Fantastic product (ordered a Proform 400 ZLE Cross Trainer)

Partner was gonna fix it up but didn't have time as he was going away to work and guess what.......I managed to fix it together with the help of a friend, no problem. It was a breeze, just follow the instructions. The only thing I have to say against the product was there was no cable for MP3/Ipod included but I will be on the phone for that. Definitely recommend this company and if I ever need anything else I will be back to them first. Oh and the machine also has IFIT technology for personal trainer programs.....Brilliant!

Quality product at a very good price from 'Fitness Sale'.

My new Proform 905 was delivered within a couple of days of ordering and I'm really pleased with it and the service from 'Fitness Sale'. This was half the original price and £100 +pounds less than any other suppliers on the internet. The tread mill it's self has many refinements on one my Son in Law paid a simila price for. It is iFit live compatable and it would have been nice to have the modual included in the package as other suppliers seem to do.

7-10 day delivery....it was here in 3 days.....even the packaging was superior.....shrink wrapped nuts&bolts named,no. & clearly labelled, even a small pkt of grease as reqd!

Hard to get a Company that provides brilliant customer service at half the price..

I ordered a Multi Gym at a saving of £300. I was told box was damaged...when it arrived the box had a slight rip in it but nothing I would look twice at. Nothing was damaged or missing in the box and it was delivered in 7 working days. Will be using this company again... My Gym has now been put together with my own hands, just got to start using it now...lol..

Dreadful

After sales customer service is a sham. They want to charge me to fix my treadmill that was broken when I got it out of the box. This has been going on for weeks - I have had to chase them constantly. Also was sold ifit which doesn't work unless you chase them for an upgrade account - lots of bother, lots of chasing. Plus it is only a subscription for a year which they don't tell you at the time of purchase.

Brilliant Service

I bought a cross trainer from Fitness. The machine is fantastic and the service was great. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

could be excellent but rubbish customer service has let you down.

I bought a multi gym on the first of feb this year that was amazing and excellent for the money it's now the second of March and my missing part has still not turned up :-( customer service was made aware of the problem. They have posted it but it was stolen out of box (great courier service) have let customer services know but nothing. So just be aware of courier and customer service.
Did not want to write this bad review but after numerous phone calls and getting nowhere I had no choice. Should of got 5 stars as sales team were more helpful.

Hassle free purchase

I recently purchased a multi gym which was open box stock. i was a little worried about what condition it would arrive in , but I knew that it might have some cosmetic damage and the box might have been open.
I needn't have worried, delivery was taken five days after ordering and on inspection I found the box to be unopened and every thing inside the box to be in its original packaging and in brand new condition.
I would recommend this company as a pleasure to deal with.

Unbeleivable value great service.

When i found the site i was at first very unsure as prices so low and described as ex-demo ,refurbished or open returns. I expected the treadmill to be marked in some way. When it arrived ( ordered Sunday arrived Thursday ) I was delighted to find no marks, it is in pristine condition. I highly recommend Fitness Sale, their prices can not be beaten and the service is first class .

The delivery was 3 hours out of the time window given, the delivery men would now wait for us to unpack to check item delivered in good order, they just wanted my initials and signature on everything s they wanted to go. We unpacked immediately and found product substantially damaged in three places despite packaging. I am assuming damage caused by bad handling and storing contrary to advice on given clearly onouter packaging. no receipt invoice received.

Very good service and very good product

Purchased treadmill online at very good price. I was expecting a few marks and scratches as I asummed it would be a returned item. However the treadmill was pristine and new. Recieved a call arranging delivery date and a text the day before with a three hour time window (7.30 -10.30) . arrived just before 10.30, and the treadmill was delivered into the house to the room of my choice. No problems or hic-cups anywhere. Very happy. Assembly was ok - read the instructions - a bit fiddely at times.

Quality!!!!

After being sceptical about the website, I decided to read through the trust pilot reviews, ring them (to hear their response, attitude, etc) and mail them to see what happens.

On the phone, totally knowledgable and non-selling (made me feel at ease), e-mail response was very quick and informative without pushing and overall, the reviews were good....so I took the plunge.

Still with a little niggle in my mind, I went for PayPal as a safe option....the niggle was unnecessary.

I ordered the product on the Wednesday morning, received my phone call about the delivery on the Friday, my text on the Sunday confirming a 3.5 hour delivery slot and on the Monday, it arrived at 9:20am...smack bang in the middle of the delivery slot. From order to delivery, less than 5 calendar days!!! Absolutely brilliant service and have no doubts that I will be using Fitness-Sale again. All-round 100%.

I also have no doubt about their aftercare. They have been in contact with me since the purchase to say thanks for my order and to check all is ok.

Would totally recommend!

The service was not as expected. Instead of the product shipping within 2 days, as promised on the web site, it only shipped after 9 days and an enquiry. I also did not receive any explanation or apology for the delay.

Very good service. They did what they said they said they would, including delivery on time even when there was terrible weather including heavy snow. Very polite delivery drivers. All in all a very happy customer.

