I received a bouquet of lillies for Valentine's Day which arrived quite early on the day. However, as it was winter some of the flowers suffered from frost bite and when my hubby contacted flower station, the gentleman was quite nice about it and offered another bouquet of lillies to compensate for it. He delivered on the very next day! I The flowers are also very beautiful. Professional service :)
Overall I was pretty pleased with my order from Flower Station for Valentine's day. It was delivered on time and the bouquet was good quality - flowers were fresh and looked very attractive. Some other people on here seem to have had a bad experience but i'm sure i'll be using Flower Station again.
The flowers I oredered (for valentines day) arrived a day late, even though they were ordered well in advance. The condition of the flowers was poor, they had started to wilt and never even had any water in them. What made all this worse was that the delivery man seemed to think it was quite ok to arrive a day late and when asked why they had not turned up on valentines day just shrugged his shoulders and with a smug grin and in a very sarcastic manner stated "I was quite busy yesterday".
I received my purchase a day late although paying for AM delivery on my chosen day. What makes matters worse the order was placed a week in advance.
The flowers were in terrible condition as was the city link box??? they arrived in. Not quite the personal experience one would hope for.
Expressed my concern to the customer service department and had no response at all.
Thanks flower station
I used this company because I couldn't find what I was looking for on Interflora at a reasonable price for Valentine's Day. I filled in the order and sent it off - I then I realised I hadn't put a message to go on the card!:-O E-mailed TheFlowerStation and they amended my order no problems! The flowers arrived at my fiancee's office before 9am so I am very happy with the service.
Flowers were lovely once they were actually received. Unfortunately they were delivered late (after 10:00pm??) to the office even though the delivery instructions (which ironically were printed on the order once received!!) were 8am - 6pm. This meant the person I bought them for didn't get them until the day after their birthday.
sorry to see some many negative reviews. Had i seen them before i ordered they would have deterred me, and I'm glad i didn't as have been very happy with the service i received!
Send two bunches as thank you's on the same day and both arrived next day as requested, and i found the customer service very helpful.
I don't know what the flowers looked like unfortunately, but i had received flowers from the company as few months ago as a gift and was very impressed, so i ordered the same ones- white and green. had lovely cabbages in.
Overall a good service if you don't want to give your business to inter flora. I think these bouquets look more modern, so prefer it.
I had a voucher that entitled me to 12 long stem roses from this company. I called them and ordered same day delievery. They never showed up!
I contacted them again and was told by email that the driver had delievered them. He said he saw a man going through my gate and gave them to him and he signed it.
I do not have a gate and no man lives at my address. They will not redeliver even though they went to the wrong address. They just gave them to some man on the street. I have spoken to them numerous times and now they ignore my emails. Do not use this florist!!! I am very upset at the whole process they ruined a surprise and will not take responsibility for delievering to the wrong address.
I left it last min to buy flowers for the missus Birthday, decided to use flower station as they do Sunday delivery and have used in previously. I placed the order Saturday Paid 49 for flowers and another £5 for AM delivery. I wanted the missus to wake up to flowers on her Birthday. They messed up the order and didnt bother calling to telling me until Tuesday. When I did get the flowers they were missing purple lizianthus and baby blue eucalyptus, but this I could tolerate. What really grinds my gears is that there was a card in the bouquet saying 'sorry we missed you ect ect' as if to say they attempted to deliver and no one was home.
I ordered 'mass of freesias' for my daughter in London, and she received bouquet of freesia buds on the right day and time. A week has passed from that day, and absolutely fantastic bouquet of blooming and fresh freesias is still on her table! She showed them by skype yesterday. I am very happy how it worked!
I ordered flowers from the States for my girlfriend in the UK. They arrived a day late after paying for same day delivery. The flowers were mostly leaves and few flowers. I still have not received my receipt for my order, however they were quick to debit my account.
Overall, they were good and she liked the flowers, but I would like better behind the scenes service.
Ordered a £35 bouquet which arrived virtually dead and the 'handwritten note' scrawled on a piece of cardboard, after emailing them i received a response asking for a photo. After sending this and 4 emails later still no reply. Absolutely awful service and awful flowers! most were green foliage! I highly advise anyone considering this company to think again! I've seen healthier, fuller bouquets in service stations! Over priced and utterly awful customer service.

I ordered a 'Deluxe' White & Green bouquet to be delivered to my mother on Boxing Day. Strangely, the bouquet was delivered on Christmas Eve, although that wasn't too much of a problem. However, my sister sent across a photo of the bouquet that was delivered and I was horrified to see that it bore very little resemblence to the image and description on the Flower Station website! The description on their website says 'An elegant, fresh and clean hand-tied bouquet of flowers is created by ever fragrant freesias, white akito roses, white crane brassicas, snapdragons, as well as lush green foliages', and also 'Deluxe option usually includes up to 20% more flower products'. The bouquet delivered comprised mainly carnations and daisies and no roses whatsoever. It was very much inferior, badly put together and could in no way be described as 'deluxe'. It was very embarrassing for me as the bouquet was meant to be a Christmas gift for my mother, and the selection and arrangement of flowers was very poor and not at all what I believed I was paying for. I emailed a complaint to Flower Station on Christmas Day and still haven't received a response a week later. Needless to say, I will never again waste my time and money using Flower Station.
Placed an online order but had to cancel it within 20 mins. Finally got through to someone who hardly spoke English and the confirmed that my order was cancelled. Needless to say it was still sent out and charged for. Flowers were pretty ropey to say the least. Dont waste your time using this Company as service and quality really poor.
