How Business Should Be Done!
I don't normally fill out questionaires, surveys etc, however, I really do think Jeremy deserves credit for the order process.
Firstly my initial first contact was recieved and I had a call from Jeremy within minutes. I would normally expect hours for a call from other businesses.
Second, Jeremy was able to answer all my questions and propsed a business solution for my needs all in the one call, he did however have to get in touch with dispatch as my order time was less than the standard delivery times stated on Flashbays' website. I recieved and email confirming that the order would be ok to complete with delivery earlier than previously requested (which was great!)
Jeremy has really shown how business should be done. I cannot fault any actions and I have recommended Flashbay to several of my contacts and businesses. If only Flashbay could supply us with all our consumables!

Top Quality Products supported by Top Quality Service
As a business we were looking for options of different memory sticks that we could use to supply materials on to our clients. We found Flashbay through an internet search and having mailed them regarding our needs were soon contacted by Jack Walton an Account Manager. Jack was superb, having discussed our needs he quickly sent through a sample box of many styles that allowed us to see (and touch!) what we would be purchasing. We were also mailed a number of pdf mock-ups of what our 'sticks' might look like, based on our initial discussion. Once we had chosen what we wanted (the credit card style), which was not an easy decision with such a good range to be able to select from, we sent off a draft of the sort of thing we wanted printed on it. Jack was very helpful making sure we were happy with the final layout, even though we made several changes, nothing seemed to be a problem. We were then kept informed of progress and in no time at all and on the agreed delivery date our 'cards' arrived, looking even better than we expected. The service, all the way through, was excellent and we shall certainly be using Flashbay again for our next purchase and would recommend them highly.

Easy & Fast Delivery
I ordered 50 branded key model USB drives and I have to admit the process was extremely easy as I just uploaded our company logo and made the payment and less than a week later I received my order. A friend of mine recommended to use them and I now know why!

patient, reliable and speedy with the orders

Great Service, Great Product from FlashBay
Recently used the services from Flashbay to produce promotional USB drives for an exhibition. I was initially referred to Flashbay from a client as they had received great quality USB drives and promoted their fast turn around time.
Well we were not disappointed. Great communication throughout the design process and anything we asked was actioned straight away.
I have to praise the service received from Lisa Bowers who was our account manager for the order. Nothing was a problem and the communication throughout was brilliant.
The drives arrived well ahead of schedule and were exactly what we wanted. I am now a little hesitant to hand these out as marketing tools as want to keep them all myself.
In short, great service, great product, highly recommended and will be using them again!

Professional, Quick and Quality!
From the beginning the website was clear, uncluttered and easy to use which felt professional and trust worthy.
Once i sent my inquiry in i received a personal e mail from my account manager who set up a sample package which was speedily received. They were very good quality and very interesting to see the variations of the same product.
My account manager was there every step of the way from the initial inquiry to the after sales service, with just enough e mails and phone calls, which was a nice touch to have one point of contact who was polite and approachable.
The flash drives arrived quickly and looked of a good quality and the company logo on them looked very professional. We will definitely be re ordering them from flashbay in the future.

Excellent customer service, excellent product and speedy delivery!!
I work as a wedding photographer and have been looking for some time to upgrade my picture on DVD service. When I found Flashbay.ie there appeared to be plenty of choice so I filled in the Quote Form to get an idea of the prices. I was replied to the next day by Jeremy Medlin with a very informative email which included the full price list, suggestions about what other photographers have purchased to help with the whole presentation of the USB keys to clients and information about what I would have to do next if I wanted to see what my logo would look like on the USB keys. I replied with my logo and I was happy to find that I was again replied to by Jeremy who remained with me through the whole process, too many times you get different people replying to every message but this service was really excellent. Eventually I decided to go with the 16GB Halo Usb keys and I also got magnet presentation boxes to go with each of them. Jeremy informed me they would take 6 days to arrive and I was delighted when I got them after only 4 business days.
The USB keys look extremely professional, my logo looks great and I can fit full weddings on each of them so it saves me giving my clients 4-5 DVDs which they have to change to see the rest of their photos. I gave my first one to a client yesterday and they were equally delighted with it. I had to upload a photo of the USB key to my Facebook page to show my clients and the response was great;

I really cannot speak highly enough of Flashbay and Jeremy, the whole experience was excellent, there was no lengthy delays waiting for replies, Jeremy was very helpful and informative and at the end of the day I have an excellent product at an excellent price which is personalised for my business and which I'm more than delighted to give my clients!!!
I will most definitely be returning again!!!
