I welcome this opportunity to express my irritation at the flowers that were delivered to my family home in Kingston, ON, Canada on the 16th April on the occasion of my wedding anniversary (order no. 20736422). The arrangement was much smaller than the image shown on your web site and not the correct color theme. It was certainly not value for money at 73 Euros. I would estimate a true value of <$40 Cdn.
For the past 2 years I have been on a work assignment living away from home and so I have relied on Flora-Queen to deliver flowers to my home on various occasions. But of course, because I’ve not been around when the arrangements were delivered, so I have not been able to judge whether I’ve been getting a good deal. The 16th April was the first time I’ve actually seen an example of what you have been delivering. My wife tells me that previous deliveries have been similarly disappointing.
I don’t know which florist you are using in Kingston, but they seem to be consistently short changing your customers. By the way, I Emailed these exact comments to Flora-Queen on the 17th April, but have never had a response. I will not be using Flora-Queen again and I will advise other friends and colleagues to avoid you.

Me dieron buen servicio y las flores llegaron en su momento. No obstante, pienso que las empresas de servicios de floristeria por internet tienen que ampliar su catalogo de productos y mejorar sus precios; no están al alcance de todas las ocasiones.

You are kept informed every step of the way from receipt of order right up to completion of delivery. Pricing is competitive with a choice of sizes; deliveries are always on time; the quality of the flowers is excellent and received exactly as pictured on the website. The recipients of all the orders I've placed so far have always been extremely delighted with their bouquets / arrangements and additional gifts. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company and I am so glad I discovered them as I can trust FloraQueen to provide the best in service and quality of product as so far I have not been disappointed and they have not let me down.
I have to say, Floraqueen's certainly exceeded all expectations for a surprisingly timely delivery, perhaps a first on the internet? Everything from payments, to a change of the order to the actual delivery and the surprised look of my loved one went off like a dream.

El servicio de atención al cliente on-line es muy bueno, resuelven las dudas e incidencias en seguida: cambié la dirección del destinatario (a un pueblo de otra provincia) y llegó el envío sin ningún problema. El ramo era el que yo esperaba.
El encargo que precisé de FloraQueen era para el entierro de una querida vecina y la verdad es que el Precio fue bastante económico comparando con otras ofertas, la Variedad que ofrecen es bastante amplia y el Servicio exquisito. El Ramo de Flores Blancas era perfecto, y la puntualidad en la entrega muy buena. En definitiva 10 sobre 10, volveré a confiar en FloraQueen.
Nota: La única pega es que los cupones de descuento no funcionan del todo bien, pero el precio ya es bastante asequible.
