Amazing logistics.

Thank you for delivering flowers to my daughter in Macedonia. It took only 15 hours from ordering from Sweden to delivery in Skopje and the quality was excellent, according to my daughter.
Will absolutely recommend you to anyone who wants quality and quick delivery.

Expensive, no delivery

I ordered 3 funeral arrangements, to be delivered in Italy. Already same day was not available, so I chose next day, morning. It is next day, late evening, they are still not delivered, let alone they missed the funeral. Plus, one of them is marked ``delivered`` on their web-site, when it is not.
Their order system is junk, I had to use different credit cards, because the system would refuse the one used for previous order. Even so, one order did not go through.

I suggest to look for local florist and call them on the phone. it works much better.

Just what I wanted

After being let down by several delivery companies I used Floraqueen for the second time. I usually like to give plenty of notice so that there are no unforseen problems but after being let down by the first florest I chose I gave just 12 hours notice to Floraqueen. The flowers were delivered just when I wanted to the address I wanted and placed exactly in the spot I requested. After dealing with so many companies that just could not get anything right it was pleasing to have my instructions followed exactly.
I will be using Floraqueen again.

Is There Less Than 1 Star?

This is the 3rd year that I've placed an order with Floraqueen - all for the same birthday. The first 2 years were fine, so I had a reasonable expectation that this one would be ok too. Well, I got a confirmation for the order, then a verification that the delivery would take place on time, and then... nothing. The delivery time came and went, then the day came and went, and the next. In the meantime I had sent off emails asking what the problem was - and 2 days after the delivery date received a lame excuse about a "logistical problem". Then, they offered a "redilivery" (sic) a couple of days later. I responded that I deserved a full refund, and that they still needed to deliver the flowers. I then got a new response stating that the best they could do was provide me a 15% discount. That was also unacceptable to me, and I spelled out that reasoning. So, we are still in the "negotiation" phase, and I expect to get this resolved one way or another very shortly.

Regardless, I cannot stress enough that if you have a need to ship flowers internationally, then choose ANY of the other companies listed in a Google Search - and there are hundreds.

I've had great personal success with [External link removed] and you certainly can't go wrong with FTD.

I ordered flowers once, everything ok. The next time...no delivery! The flowers were supposed to go to Australia. After several weeks, still no refund!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered from this company as what seemed to be a good option for flower delivery to Europe. After having a slight change in plans, it became all to clear that this company is solely out to take your money without any regard to customer service or ethical business practices. There are many options for flower delivery and, unless you're interested in watching your money disappear without any flowers delivered, I recommend that you steer far away from FloraQueen!

just robber

i ordered for my mum birthday 85euros bounce of flower.
first they change the bounce because they run out of it, but it's still fine. after that the day of the birthday they didn't delivery but they just called my mum telling they were coming next day. still ok. next day no one delivery the flower. so I have been sending 5 emails every two days to be at least refund...no answer!

My order 14577182 that was disgusting.

Flora Queen is bad news, bad business, crooked and useless as the employees working for them. My order 14577182 was a wreath to be delivered to a funeral in Brussels. It was about €150. When delivered, it was not a wreath as shown on the site, but just a medium bouquet of cheap yellow field flowers. I have the picture of that bouquet. I have never got an answer from them after my notes of complains. They are not to be trusted. The money back guarantee stated on their site is rubbish, a lie and crap. They want to take your money and run. Go to a reputable flower outfit such as FTD.

Dead/dry flowers delivered.

I paid £38 for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to Denmark. The first delivery attempt on a Thursday was unsuccessful. The flowers were eventfully delivered the following Tuesday, five days later. To my horror, the recipient of the flowers told me the bouquet contained six roses which were completely dead and dry. I can only imagine that the bouquet was sitting in the delivery box for five days!!!!! The company said it was my fault and that I had provided an incorrect address. However I noticed that they had omitted part of the flat number I had provided on the despatch address. They initially agreed to a 50% refund but after numerous emails they now say they will issue another partial refund, although I am still chasing this.

