QUALITY
Fonebank again has come up trumps. They offer a fair price for your mobile phone and process the payment very quickly. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is thinking about upgrading their mobile.

Really quick service, easy to do
FoneBank didint give me the highest price for my phone but was the second highest. However they had better reviews so chose them. I wasn't dissapointed. My cheque arrived one day after the phone was received and I found the whole process easy and hassle free.

5 weeks to process an order and pay up is dog turd
Whatever the reason it took to process my order 5 weeks is too long and I will use your competitors in future even if I receive less for my unwanted items !!

Brilliant Service
I had an Iphone 4 to sell. Looked on the web site and was impressed with their proposal. Sent the phone off on a Monday and received the cheque for the advertised amount on the Wednesday. Doesn't get any better than that!

Good service from FoneBank, would recommend
Recently had bad experience with a competitor - not a friendly alien, claimed phone was non working, so had low expectations. However FoneBank delivered on same phone, fast payment as promised, good communication, would recommend, only negative is they don't provide a packing envelope, but postage is free.

First class service!
Was thoroughly impressed with the service. The same day they received my phone, I received an email to say they were starting the payment process. Money was in my bank account 2 days later.
I spoke to a lovely lady at customer service before I sent the phone off, who was super friendly and helpful.

No Quibble!
When I came to trade-in my mobile, I decided to to some research, as many companies have had a lot of bad press.
I am pleased to say that I did not have any problems at all, and apart from the initial online contact, I had no cause to contact this company.
I opted for a BACS payment and within a week the fully payment as quoted was in my bank account.
I am happy to say that they are reliable and honour their offers.
Will use again next year :D
