Super happy with my new Fitbit Flex, just until my wristband broke and I almost lost it after 2 months.
The Wristband is simply in to poor quality and that's no good.
Fitbit sent a new wristband, but it did not solve the problem, because I wanted the money back - it was not possible because my purchase was over 30 days old. So I proposed an 'upgrade' to a Fitbit Force (I would pay the difference), where I know the wristband is integrated with the device - it was not possible.
Now I just hope that others wont achieve the same disappointment as I, when buing the apparently "amazing" Fitbit Flex
