Flightstore has great products but there were problems with online payment system and whilst delivery of my order was quick, one of the items got sent to the wrong address.
I thought that the products on the website were a unique collection and it was easy to find what you were looking for. However there was a problem with the payment section of the website, which meant that I could not complete my transaction. When I phoned up about it on the Saturday I was told to ring back again on Monday as they had had the same problem the weekend before and the person I needed to speak to was not in until Monday. I found this really frustrating and not very convenient - not the best customer service! Other people less patient than me would have probably given up on the sale! The lady I spoke to on the Monday was friendly and apologetic and explained why I would have to complete the transaction over the phone, which was due to a problem with the website coding. The goods were very quickly dispatched and were with me within 2 days of ordering. I had given my office address for delivery my order was split in 2 and one parcel got sent to my office and the other to my home. It was only by chance that someone was at home that day otherwise I would have had to drive 10 miles to my nearest sorting office to pick it up.
