Had 18 roses sent as an unexpected thank you, What a disappointment within a day they were looking very sad, the next day several roses started to loose petals and the following day brown appeared on more than one of the blooms.
Phoned saying how disappointed I was and offered to send photographic evidence, was given an email address (after the young lady had looked it up!) to send the pics to. that was 6 days ago I'm still waiting for a reply. Have phoned again and told my message would be passed on for reply and also have emailed twice more. Whilst i appreciate immediate replies are not always possible there is no excuse for not receiving an auto reply so that i know its in the system. I'm sure they take the money for orders much quicker
Surprised a all the negative reviews here. I have used them several times and always got the message back the next day from the receipiant on how delighted the were with the flowers card and chocolates. Whilst I have not seen the flowers myself I am sure the would have told me if the arrived in bad condition.
Just read all the bad reviews but i can only go by my experience...ordered roses for my sister yesterday afternoon and she received them at 7.50am today....she is very pleased and says the flowers are in lovely condition..so from that i wouldnt hesitate in using them again...very efficient and good quality :-)
I went to order from flowerfete only to find the site down. Underneath the google link was negative posts from dissatisfied customers. I would just like to say that when I've used the company, it was reported that the flowers came in a great big box, were of a good quality and lasted for ages (free chocs too). In fact when I sent two and a half weeks later some of the old flowers were still alive and in good condition. Sometimes people only rate a company when they are dissatisfied. Satisfied customers forget to write a review which is a shame as bad minority publicity can bring a company down.
I had the most horrible experience since i have been ordering flowers to be delivered in the UK. I live in malta so i just go in the website and order flowers, my mother in law was sick so i sent her some flowers..the post man knocked on the door and left a note in the letter box that she needs to pick up something from the post. She could not walk properly so it took her a while to open the door and since she was note expecting any flowers she did not go to the post office as she cannot go outside. They did not refund or send another bunch as they said they cannot do anything at this point. Who delivers flowers and leave a note to be picked up from post office?
A total disgrace....hope all bad reviews here will stop your business.
I ordered a bouquet for about £50 plus "express service" for my wifes anniversary even chose the date for delivery. Its been 3 days and this flowers are yet to be seen. Called them, appatently driver been at the house and no one was present twice! We had to cancel all our plans to stay indoors for the driver and guess what no one turned up! So why on earth have the option to choose the date and even worse why pay express service. Rubbish service, rubbish customer care, rubbish company. I will seek advise on getting my money back! DONT USE THEM!
I used flowerfete without looking at this site, and have since recommended it to a friend, who checked the reviews and was totally put off!
This is a huge shame as the service, price and flowers themselves were all spot on! I ordered a bunch of carnations and the recipient was delighted. They arrived on time, and there was a great variety of affordable bouquets on offer.
Maybe I got lucky??
I sent some flowers to my mum and was hoping for a bright cheerful bunch of colourful carnations. Instead a bunch of brown half dead flowers arrived. Mum had to throw them way the day after she received them. What a waste of time, money and energy. Do not buy anything from this company.
Ordered a special variety of orchids for my wife's birthday paying a good amount. Sure enough it did reach early in the morning, but they had sent some normal orchids n not the one I had ordered. And quality was so bad, the buds and flowers starting falling of and the entire lot almost died in less than 24 hours.
Moreover wen I complained , the customer service blatantly replied saying, they will always send the nearest possible match to the flowers ordered when not available instead of informing the customer. Simple horrible....don't use Flowerfete. Disappointed by their attitude and this whole experience also spoilt my wife's birthday.
I ordered Flowers and Chocolates for my friends Birthday when I spoke with her I found out nothing had ever been delivered, after 9 days speaking to India (via helpdesk) they finally gave me a number to call, which I did only to find out, they did not delivery any flowers or chocolates but took the money from my bank account, they now say they have refunded me but no money has ever arrived in my Bank Account, I asked to speak with their Manager, the reply was he will only give out his email address, then I will receive just an automated reply and get nowhere! NEVER WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY AGAIN.

I had a letter this morning from the recipient to thank me for the flowers and 'Lovely' chocolates. Whether they arrived on time and what the flowers were like I didn't ask but she seems happy so I'm happy :)
I ordered the 'Happy Days' Bouquet from Flowerfete for my husbands birthday. I paid extra for luxury bouquet and same day delivery. First of all the bouquet wasn't delivered on the same day despite the additional 3.59 I paid. And Secondly, the flowers delivered on the next day were trashy and nothing luxurious. The website says the 'Happy Days' bouquet contains creamy white roses and vibrant yellow tulips. However, the flowers delivered were lilies and some cheap yellow flowers. All this for paying premium priceof 35 gbp!! On contacting the customer care , they replied saying that the roses and tulips are not available in this season hence one or more flowers will be changed. Now , all the other websites are selling tulips , roses etc; if they were not able to deliever what they said on the website they should have instead contacted me or mentioned the same on the website.
I have asked them for a full refund but they haven't replied back yet!
DON'T FALL FOR THIS WEBSITE! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!
Disgusting company. Ordered two bunches, nothing like I ordered. One bunch had 6 flowers in it, and was supposed to be a premium bunch! This bunch wasn't even tied, just thrown in a box. I complained and complained and managed to get a partial refund. This is better than nothing, I did warn them I would take matters further if I didn't get a full refund, so I kept my word and I have contacted trading standards. They falsely advertise, do not send flowers of equal or greater value, and their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered a pretty bunch of flowers and a cake for my parents for Easter and paid for tracking. When I went on to their chat online it took forever before I figured out that they had changed my order to florist choice. It seemed the flowers and cake were out of stock, they had my email address and couldn't be bothered to let me know! I spent 2 days with the online chat with them trying to assure me the flowers would be nice and it was an upgrade. I didn't want flowers some florist chose I wanted ones I chose and a cake. It was way too late for me to order from somewhere else, tried to call head office, I was told they would be open on Good Friday where i could discuss making sure the flowers wouldn't be pink as they are on the website. No answer ! Online chat again, there I was told no they are shut because of Good Friday. Blood pressure through the roof by now. I threatenend them with Trading Standards, with 5 mins they said they had contacted the florist to make sure no pink flowers, they wouldn't give me the florist number. Flowers did arrive but very disappointing just a few yellow and white with a bit of greenery. Some upgrade !! Don't waste your time with these people !!!!

I ordered some flowers for my mother in law for Mother's Day. I paid the extra for luxury flowers and we got nothing of the sort. They don't answer the phone, promise refunds but don't process and then the live chat just fobs you off.
Please be warned this place is a waste of space. The customer support is shocking.

I would not rate this company the flowers arrive but they are nothing like described and you could get the same flowers for £1.99 in the. Local supermarket they don't reply to emails and there is no phone number for the company they are a complete waste of money I would advise anyone to avoid this company !! Very very disappointed :( never ever again I certainly learned the hard way !!!
