiday and they said you will enjoy your self and yes i did enjoy my self.

I took my first hol with them 37 years ago (6th Jun 73,2wks FB, Portinatx, Ibiza, cost £56 !) I reckon I've taken more than 60 hols with them over the years - and NEVER been let down. I've only taken maybe 20 hols in total with all their competitors. TUI aren't perfect, nothing in this world is, but they are the best of all the travel firms. They have good staff, good hotels, nice planes, and they do actually try hard to please customers.
