I met a gorgeous lady through a friend in Malta in July and found out it was her 80th birthday 2nd Dec.
I Googled Maltese Florist and came across FloraQueen.
They were true to their word and delivered on time and kept me informed until they were actually recieved.

I placed an order of flowers an wine for my sister s60th birthday as she lives in Singapore. The order was placed on 24th Oct for delivery on the 9th November so it was ordered in plenty of time.
On the day of her birthday they rang me to say they could not deliver it on the day because they did not have the wine but would deliver it the next day. I agreed as my sister was going out for a meal and would have not been at home to accept the delivery.
I had ordered a premium bunch of flowers along with the wine but the next day they tried to deliver a small posy of flowers and no wine. I had already told my sister what I had ordered for her so she did not accept the delivery .
I then contacted them and there response was that I did not have any photographic proof of what they tried to deliver so I was not entitled to a refund. I pointed out that there was no mention of the wine they were supposed to deliver and there response was for me to refer to their previous e mail.
This order cost me 85 euros which is not cheap. I kept the original e mail but for some reason it has disappeared off my system.
Please do not use this company as they have the morals off a thief.

very good service, ordered flowers to be sent to Egypt, had to change the date at the day of delivery, went all smooth and without problem, my girlfriend got the flowers and was very happy :)
Easy to order and kept up to date on the progress of the order. I was informed of a one day delayon my Singapore order, but this could have been due to a time difference, and the order was delivered safely. I was assured by the recipient that the flowers were lovely.
He comprado un par de veces y he quedado satisfecho (en envíos dentro de España), pero en esta ocasión hice un envío internacional y el repartidor dejó las flores en una casa vecina sin avisar al destinatario (metemos un teléfono de contacto por alguna razón) de las flores, luego me aparecía como ENTREGADO en la web y el destinatario no había recibido nada, hasta que se acercaron a casa del vecino a preguntar. En general buen servicio, pero los repartidores deberían esforzarse por contactar con la persona que tiene que recibir las flores.

3. 50€ für den Blumenstrauß, der so klein ist wie man es sich gar nich vorstellen kann. So einen Strauß bekommt man an der Tankstelle für 10€

Desolee de confirmer que j ai paye un bouquet pour unanniversaire en Italie (la plus grande taille avec vase et carte postale)et qu a l arrivee le bouquet etait tres petit avec des fleurs ordinaires sans vas ni carte...
Reclamation a ete faite.j attends toujours une reponse de FloraQueen et ce depuis 8jours....
I have used Flora queen many a times now and what you get delivered is what you see if not better. Their website is user friendly and has everything well laid out from flowers to all the other accessories .
Reasonably priced and most important everything under one roof.
SO when you find a business which deliver what it promises..............I would not go anywhere else .

Soy cliente de Interflora, sin problemas especiales. Es la primera vez que utilizo FloraQueen. Se trataba de enviar un buen ramo con motivo de nacimiento, por lo que escogimos uno ofertado para Holanda, con mejora de jarrón, muñeco y ramo Premium. Cuando nos envian una foto de las flores, vemos que no corresponde el ramo ni con el básico, no corresponde el muñeco (aunque a esto no lo doy importancia) y el jarrón era el básico. Hablé con la central de Barcelona mostrándoles el envio y hablaron con Rotterdam enviando un ramo complementario. El mal estaba hecho. No se trataba del dinero. Si no llego a verlo habría quedado yo como muy cutre. Seguro que no repetiré. No entiendo como cuando lo entrega la floristería no envia una foto con el ramo entregado....... Hoy en día todos tienen un móvil y daría sensación de confianza.

Have used FloraQueen frequently for deliveries in Portugal with good results. However, this time I felt the quality & quantity of flowers received for the Deluxe bouquet did not meet my expectations nor, to be honest, value for money. I would have expected this same sized bouquet for the Standard price but and perhaps flowers that were a couple of days fresher. Disapointed this time compared to my previous experiences with FloraQueen.
We have used Flora Queen on many occasions to tell our friends and family that we were thinking of them in times of happiness and in sorrow.
On each occasion Flora Queen has provided a wonderful service.

It's a modern miracle of the Internet that I can order and pay from the Philippines and get the flowers delivered in Germany on exactly the day of the birthday of one of my friends. And my friend was delighted with them. Thank you, FloraQueen!
Floral Queen tried to deliver to the address I gave - it was a surprise - but the recipient had moved - I had to send them the correct address and offered to pay for the inconvenience - they didn't want to charge more !!

Ya he enviado varias veces flores a mi madre y siempre recibe una gran alegría porque el ramo le llega a tiempo y siempre es precioso. Es por esto que sigo confiando mis pedidos a Floraqueen. Serios y cumplidores.
