Ordered flowers for my wifes birthday while she was in Paris. Flowers never showed and now my wife has left on business trip. Contacted Flora Queen and basically their response is 'tough'! No refund.
They are terrible, I am still goi9ng to try and get a refund even if I have to get my attorney after them.
They should be put out of business.
They think they are safe because they sit in Spain, well they are wrong on that count.

El martes encargué flores para el cumpleaños de mi madre el miercoles, y hoy viernes todavía no han llegado. Yo tuve que rastrear en internet para buscar un número de teléfono para reclamar el envío cuando ví que el pedido constaba como entregado en la pagina web pero no habían llegado a su destino. ¿Porque no tienen número de teléfono de contacto en la pagina?? Y porque no me llamaron para decirme que no los pudieron entregar?? (yo dejé un tléfono de contacto pero nada.)
I ordered 3 bouquets from these for my cousin who is ill in hospital in Australia. Her family in the UK wanted her to know just how much we were thinking of her & spent a total of £180 on these flowers.
The flowers arrived on time but definitely weren't anything like the bouquets ordered & looked like they were of value of around £25 combined. One bouquet which I paid £55 for had a total of 4 flowers in it. I was disgusted & very dissapointed in the flowers received. I emailed flora queen who emailed me back within the hour & told them I would require them to rectify this. They were very apologetic & assured me they would get onto sorting this problem straight away. After 3 days of them trying to come to some arrangement with their florist there still wasn't a solution so I requested that they issue me with a full refund so that I could reorder from elsewhere. My refund request was accepted within the hour & showed up in my bank 3 days later.
Although I did have to reorder from elsewhere I was very happy with their customer services who always replied to every email I sent & within 1 hour & I am very grateful for my easy refund. I think flora queen is a very good company but I just think that maybe they need to get some much more reliable florists.
I needed a "not easy" delivery for a friend in a foreign country without speaking the local language and living in a rented room. And they did it perfectly and also, because the flowers were not exactly what I had ordered they sent a new bouquet for free. It is nice to realize that there are people that really want to do a good job, and more with your dreams travel on that job.
I ordered a delivery for (rather expensive) flowers for Valentines day to go to an address in Belgium. The flowers were not delivered on the day or on the following day. As a result I emailed (they dont have a telephone number!) requesting a refund. I received no reply until 3 days later when I received a 'reply' completely ignoring my previous message and stating that the address was wrong. Now given that the address was exactly the same address I had provided them with for a previous successful delivery this seems a little strange to put it mildly. So $45 paid in return for which... no flowers delivered, no response to a refund request, impossible to speak to someone as they have no phone number and they send an email 4 days after the flowers were due for delivery saying a building they have previously delivered to does not exist. Draw your own conclusions...
I bought some flowers from this site to be delivered this Valentines day. I was a little scared after I'd read all the negative reviews but the flowers were delivered on the day as promised, and they didn't look too different than the photo showed. I'm very pleased and would definitely do business again. Of course it was quite pricey but still!
If it matters, I live in Canada and the flowers were being delivered in Geneva, Switzerland.
I give this company 100% marks for the worst ever florist on the planet, this tops the bill. If you want to deal with a company that has zero customer service, no telephone number and you just want to give your money away and receive nothing then this is the company for you!
I paid 149Euro to have flowers delivered on Monday 11th Feb for a lady's birthday, the payment was taken immediately, no flowers were delivered, at 8:07hrs on Tuesday 12th February I began to communicate on their 'on-line expert' this is such a joke, one of the customer service team named [Name removed] sent me a message laughing, I kept asking when my order would be delivered and I continued to ask on live chat until 16:07hrs so all in all I spent 8 hours begging for an answer, on top of that I sent several emails and its now February 13th @ 12noon and zero response, and no flowers worth 149Euro are anywhere to be seen! This company is a complete and utter disgrace, Warning to all - stay well away from it!

I've used Flora Queen on a number of occasions both nationally and internationally from Australia. There service and price has been outstanding as well as always delivering on time. I love the fact that you can either upsize or downsize your order according to your budget. The variety of displays is awesome and I have had some very happy friends and family, so what more can I say, I would definately use Flora Queen again and again, why go somewhere else.

