Great service and great product

AMAZING!!! From start to finish, you offer a service that is so professional and exceed all expectations/
I dealt with Flashbay some months ago when I first enquired about getting some flash drives - from the start they were really helpful and event sent out a box full of samples so you can actually get your hands on the products before you make a decision.
We were after some flash drives to take to an event with us - with timescales really tight, Elorna made sure we had quotes and visuals of the different models we selected. She was more than happy to make any amends to the visuals - all free of charge and they were done within an hour.
We made a decision and were expecting our Flash Drives to arrive on Friday 24th May - to my surprise, on Thursday 23rd they arrived and I was really impressed with them. Everyone has commented on how great they look and the quality of them - the service was always helpful and the staff go above and beyond.
I would definitely recommend Flashbay and if we need any more flash drives, there is no doubt who I will be calling.

Excellent , efficient, professional service from start to finish
Elorna was my contact in Flashbay and followed my order through from enquiry to delivery, including sending samples immediately to help make the decision which company to buy our promotional USB’s.
The manner in which the initial enquiry and subsequent calls were dealt with by Elorna convinced me that we had made the right decision in buying with Flashbay – Naturally as a first time user of Flashbay one is concerned about the reliability of the processing of the order, the product quality, the ability to translate my request into the order correctly and the security of the payment system . All these fears were removed by the professionalism of how I was dealt with by Elorna.
Flashbay was a little more expensive than the other companies I considered but it was definitely the professional manner of Elorna that made my decision for me .

Quick as a Flash!
I have used Flashbay a couple of times now and on each occasion my experience has been very positive, straightforward, quick and easy. Extremely fast and efficient

Amazing customer service, fast delivery
As soon as I filled in the online quote request form, I was quickly called by Jack - an account manager. He followed up the phone call with an email and advised me on the best product that would suit my artwork. He provided me with friendly advice and steered me in the right direction as I've not ordered personalised USB drives before. My USB cards arrived within 5 days and look fantastic.
