Fast, Fantastic service
FANTASTIC SERVICE. I would highly recommend this service. Richard kept me informed as promised.
Although other sites were cheaper they could either not provide me with the code to unlock my phone or onlt provide a temporary unock code that would have to be entered everytime

Samsung GT-S3350
Needed to unlock my Tesco phone so I could use it on a French network. Code arrived promptly & well within promised time. Kept informed of progress throughout. Encountered problems when trying to unlock my phone but Richard gave excellent help & advice which enabled me to resolve the problem quickly. Thoroughly recommend and will use again

Genuine helpful service
I ordered my unlock code for a samsung chat 335 which arrived the next day.I had a problem at first which was quickly resolved by email and now everything is fine.I would use this company again as they responded very quickly to my emails ( within hours) .well done !.

We had our thoughts about unlocking the phone - at first.
But, reading through the instructions on the website of Fones Zone made us feel secure - that this is a trustworthy company and the service will be just fine.
We ordered the code, paid, and then everything went real smooth and simple. We were amazed!
And, yes, everything worked out fine - no trouble at all - during the unlocking process.

Successful unlock eventually
Codes for my LG Optimus are obtained by FZ from elsewhere so delivery is not instant but arrived within stated time. Instructions a bit vague. 2 codes delivered but no mention of how to use "backup code" and neither code worked 1st time for me.
Response to support query was only in evenings so don't expect instant turnaround. Site advertises online support but not offered to me. First response to query was vague and ambiguous, but after follow-up query I got succinct and successful help next day. Overall it took 4 days from order to get successful unlock.

Amazing service
I am in Cyprus and brought a T-Mobile phone with me. I submitted the order and had an unlock code within 2 days. Unfortunately the code did not work. I submitted a support ticket and received excellent and fast help. Still no success so they refunded the full amount to my credit card.

Great service
The service was very quick and professional, I received a number of emails giving me updates of when to expect to receive the code I requested, and when I did encounter a problem, I received prompt advice almost immediately. Unfortunately the code didn't work for me as I needed to unlock a 3G phone and hadn't realised the codes don't work for them but nonetheless, I had a great customer experience with this company and would definitely use them again.

Fast, simple, and brilliant service
I needed to unlock my phone as fast as possible and was recommended Fones Zone by GiffGaff. Although their website informed me that it would take around 72 hours to respond within an hour my request had been processed and the codes had been emailed to me. Along with these there were easy to follow instructions.
When an issue occurred with my phone wanting SP codes they were incredibly helpful and sorted the problem out even though it was not during work hours. I would recommend Fones Zone to anyone wanting quick, reliable, helpful service for a very good price!

Fast and professional service

I just wanted to say that everything went well with my purchase of an unlock code. As well as the process being quick,the instructions provided are simple enough that anyone could apply them.
Even though Paypal decided to audit my security and that held up the process by half a day, the team at Fones Zone were understanding and quick to respond once that issue had been resolved.

Brilliant service!
Always wary when using a code service on the internet as there are so many rogue sellers out there. The foneszone website was incredibly easy to navigate to to find the information that I wanted, and ordering was a breeze!
The codes were predicted to arrive within 12 hours. They arrived within the hour and I was able to follow the very concise instructions included to unlock my handset. The unlock process took seconds once the code was received. I will definitely use the service again and recommend to anyone who will listen!!

The unlock code was received as per the delivery timescales and it works perfectly. For weird reasons the email from fonszone was filered out of my inbox which created a confusion about the status of my phone unlock order.

You ordered your code on the 2nd of Jan and it was sent out on the 3rd of Jan which is the day after you ordered, "13 days"?, this was still outside of our recommended time limit which I apologise for but things where a bit slow as it was the day after the new year.
We have not received any e-mail from you asking for support or even indicating that you have a problem?
If you login to our site which all customers can do, we have a full support area where you can get priority over questions asked and any support needed, all questions are answered within 1-24 hours, normally the same day in working hours 10am-6pm
Im not quite sure what has happened here but please contact via our support area and we will see if we can get this sorted out for you.

Unfortunate
Ordered the unlock code on 24th and received email confirming it would take a maximum of 12 hours. Didn't then receive it until the 27th. This meant my daughter could not use her Christmas present.
I have to say they did reply to my initial emails, but there was no formal follow up to apologise for the overall delay. This has surprised me as I had anticipated a contact after eventually receiving the code nearly 3 days later than expected.
I have given 1 star rather than zero, as I do believe there was a desire to get it right, but in my case the service was undeniably inadequate.

We do try our best to send out the codes within the given time scale but some times experience slight delays, this was due to the Christmas period.

Very professional
One of my first on line experiences and I was a little worried about sending money, but I need not have worried at all, they were prompt with the codes, unfortunately they did not work for me, not because of FonesZone but I had to replace my original SIM card 18 months previously and the codes will only activate if you have the original SIM. But to there credit they acknowledged my problem and made a full refund.
