I'm not a man of many words but I respect a man who honors his word. Jack Walton, who is an excellent member of staff in your team kept his word and delivered earlier than scheduled which led to taking pressure of my back as I needed the USB sticks for a corporate event. I really appreciated this.

Smooth & quick process from order to delivery.
I received a response within an hour of emailing regarding a quote. They'd also saved our artwork from the job we'd put through a year ago, which really saved time & hassle.
The order arrived within 4 working days of being placed, a day earlier than scheduled.

Great service and product quality

Really efficient quality service from design to supply

Perfect, couldn't be better!
We needed some 32GB USBs for work and so I contacted Flashbay one afternoon; the following morning a whole selection of sticks arrived for us to have a look at which was incredible. The service was fantastic and the sticks have all worked perfectly so far (this hasn't always been the case with the USBs other countries have sent us). We'll definitely be buying more and I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Reliable and efficient service

5 stars- quality, delivery, customizable, great customer service, beyond expectations.
I have ordered from flashbay several times, always received high quality, fast delivery, nicely customizable. Perhaps most notable is the fabulous customer service, (the name of the person taking care of my business is Mrs. Santiago). They were very patient and active with helpful suggestions to help me decide what product was best, tried to accomodate deals to make the sale, but did not try to guide me to most expensive or highest volume, and on subsequent orders, worked with me on tight deadlines, even calling me after hours to ensure execution on time. I even felt I had to ask how they do it wanting to learn how to improve our own performance. Beyond my best expectations.

Excellent service
I requested samples which turned up very promptly in a well presented box (and with haribo!) I ordered samples at 4pm and they arrived the next day. I had a call from an account manager to say they were on their way, an email to check they had been received and follow up emails to negotiate a quote.