I decided to send my mum flowers - I am in Canada, she is in Luxembourg - as she had to have a small operation.
I initially put the wrong date for delivery in and only realised after confirming my order. I immediately used the email form to request that they order date be updated and they responded extremely quickly and fixed it straight away which was great.
However, my mum was out when they tried to deliver the flowers (obviously not their fault) and I didn't get an email update to say they had attempted delivery which would have been nice. The flowers were delivered on the next working day and I did get replies to my enquiry emails then too.
I would recommend FloraQueen, I have used the service Twice and may I say the customer service was impeccable! Super fast response, order was delivered on the same day requested! Mind you I was ordering from Saudi Arabia to be delivered into Agadir, Morocco! it was great experiance with positive feedback and happy :)
El servicio es excelente. Fue una excelente sorpresa para mi novia recibir el arreglo de noche, cuando no lo estaba esperando. Todo salió perfecto. Le encantaron los chocolates y el champagne fue mejor de lo que esperaba, y por supuesto las flores hermosas!
Delivery almost in the middle of the night and flowers completely different to the one ordered. The minimum would be to have some explanations but NO answer despite my request to customer service! It was not me first order but now how can I trust in their service?
Our loved father and grandfather in Portugal passed away recently. Since we are in South Africa, it was not enough time to attend the funeral but we did order flowers online and within the next day Flora Queen delivered them. They were a beautiful bouquet, and even looked better than the picture on their website.
The flowers helped bring joy and comfort to our family. The service was great and professionally presented. Everything that was requested was there and definitely worth the money. it was money well spent and we have since told a few family members and friends to use Flora Queen next time for excellent quality and professionalism.

Vivo en México y mande unas flores a mi amiga en España, las recibió justo el día y hora señalada, las flores y la atención al servicio a cliente fueron mejor de lo que esperaba. Definitivamente recomiendo el servicio y claro que volvería a usarlo!!
I had a great experience in buying In FloraQueen, the site was safe, simple and their customer service was excellent. I needed to do some last minute changes and the flowers still arrived on time and were magnificent. I will definitely use FloraQueen again and will recommend them to every one I know.
Llevo desde octubre enviado ramos de flores a través de esta Empresa y estoy muy satisfecho y realmente no se que destacar como mejor servicio... si la puntualidad de entrega, ajustada al máximo, como la presentación de las flores, dignas de lasl personas mas exigentes, y, lo mas importante las flores en si mismas en todos los pedidos han sido de una calidad dificil de superar así como el sistema de conservación es orginal

Nothing to add to previous comments. Order something, didn't deliver the vase with it. Don't want to reimburse it.

My story is pretty much the same as everyone else's: Ordered a bunch of flowers from Flora Queen for delivery to France. No flowers arrived.
Like many of the other reviewers, I was told that delivery had been attempted, which was an outright lie.
After SEVENTEEN emails over three weeks they finally admitted the flowers had not been delivered and agreed to a refund.
After another two weeks, I received a partial refund and no explanation as to why I had not received my full reimbursement.
I really wish I had read the hundreds of negative reviews Flora Queen has received online before I made the decision to throw my money away with these incompetent, thieving, dishonest idiots.
If you are considering using this company, please learn from the rest of us and give them a wide birth. It's really not worth the all the problems, just use Inter-flora instead and save yourself money and a headache.

My friend ordered flowers in England to be sent to her mum in Spain for her birthday. She had an email to say they had been delivered but they had not!! She sent emails but no reply. Posted messages to the company on twitter and Facebook but again no reply! No phone on the website but did find a Spanish number on their Facebook page! My friends mum phoned this and she said a very rude man told her to phone another day!! This is disgraceful. Would never use this company again. If you want to get in touch by phone then you can use the Spanish number and press 1 to speak in English. My friend did and was told someone would phone her straight back. Guess what? They didn't!!!!

Update.. Since her phone call she got an email saying that the company tried to deliver the flowers but no one home. That was rubbish as her mum was home all day waiting in for them!! Sounds like bad service and lying to me!!!
