Pilot Serengeti Brando Sunglasses - 2nd Pair in 5 Months (my fault!)
I use Flightstore for most purchases of my pilot / flying equipment. I was a little dissapointed when I ordered a second pair of Serengeti Brando glasses in the space of 5 months (previous pair were stolen when lunching near Duxford having flown in) to find I received a 10% off 'FATHERS10' voucher in my in-box 2 hours after placing my order for £130. On top of which, I was unable to use my £10 voucher at Expo this year as you didnt stock the new VOne jacket at the show I was after. However, putting all that aside the customer service in terms of delivery is excellent, specifically this product is the best I have EVER used when flying (non-polarised) and I would recommend to anyone to use Flightstore in the future, I will be......., after I get the latest voucher code first! Hi Sir. As per our 7 day price promise, we always make sure customers never lose out, even if that is based on our own offers. So I immediately credited your account with £13. (10%) on hearing of this price difference. As for the Aero Expo jacket issue.
