This company really delivers on service.
Their website is easy to use and they honoured their promise to match any lower price found elsewhere. I was fully updated by email as the package was dispatched and the watch arrived by courier the next day.
So they live up to their name!

Arrived spot on time!
Brilliant service. It just doesn't happen in today's manic rush-about world.
I espied the watch that I had been dreaming about for years and started to surf to find a deal. First Class watches were chosen and duly obligated, they processed my order in rapid time. Every part of the process [delivery] was monitored and the watch duly arrived the next day.

First Class Watches. First Class For Service.
I ordered my watch in the morning through their very user friendly website. The price being the most competitive I saw online and believe me I did check thoroughly.
Then after I had placed my order I was regularly given updates via emails and their text service (nice addition) in regards to the status of my order. My watch arrived the very next morning.
Brilliant no fuss company to deal with. Does exactly what their name suggests. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Best online price and far cheaper than shop prices.. Ordered very late Thursday and it arrived Saturday am, even with "Christmas post"!. You really cant fault that! I would certainly recommend First Class Watches to anyone!

Great Service
I ordered a Rotary Watch for my husband's Birthday. I ordered it on Tuesday afternoon and received it on Wednesday morning. Great service. I also spoke to a sales person who was very helpful, offered to take my order, although I declined this offer and ordered from the website. Very easy to use the web site. The watch is wonderful everything I had hoped it would be and I saved £80 on the cost from my local jeweller.

The clue is in the name with this site.... FIRST CLASS!!!! I ordered my watch from them during the afternoon and it arrived as promised during the morning next day. I couldn't find my watch cheaper anywhere, their site is simple to use and the selection of watches is second to none - as is their service....!! Can't be beat, first for everything!
I ordered my Citizen Radio Controlled Red Arrows Titanium Skyhawk online, from the United States. It was dispatched same day, and I had it less than 2 weeks later, no problem with customs either! Their website was easy to use, and their communication swift and helpful. I love the fact that the UK VAT was automatically deducted from the purchase price, as the sale was for an overseas customer. Well done guys, not many companies offer that special touch. I'll certainly use you again when I purchase watches in the future, you leave the rest far behind!

Just Brilliant
Bought a Seiko chronometer, ordered approx 1530hrs on Mon it was deivered at 1000hrs the next day! Price was the best i could find anywhere, and believe me as a "poor old pensioner"!!l, i did a lot of checking. So as stated "just brilliant"

Great prices - even greater service
I bought a Seiko Moon Phase Kinetic SRX004P1 from First Class Watches recently. The watch is fantastic (of course, it's a Seiko) and even better than it looked on the site. I chose First Class Watches because they were a UK based official Seiko Dealer and they were £25 cheaper than the so-called biggest and best watch website.
The online order I placed was promptly and courteously acknowledged then shipped out on the same day. It arrived with me well before the delivery time deadline the following morning. I will definitely use this Company again and would heartily recommend them.

What can I say....
What can i say... I think there service deserves all the good review they get, I was a first time buyer from the site and I am 110% happy with everything the watch is everything i wanted, the price was £30 cheaper than anywere else, the dispatch & delivery was more than fast enough and the customer service is five star!
I have and will recommend them to any of my freinds and will recommend them to any one.

It's a First Class Service!
It’s my first purchase at first class watches, and like some of the other reviewers I was a bit worried as they were much cheaper than other websites, but no need too, as they are an authorised dealer. I received the watch next day, by royal mail special delivery all nicely packaged with labels attached and the warranty card stamped.
Their communication are top class , friendly and helpful over the phone and they even send a text to your phone if there are any issues with payment ( credit card validation) and most importantly delivery details. It’s a nice touch because you not always near a computer during work hours; it helps speed up the process if there are issues.
I would definitely recommend them to friends and purchase from them again. A very good online shopping experience.

First Class service
Excellent Customer Service. This is the second watch I have bought from First Class watches. I was a little nervous with the first purchase because the price was the lowest, and significantly lower than other websites. But the items have been in perfect condition (including the presentation boxes) and customer service is excellent. Item elivered the day after I placed the order online and preceded by an email confirming delievery and the courier reference number. Highly recommend ! thsi is my first choice site when looking for watches.

The clue's in the name...
First Class Watches live up to their name 100%. I chose a Solar Powered Seiko watch a few days before Xmas. Next day, as promised, before 1pm and the watch was on my wrist.
Well packaged, bubble wrapped parcel, kept well informed, by email, from order acceptance to dispatch with delivery tracking number.

IT'S ALL IN THE NAME ('FIRST CLASS')
After much searching and deliberation, eventually decided upon the Casio Edifice Wave Ceptor EQW-M1100DB-1AER (EQW-M1100DB-1AER). Of equal importance as finding the right watch, was making sure I purchased it from the right retailer. Well I'm glad to say that aswell as having a great piece of mechanical engineering ...I also made the right choice of retailer with First Class Watches.
In a word? ...BRILLIANT!!

What a start!
I wanted a top quality gift for my husband and after browsing came upon FCW. Great website layout, felt comfortable in buying an expensive item from them and was not disappointed. Excellent service from First Class watches. Dispatch of my watch was very fast and it arrived the next day. The watch and case were well protected to ensure no damage could occur in transit.
I bought a Citizen Radio Controlled Perpetual Calendar Chronograph AT4008-51E and First Class watches offered the best possible price. They offer to try and match anybody else anyway!
