Grt service grt product would recommend
I live on a small island in the Orkneys. When i order things on the internet the carriage is extortionate, the parcels arrive late and it can be very frustrating. I have had a small porch/conservatory put onto my home and are putting Bamboo wood flooring down. I saw Floorwarmers site and contacted them for underfloor heating. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. The product came promptly, and it was just the job !
I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you :-)

Excellent service and product
Having decided to put in electric underfloor heating, I researched both the products and the companies supplying them pretty extensively. We opted for the loose wire system rather than the mats and, having laid it yesterday, found it very straight forward (although I did spent a lot of time measuring and marking out, which I think was time well spent!).
The level of customer service from Floorwarmers was exceptionally good. They provided me with excvellent advice (even before I committed to buying from them), the order was delivered exceptionally quick and the product was top notch. I'd certainly not hesitate to recommend Floorwarmers to people and, should I decide to lay under floor heating again, will definitely use them.
It's a shame that more companies cannot live up to the standard these guys set!

thank you for your quick and easy to use site shopping for what we wanted was so easy and quick delivery was good as well will use again for future goods as and when required and will recommend to others should be fitting over the next few weeks and will leave another review a few weeks after that to let you know how things went.

Fantastic Service

Excellent Service
We are very pleased with the underfloor matting. It is such a luxury. We found it effotless to put into place in the conservatory. The digital thermostat is very easy to program and use. I would recommend this system. The Company have been extremely helpful, especially because we ordered the wrong size initially.

I'm warming to Floorwarmers
Good quality and good value product.
Fitted two of the largest mats in a 44m2 extension 6 months ago. So far excellent. So I have now bought mats for the kitchen.
The best thermostat is worth the extra £8.
They have a discount on floor mats at the moment - but don't forget to enter the code at the checkout like I did! Why don't they just charge the discounted price. It feels like they are trying to catch you out.

First class, customer orientated business.
I ordered the heating mat and the next day needed to add some extra bits to the order, pinged them an email and it was sorted. They phoned me to confirm everything was done and the whole lot arrived the next day. This company does web sales proud and I will use them again should the need arise. I'll certainly recommend them to anyone.

Great after sales service. Tweny months ago I purchased from FloorWarmers a complete underfloor heating system. Recently, the AUBE thermostat failed. I spoke to Ian and described the symptoms, he immediately confirmed the item was faulty and under guarantee. A replacement arrived next morning via courier.

Service and response.
My experience of floorwarmers is excellent. We had a problem with the courier, but as soon as Ian knew what was occuring he instantly rectified the situation. He even called me back as promised (novell).
In my opinion when things outside of your direct control go wrong it is the response that counts. 10 of 10 Ian. Things do go wrong.
The product came as described and cannot be faulted.
A shame about the courier! Otherwise it would have been a perfect experience.

After researching electric underfloor heating (ufh) online and looking at various underfloor heating suppliers (online), I found this to be one of the most usefull websites, and the best prices I found.
I've now installed the underfloor heating (and the engineered wooden floor on top)...and it's working well. It was pretty straightforward to install and the instructions were clear.
It was also delivered promptly.
I would recommend the product and Floorwartmers.

What they say is what you get!
Spoke to them a couple of times for advice before I ordered in June. Even though he was a southerner I could understand his advice which was top drawer!!!!!!!!!
Took an hour to set up (even for me)
The acid test will be when I need to switch the heating on. Probably July the year we are having!
Writing this sitting in our brand new conservatory with NO radiators or free standing heaters on show.

Fast service, great product
Having chosen Floorwarmers from a variety of sites on a search engine and not really knowing what I was doing - I have been delighted by the fast delivery service and the complete packs for the underfloor heating kits that arrived. I chose the cable one for a small bathroom and the mat kits for the other much larger areas. They have been easy to fit and so far (the ones that are finished) work easily. Thanks I could not have picked a better company for my renovation project.
