Great, fast service
Originally I was a little sceptical, but after agreeing a price for my iPhone 4 it took less than 5 minutes to complete the sale. Posted it special delivery, the next day I had an email saying the phone had been received and payment processed! 2 days later the money has cleared in my account. All the time notified by email. The speed of the transaction and service were great, can't recommend enough, I was truly surprised.

SIMPLE PROCEDURE
The whole procedure for selling my phone was very straightforward and from comparison with other sellers I got a reasonable deal. I was also reasonably confident as I had used FoneBank.com before.

excellent service and i received payment quickly
No hassel service, just complete the online form and posted my phone which fonebank received next day. I paid normal postage as my phone wasnt worth more than £40, so only cost £2.10. With normal postage anything with a value under £40 is insured by the post office. If the value of your phone is more than £40 pay special delivery postage as fonebank will insure you for loss, theft

Amazingly good service
Having received a favourable quote for my phone (better than other sites) I posted the phone off to Fonebank on Tuesday- ok it cost £2.40-ish for recorded delivery but I thought at least I was covered if it went missing. On Wednesday I received an e-mail to confirm receipt of the phone and to my great and pleasant surprise I received a cheque for the full amount the following day - 2 DAYS AFTER I POSTED IT!! Excellent service and would recommend to anyone

very quick and efficient service
Found fonebank through a comparison service and although it wasn't the best payer, it had the best reviews and the service I received proved why.
I sent my phone in special delivery on the Tuesday, got acknowledgement on the Wednesday that the phone had been received and was being checked and the full amount was paid on the Thursday straight into my bank account.
I've used other services in the past and they can't compare to fonebank.

Fantastic service

I have reccycled 100's of phones and fonebank is excellent and more importantly consistently good.
I can't say the same for RPC recycle any more, who are now ripping people off badly, and MPX for that matter.

Offered me the best deal on my phone and once I sent it away on the Tuesday special delivery I received an email on the Wednesday saying they had it and the money was in my account on the Thursday. Getting through to their uk contact centre was easy too and they were really helpful

I filled in the webpage on Tuesday morning, at lunchtime I posted the mobiles to Fonebank.com. Wednesday I got e-mail to confirm receipt of mobiles and that the order is being processed. Thursday I received the cheque in the post. 3 days! Fantastic service.

I recently sold 4 old phones, online, with Fonebank. I originally went with another company who were offering more for the phone but heard nothing but bad reviews and had difficulty contacting them myself so I switched to fonebank.
