I obtained my codes quickly but was unable to use them for my phone despite the useful and in depth advice given by the Company. They quickly refunded my money as soon as I sent them the phone information required.

Excellent customer service. Caring and effective.

Unlocking my Verizon 9850 BlackBerry wasn't easy because of the level of software customization done by Verizon. However, Fones Zone's customer service was patient and persistent until the 9850 was unlocked. I highly recommend them!

As it was a Saturday when I asked for the unlock code I received an Email telling me it might not be available until Monday. yet less than an hour later I received the code and simple to follow instructions and my phone was unlocked and ready to use. I 100% recommend this service .

I really can't fault this company

In the past I have tried two other company's and both were "cheaper" both of these didn't deliver, help or fulfil what they promised and getting a refund was a nightmare! FoneZone could be more different. They are professional, communication was fast and helpful and delivery was fast. I would not hesitate for a minute to use them again and I would urge anyone to do the same. It's so refreshing to find a trustworthy independent company online.

Spot on - couldn't be better.

I ordered an unlock on Saturday evening for a new LG flip phone, received email from Fones Zone informing that code would come through by Tuesday as the code lookup wasn't normally available at the weekend. Pleased to say the code was emailed early Monday evening, and it easily and fully unlocked the LG. Would definitely use this service again. Thanks.

Fone Zone does the business

I needed aphone unlocked and phone zone provided a cheaper alternative to my phone provider. With easy to follow instructions unlocking my phone was painfree with phone zone. I would highly recommend phone zone to anyone having trouble unlocking a phone.

Got there in the end!

Still unable to get this code to work. Reply emails are slow coming through, but to be fair, my replies are not so quick either. But the phone is still locked after several days & £15....... It finally worked. Might have taken some time, but the support kept coming. So fair enough.

Unlock received after 4 hours, even though I was told upto 72 hours, worked fine, instructions and support great.

Superb Service

The information I received, (when they said it would) was first class.
They gave me simple step by step instructions and it worked to perfection, I now have an (provider unlocked mobile)
Only down side was it was a little expensive, costing same as phone did in first place!, however, cannot argue with results

I bought my cell phone in England, but I live in Brazil. I was very upset because I could not unlock it here in Brazil.
Then I found this "fones zones" web site. At first I was not very confortable with the idea in buying a code. I was not confident it would unlock my cell phone. I wrote to Richard and he said the code would work perfectly. I bought and the day after I received the code and I was able to unlock he cell phone. I am so happy with it and I strongly recommend this service. Great and perfect job.