Overall, if a delivery is unsuccessful for whatever reason it is unacceptable to keep the flowers in a box for five days and then redeliver them.

No delivery

I ordered a flowers to Poland - my uncles funeral :( ( i live in Sweden) were quiet expencive but its about funeral. Family didnt get my flowers and last words to my uncle. It wasnt a birthday, when i could call later and apology for flowers company. They distroy my last chance to say goodbye to this person which i loved. Extremaly sad and dissapointed. Extremely disappointed

After reading good reviews about Floraqueen I opted to use this service. Despite confirming my request a month in advance I have no confirmation that delivery was made. Emails have gone unanswered today.

Flowers, what flowers????!!

The only time you get a prompt response from this company is when you make your order, spend your money and possibly update your order. After that their customer service is more or less non existent. No contact number, ubless you have ordered with them and even then they dont pick up the phone. I paid £43 for flowers to be delivered in spain (i live in england) Requested same day delivery. Its now 4 days later, i have recieved no confirmation of delivery email. I dont believe the flowers have got there. God knows what i am going to do now. I should of just used [External link removed] a like i was going to in the first place. Thanks for the stress caused flora queen. If you are happy to gamble with your money, like stressful situationsand generally like crap customer service then please, use flora queen. You have been warned!

Absolutely Useless - DO NOT USE FLORAL QUEEN EVER

Don't bother buying flowers from this company if you want flowers delivered in Hong Kong. They fail to deliver them and then don't contact the recipient or the sender about their failure.

My mother organized flowers for me 5 days in advance of my birthday and they never arrived. It was only after she asked me if I liked the flowers that she realized that they had not been delivered. They then promised to deliver them 2 days later - why they could not deliver them the day later I have no idea. I sent two emails to them about the delay and NEVER had a reply. They have now informed my mother that they are not going to deliver the flowers at all. USELESS COMPANY. FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND DO NOT USE THEM - EVER.

Excellent Customer service, saved my day

A Huge THANK YOU!!!! to the staff at floraqueen for saving my day. i placed an order on valentines day, and the site only gave me an option to send flowers for the next day as it was a holiday in Barcelona, Spain. However i immediately contacted the customer service at floraqueen and within 30mins the date was changed to the same day.

I have used floraqueen before without a problem, everything went so smoothly so i didnt get a chance to experience their customer service, however having used them for the second time, i can really say they are truly wonderful and helpful. I havent come across any business that really makes the customer happy until now.

The Roses i sent are called "forever in love" and consists of six other gifts including a teddy, vase and chocolates. My misses was very happy upon recieving them, they were BETTER than they looked on the site. the delivery was on time, and the courier was very polite.

Forever in Love

Absolutely Horrible

I live in the USA, and placed my order a week in advance to be delivered in Paris to my girlfriend. Not only we're my flowers not delivered at all and Valentines Day ruined, it is now the 15th and STILL no flower delivery. The customer service is terrible, I've received 1 response per day, and usually at around 2:00AM then nothing for the rest of the day..and still they have yet to resolve my issue, or even contact their "own" florists.

If I could give less then 1 star I would, please if you want your special occasion to be special, choose another company to place your order with.

Excellent service

My girlfriend was on a tour in Europe and I sent flowers to her to Rome, Paris and Barcelona. Always the flowers arrived on time and once, when the product that I ordered was not available to be delivered on time, they call me to Chile in order to arrange some alternatives.

No matter where she was, no matter if was a hostel, hotel or appartment, great flowers arrives all the time. The quality of the product was superior.

Reliable Service

I would like to thank once again FloraQueen team for their great job to help me to make a nice surprise for my beloved person!
It was the first time i used online flower delivery and i had doubts if it actually works for different countries.. turned out that it does :) I wanted to make a surprise for my boyfriend in Slovenia and ordered a nice flower for him. At the time of delivery he actually was in the supermarket, so a nice lady called him to know how to find him and delivered the flower directly to the supermarket!! He was nicely surprised and was very happy that i arranged for him such a small present :)

Definetly i will use FloraQueen for other occasions again!

