Staff at Flight Centre Onehunga is rude. They do not welcome the clients who walk in and the manager supports this. They are only interested in the clients' money and to cover it up they would tell you all sorts of stories. They don't do pricebeats and I would always suggest to book online.Avoid Jenny at the shop as she is rude and rips off people and doesn't do pricebeats.
I contacted Flight centre via their website enquiry form to get prices for Canada for 2 adults. They then phoned me to get the details again & the prices were a bit cheaper than i'd got elsewhere.As i was checking the details prior to paying,i realised the price was for 1 adult only.when i checked this i was told there were surcharges for 1 adult ????
Needless to say i didn't book anything but i now have a deep mistrust for these type of companies-bad experience
Long story but it basically took Flight Centre Hammersmith 2 weeks, 4 emails, 2 phone messages and still no quote (for a large group too 30+). When I telephoned for a 3rd time and made contact with the consultant it was very vague, "who's calling? What's your email? When did you call? Didn't I send you a quote? Uummmmm? Where is it?...." The care factor and attention to detail was pretty low for a "group specialist". The sign off on his email is "If you are happy with my service, please forward my details to your friends and colleagues". Hhhmmmm, not this time. Despite this I used the website again with the hopes of perhaps getting a more efficient consultant, it's been 5 days and no one has contacted me despite the auto email saying they would respond in 24 hours.
I booked once with them a hotel in Dublin and asked for a hotel in the city centre, however the travel agent booked for me a hotel in the centre of Bray and not Dublin, had i not noticing it I would be spending my holidays in another place, however they changed it for me after I made a complaint about
I was looking for cheap flights to Bangkok and came across Flightcentre. I had exhausted many avenues before getting to Flightcentre including Qatar airlines, Emirates, Thai Airways, Expedia, Ebookers to name but a few. It was a little annoying that I could not review or compare prices online and have to phone them instead, but once I had rung them they were very polite and helpful. My request for tickets was not as straight forward as most but they managed to find the right deal at a great price on a five star airline so I was very happy with the service I received.