OK service but subtle changes could have made it better.

I bought an exercise bike a couple of weeks ago. The transaction was easy via the internet and I received confirmation of my order quickly. Problems arose when my scheduled delivery was cancelled. Bear in mind that the company that handles the delivery is not the same company that sells the stock - this is what I was told when I phoned customer services.

The delivery company phoned to tell me that the delivery truck had broken down so the despatch would occur the following day. I had originally scheduled for Sunday so I wouldn't have to take a day off work and this meant the delivery would now be on Monday. Add to this was that they couldn't tell me if it would be an Am or PM delivery until the same day of dispatch so I would have to take the whole day off. Being a temp I don't get paid if I don’t work so this was mildly annoying to say the least, but hey, things happen so you just have to take it in your stride. I received a text message on Monday stating the delivery would be between 9am - 13:30 that day, but by 13:30 when nothing had arrived I decided to give them a call. I was told that I would not receive the item as it had not been put on the truck. They did not say why, but stated it would definitely be delivered on Tuesday. Once again they couldn't say if it would be an am or pm till the delivery day, so I was forced to take yet another day off work.

Ultimately the item was delivered on Tuesday and I am happy with it, but as it stands the money I have lost from days I have not been at work amount to more than the cost of the item (£250).

I did speak to Fitness-Sale on each day the item didn't arrive to convey my disappointment and they were genuinely sorry and apologetic, but the attitude was one of "there is nothing we can do, its down to the delivery company". That said, they did actually contact the delivery company on my behalf to find out what had happened, but the information I received was more or less the same as when I phoned the delivery company direct and therein lays the problem.

It really isn't good enough to have to deal with a separate entity when you purchase something, regardless of whether delivery is handled is handled in house or not. I paid for my item immediately but had very little recourse when it didn't arrive... other than to wait, even cancelling the order at that point would have put me out of pocket. I accept the first delivery failure as unfortunate circumstances, but I never did find out why my bike was left off the truck on the second failed delivery day. The delivery company said they couldn't (or wouldn't ) make a special delivery as all trucks were loaded in the morning only.

I realise it was not the fault of Fitness-sale, but I never really got the impression that they were prepared to do anything more than give me an apology and that for me isn't really good enough, especially considering I had not one, but two failed deliveries, and I am out of pocket by some margin having made the purchase from them. I think they 'should' have had the item couriered to me on the second day.

Good prices, excellent products & 1st Class Service.

I found this company after a very poor experience with one of their competitors! After cancelling that order I found these guys, saved my self over £60; got the item delivered and in use b4 the others could even arrange the previous order cancellation docs.
Only comment; the Company should ensure that telephone calls are not made from 'Number Withheld' lines since more & more people are not accepting 'Number Withheld' calls.

I ordered.this item.online.and over a week later I had to contact the company.to ask.about delivery. Delivery was then arranged. It was delivered within the time.scales. I felt that I could been contacted sooner to let me know how my order was being progressed.

Internet Shopping Perfection!

As per the Reviews I'd read on this Site, before pruchasing; all I can do is echo your other Customers! The ProForm 290spx Exercise Bike was almost half-the-price, of other Suppliers on the Net and your Delivery System was perfect...I was contacted by 'phone after placing the Order & offered a range of Delivery dates!! Then,as promised, a Text came thro' the Evening before at exactly 5.30pm to confrim details. Your Driver rang me on the Mobile, the next morning, saying he's be there "within 15-20mins" which he was!! It was lifted-off their Lorry and placed in our House,by two samrtly-dressed guys. The final piece of good news, was that there was a bit of dust on top of the Box, but apart from that it was unmarked and the Bike was pristine!!!

Wow would be the best way to describe my service with fitness - sale I got an absolute amazing deal saving tones off the rrp for open box stock and you would never had known it was I'm really please anyone even thinking of buying from them have 100% confidence there customer support was great and I received my item earlier than scheduled really really pleased thanks very much.

Machines look amazing

Machines arrived bang on time. Everything was well packaged and the drivers were quite helpful

Some of the instructions were a little confusing and it would have been helpful if the part numbers referred to in the manual had been stuck on to the parts. But that's only a minor irritation. I ordered the multi gym and the x trainer it took about 8 hours to build both times. But that's because I made a couple of errors. I like the look of the equipment and it feels robust. I suppose time will tell if its strong enough. But it does feel strong when assembling it. I would recommend this company to my friends as they keep their word And do exactly what they say they will. And believe me this is so refreshing in this world. Ten out of ten for customer support.

Great prices, super fast delivery - Proform 290 SPX spin bike

The exercise spin bike that I bought was the best price that I found on the Internet, the delivery service was superfast and very convenient with delivery options that covered weekend days as well, which is very unusual. 10/10 for product, price, service and convenience .

The spin bike itself is excellent quality, I was looking at second hand gym bikes, which were very expensive and generally not in great condition. I bought this bike after reading some reviews and taking a leap of faith.
I ride mountain bikes and was looking for something to train on, this bike fits the bill perfectly and I would recommend to anyone else.