I ordered some tulips for my sister to arrive at the theatre in the West End. She loved them and said that they looked beautiful but the water container that they arrived in wasn't very secure. She also said that they didn't come with any flower food (not sure if tulip's do) and that they were on the turn a bit when she got them. I did take advantage of an offer of half price for 50 tulip's, so that was good value, but should have been fresher. Flowersation please try harder. x
Like a lot of people:
1. Flowers were at least a week old and dying
2. Wrong colour - supposed to be red
The company refused to take my call and failed to respond to emails.
Thankfully I bought through Groupon who refunded my money.....
I ordered 50 tulips where there was only one colour scheme - pink, red and purple. When they arrived, they were yellow and orange. Apparently there is a notice somewhere on the site saying colours may be substituted but I never saw it. Plus, given there were NO colour options, surely this means they are simply out of stock and should note this on the site.
In addition, the flowers were drenched, like they'd had a bucket of water spilled on them, so the card was ruined.
Furthermore, 2 tulpis were ROTTEN on one side! Completely rotted away...
I emailed Gordon 4 business days ago, and yesterday forwarded the email to the info@ address.Have I had a response? No! But I got this link, so here's my review. I wish I'd seen this page before booking.
I will be pursuing my complaint further.
Flowers were nice and delivery was fine but the message that I requested via online was actually spelt incorrectly and said something completely different. I emailed them to explain the mistake and have heard nothing back. In the future, I will be looking for a company that worries about the detail and cares about mistakes. If they had emailed back after my concern was raised, I would have used them again but as they haven't, I feel pretty disappointed about the whole experience. I expect good delivery and nice flowers so 3 stars is all I can give.
Ordered a Christmas tree on the 30th of Nov for the 1st of Dec...did not receive until the 8th of Dec. Called up the company to ask where it was on the 7th and they had forgotten about the order and said it would be delivered on the 8th. Would have been the 9th if I didn't tell the lazy delivery guy to go back to the apartment and leave the tree with the concierge AS INSTRUCTED ON THE DELIVERY COMMENTS!
Flowers arrived dead to my sick mother. They look more than a week old. I paid £26 in total and could get better from Asda. Have phoned and emailed. Disgusting customer service told me they were fine when left the florist so will not be refunding. I bought deal with Groupon and they are passing the buck. Poor poor company. AVOID AVOID AVOID .
Very pleased with the whole experience - I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mum-in-law's work address on a Friday, to be told on Thursday evening she was taking the day off! It was reassuring, therefore, to be ablel to call and speak to an actual person that evening who took the new address details - and the flowers duly arrived at the correct address on the day. Flowerstation is an excellent idea and I would use it more if it were operating elsewhere in the country as well as London - it's a little more personal than Interflora with a good modern selection of flowers and bouquets at reasonable prices. I would recommend them.
I booked a same day delivery late in the day. Unfortunately there was some problem with the admin and the flowers were not delivered until the following day. However, the bouquet was stunning, and flowers so fresh that even the roses are still going strong almost a week later. My partner was thrilled to receive them, and the receptionists at his office loved the arrangement so much they wanted to keep it! Would highly recommend them both online or in person at the Baker St shop for beautiful, fresh flowers every time.
Never again would I use this company to get flowers delivered, unreliable and would let you down.
I ordered flowers for a birthday and paid extra to be dlivered early and was promised that the flowers would be delivered before 10am, and guess what it was delivered at 9pm.
I called like 10 times and each time I spoke to someone, they would give me difference excuses, how can they even work for a company like this and lie for this company.
I would rather pay a little extra and just use a professional company such as inter-flora.co.uk.
I am currently in the process of starting legal action if they do not refund the difference owed to me as this is fraud and will also report them to watchdog for giving customers false information.
I ordered some flowers on line from this company as a birthday present: to make it short: flowers were not delivered on the requested day after I was assured the driver was on his way, called again and the ridiculous receptionist told me she had the flowers delivery date for the day after, but could manage to fix that. After 6 pm flowers wouldn't arrive so called them again and I was told the driver had a problem with van: the receptionist was really bad at finding excuses. After arguing, I said I didn't want the flowers any more and asked for a refund. The receptionist apologized with no effort at all and invited me to call on Monday for refund.
Guess what this shameful company did? they sent the flower the day after with my name instead of the recipient!!!!
I called them again and asked for refund, they sounded like they didn't really care and were just wasting my time telling me to call this and that but no refund given. I have started legal action against this company as I feel completely ripped off.
Ordered a delivery to surprise a very good friend on her 30th Birthday on Saturday and the delivery never turned up. Had to phone on Monday to find out what had happened and all they could say was that there was a problem with the driver. No one bothered to contact us to let us know, and now our friend thinks we couldn't be bothered about her 30th. Worst service I have ever had, can't see how they got such a good star rating. So upset that this has now caused a problem with my friend. Will never use again or recommend to anyone and will leave bad reviews wherever I can!
I live in California and use this company to send flowers to my girlfriend in London. It's great because Flower Station is a local company so I don't have to pay extra to send a bouquet to a foreign country. The prices are very reasonable and no delivery fee. Last time I ordered flowers 6am London time and still got them delivered free that very same day. Someone hand wrote my typed message on a card-thought that was a bit cute. The flowers look great (especially the stargazer lilies) and my girlfriend has been very happy each and every time!!
The service was awful.1) No conformation letter about my booking. 2)Despite extra money which I paid for the delivery after 6 PM and explaining message why I am asking send the flowers at this time, they bring bouquet in the middle of the day and left it near the door in the high street. Luckily a neighbour took care of these flowers and give this bouquet for the person in the evening time......