Most reliable flower delivery EVER!

I live in Denmark but most of my family and friends live in Serbia. There are several websites advertising that they deliver anywhere in the world, which is not true.
I initially places an order (days ahead) through another company only to learn on the day of the delivery that they can't deliver it - they did not cover that area, which is a bit silly because it was the second largest city in Serbia.
I immediately placed an order with FloraQueen (it was 09:00) and by 15:00 I got an ecstatic call from my friend - she received the most beautiful flower arrangement. She was so happy and so moved she ended up crying, I felt like hugging the whole Floraqueen staff.
I have used Floraqueen before, but never on such short notice, and they have never failed me.
You know what they say, don't change the winning team. From now on Floraqueen is the only flower delivery I will use.

As I live in Egypt and my soul mate was in Spain, it was very difficult for me to communicate with him after a serious dispute. I was losing him, and I was desperate for a big gesture. Excellent service

I've read the negative reviews here and I can't believe it's the same company I used recently. This is a company that delivers what it promises. I was not satisfied with a bouquet delivered to the US and when I raised a query with Floraqueen they responded with an immediate offer to deliver a complimentary bouquet.

When you use a website such as this please remember that the business relies on florist agents. My experience is that they want their customer to be fully satisfied with the service they provide.

They provided the quickest and most understanding customer service I have come across on the internet.

Delighted

I wanted flowers for a birthday celebration for a friend in Malta. I chose Floraqueen. The web page showed a beautiful range of flowers to choose from and was easy to use. The flowers were delivered as requested and were beautiful our friend was absolutely delighted.

Impressed

Reading the reviews on here left me a bit apprehensive about purchasing from Floraqueen but there are not many options sending Flowers from the US to Overseas. I was very impressed with the service I recieved and the product. We are a military family with friends stationed in Europe. I sent a bouquet to congradulate them on a new baby. The bouquet was beautiful as far as I could tell from the pictures, the prices were great, and the customer service was super. I had the pleasure of interacting with customer service because I needed my order changed at last minute as mom and baby had to stay in the hospital an extra few days. They were more then accomidating. I will be using Floraqueen.com in the future. Thank You!

Unfounded fears

When I read some of these reviews I was really worried, because my mother in law had not got her flowers and I thought I had been scammed! The flowers arrived the following day. Floraqueen responded to my email, and were most apologetic. My mother in law received a second bouquet free of charge, and I was refunded the service charge.

FloraBrilliant

I have used FloraQueen for the last 5 years & have sent flowers for Christmas, Birthday's and days for what the heck?? To all over the world including America, Spain, UK, Brasil And all of the deliveries were on time and excellent service to those I sent the flowers, Teddy bears, Chocolates and wine too.

If you ask fr money back because they didn't deliver they disappear. No way to contact them. They take the money and then they don't care.
I have placed an order 5 days in advance for a surprise. I choose delivery before 1.00 pm. One day before the florist called the recipient to ask if she was at home all day because he didn't want to leave flowers outside. Still no delivery , surprise ruined, and after I' ve complained with them they lied telling me that the florist didn't mention about flowers. I've sent them lot's of email with no reply.

Great Service

I sent a bouquet to a friend who had the misfortune to have a business go on fire. It was delivered on time and was a beautiful bouquet which cheered her up immediately. There seems to be a problem with the rating so I can't rate it 5 star so although I think you're 5 star, I've had to rate you 4 star. Thank you Floraqueen.

I ordered some flowers for my sister's birthday as she lives in another country.I wanted to make her a surprise and ordered her favourite flowers.
The flowers never arrived and flora queen still insits that they delivered them to who?
I would like at least to have my money back.

Awful flowers

I ordered flowers to Russia via Floraqueen web-site. They delivered dead roses to my wife on the next day after our anniversary, a day later than I requested. She expected flowers to be delivered to her parents house where she stayed. Instead local florist from RussianSevrice.com called to make her to pick up flowers outside, just on the street.

Flowers I paid $115 for arrived half-dead. Bouquet looked cheap like the one I buy in supermarket for $7.99
