A reliable, well organised and professional company.

Great product delivered quickly

Outstanding service under our very tight deadlines
Used Flashbay for the first time and was up against an incredibly tight deadline. Every element of the service we received was efficient, professional with a real focus on our needs. When working to such a tight timeframe, communication was key and Mark kept me up to date through the entire process so was always confident we would hit our deadline.

Excellent service and quality products

Outstanding service!

Very professional
We have been very pleased with Mark's response to our request which he has actioned each time in a timely manner. We were disappointed that he couldn't do much more with the prices but understand the prices fluctuate quite a lot.

flashby really helped me deliver a high quality USB for a massive event
I contacted Flashbay after a previous company had let me down on delivery turn around times and Ross was very very quick to send me through quotes and also helped me edit my artwork so that it fit into new template (my designer was also away that day so I was very stressed!). He helped me negotiate down on price and quantity I needed and he even managed to deliver the USB's one day before he said! We really love the quality and look of our USB's and we think they will go down really well for our press events we have next week. Ross was an excellent sales person!

Quality Quality Quality!!
Quality says it all! Quality products and Quality service. I cannot recommend Flashbay enough. I have had experience using other providers with miserable results.

well, the guy Jeremy seemed cool, freindly and co-operative
sent me a demo box with harribos - always a good start
chased me a little while later to see if of any interest, and i said i needed a few weeks to get back to him (he want pushy or hard-selling)
told them what i wanted, sent me a few proofs, had to change a few times - then perfect on the 3rd go

Great Account Manager! Great Customer Service! Fast Shipping! Top Notch Company!
I've completed a couple of orders with Flashbay and everything has gone great so far. The cards arrived in perfect condition and the service was great. My account manager (Lisa) was extremely nice and supportive. If your are looking for memory sticks this the only company you should go with.

unbeatable quality & service - amazing
I first found Flashbay about 2 years ago whilst looking for corporate gifts. I ordered a sample set and received possibly one of the best presented samples I have ever had.
It was only recently that I placed my order with Flashbay for 50 memory sticks printed with our logo to take to a trade show. I uploaded my artwork via the website and made my request for quotation. Shortly after my quote arrived with a visualisation of my product. So, not only did I place my order I increased it from 25 to 50pcs.
The delivery time was expected to be 6 Days from payment - in actual fact they arrived within 5 days.
Along the entire process the communication from my account manager Lisa, was brilliant.
I would not hesitate to recommend Flashbay to anybody!
The USB Memory sticks were well received at the trade show, I will be ordering more soon!

Excellent Service from Lisa Bowers
We sent enquiries to 3 companies supplying USB Sticks.
The quality of items received from Flashbay in impressive packaging immediately set it apart from the others.
Lisa then followed up our enquiry over several weeks by telephone and email, at all times polite and helpful, not at all intrusive.
She provided quotations very quickly when requested and generally responded to all communications extremely promptly.
We were happy with the goods received and she also emailed us to check that we were satisfied. 5 * service all around.

Going above and beyond for a "regular" order
Our order wasn't a rush job, especially big or difficult, but our account manager Lisa kept in touch on a regular basis, made sure we had samples quickly and kept us informed through out the process, including letting me know when our order to our client was dispatched early! Great product, great service.
I would really recommend using Flashbay.
The product was great and Lewis and his team did a great job during the order process. We ordered branded USB's with pre loaded data, when the goal posts moved for us Flashbay were not only able to accommodate us but managed to deliver our order early.
The box of samples was also a great way to ensure that we choose the right product to suit our company and branding.

Lewis is easy to deal with and sent me a lot of different mockups until I was happy!
USB's look great - process was great. 30 day payment plan is handy too - last year we had to pay by credit card. The only thing I didn't like was getting annoying emails / newsletters which were apparently from Lewis, while I was discussing design etc. with Lewis. I think you need to handle your advertising emails better - trying to sell while you are currently selling might annoy other potential customers.

Fantastic service from start to end. Lewis was brilliant, he couldn't have been more helpful.
