Pilot Serengeti Brando Sunglasses - 2nd Pair in 5 Months (my fault!)
I use Flightstore for most purchases of my pilot / flying equipment. I was a little dissapointed when I ordered a second pair of Serengeti Brando glasses in the space of 5 months (previous pair was stolen when lunching near Duxford having flown in) to find I received a 10% off 'FATHERS10' voucher in my in-box 2 hours after placing my order for £130. On top of which, I was unable to use my £10 voucher at Expo this year as you didnt stock the new VOne jacket at the show I was after. However, putting all that aside the customer service in terms of delivery is excellent, specifically this product is the best I have EVER used when flying (non-polarised) and I would recommend to anyone to use Flightstore in the future, I will be......., after I get the latest voucher code first!

Consistently a happy customer.
Have used FlightStore a couple of times now, because they have a good range and variety of items. Have requested delivery of items which always arrive within 2 days , 3 days maximum. Have also visited their store near the m62 and always seem to have friendly staff on duty who can help me with advice on products.

Responsive friendly service
Recently 172R Skyhawk by Flight1. It was delivered very rapidly but I soon found that it that it won't run on Windows 8 - doesn't even install
Requested a refund an received a quick and friendly response - no objections. So don't worry about potentially incompatible or out of date software. I'll shop again at Flightstore

Flying above and beyond to deliver satisfaction
I have actually been to Flightstore in Yorkshire and although it is a very a small shop the supplies are huge, which is now reflected in the excellent catalogue that they produce.
I have yet to find another store either online or to walk in where I can get what I need, when I need it and at fantastic prices. Without fail my products have been dispatched the next day and with their free delivery I even receive my orders the very next day.
I would recommend Flightstore to any other pilot out there. The staff are friendly and always willing to help in your needs.

Light easily and firmly attached to your leg
This is a reasonable product at the lower end of the price range. You can clearly see the map in flight. My only observation is that the right hand part of the iPad holder partially blocks the tabs on Sky Demon, but still workable. The Velcro strap is good and has never come loose in flight. I think that overall it was a good buy.

Really fast, reliable service; What more do you need
Put my order in for the Cessna Yoke, Throttle and Rudder peddals and within 2 days it was in my house !! WOW. Talk about fast and efficient. There are several (if not more) companies out there that would do well to study and follow FlightStores ethos.

Flightstore certainly 'ptiched up' in plenty of time with the horizon indicator alarm clock!
I purchased the alarm clock as a leaving present from a collection we made for our team leader, a re-posted Squadron Leader. We plan to have the presentation tomorrow, but he will see the funny side to the selected gift (along with other things we bought him). The clock arrived in new condition in an easily wrapped box and I was surprised to see a made in Canada rather than China on the alarm clock case and box.
I will not hesitate to recommend purcahse form your site again although for some reason I had to make the purchase over the phone rather than direct from your web site as it didn't work (I normally don't have any problems)

excellent service and quick dispatch
Been with the flightstore since 2008 when i started to learn flight simming, only ever brought games and flying aids with you. This is due to the service, and full trust within the shop to deliver excellent goods on time, and when i once had a problem i had no problems with the return of the game and then replacing it. I now have over 30 flightsim games and the full yoke, rudder and throttle system. I was under my dads Email for the first 4 years (ken.antell@virgin.net and just changed to my own email which your using now. Thanks for your service i hope to order again soon. please put the reward system back that used to always save you a few quid.
