Paid for a jersey to arrive next day. This is the third day, and still hasn't come. I called to ask if I could at least get my refund for the 'next day' delivery and was told, "I'll make a ticket and let you know". STILL NO WORD! STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM. Very Surprising to see all the negativity and bad reviews about this company!!! I had no problems at all!!! I got what I ordered, I got the free 3 day shipping which saved me about $40!!! I received my Nike Elite Jersey even before it was scheduled to come!!! Plus it came with a $10 off my next purchase of $50+. Can't beat that, and I will defiantly do future purchases with Footballfanatics!!!
Nice pictures of clothes but once you receive them 2 months later when you paid for a 3 day delivery, you'll notice they look very different from the ones advertised on their website. My friends in the UK and the US said they're not exactly on time but close enough. If you stay outside the US then buy and expect to wait like everyone else's reviews on here and expect a different product.
I bought a logo polo that was supposed to be a coaches shirt. Very nice with team logo, stripes vertical down the sides, contrasting collar. What I got was a plain white shirt with the team name embroidered on the chest. They advertise official logo wear. They ship cheap junk. Live and learn. Read and be warned. This company is a scammer. Don't put yourself in their bait and switch returns spiral of death.
I placed an order for 3 items that I was to receive in 3 days as advertised. On day 6 I called because I had not received anything and was on a "brief hold" on and off for over an hour after being HUNG UP ON BY THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE!!! I never got any emails saying my order had shipped but when I called I was told that the delivery driver LEFT MY ORDER OUTSIDE despite being specifically told NOT to do so as I live in an apartment. Of course, it was stolen. Or, as I believe it never came. After calling countless times and reordering despite my better judgement, I STILL HAVE NOTHING AFTER TWO WEEKS! I finally just asked for a refund which I was told was issued on three different dates and could take anywhere from 2 to 10 days to get back depending on which person at their call center you talk to. Don't think you'll get a supervisor either. Waste of time. I still don't have my money back and am now being told that it won't go through until 11-12 because they LOST MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!! YOU DRAFTED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY, WTF TAKES ALMOST A MONTH TO GIVE IT BACK?!?!?!?! I have NEVER in my life dealt with a company filled with more ignorant, hateful people. "I do apologize" doesn't help me. Telling me that the person I talked to previously "was misinformed" or "he was confused" also does not help! Is this acceptable to the company? I was promised, BY A MANAGER, a call back regarding this HUGE screw up on their part but of course have not received one. How the hell is this place still in business?! I HAVE EMAILED & CALLED COUNTLESS TIMES, BUT NO MORE. I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB SO HOPEFULLY THEY CAN STOP THESE PEOPLE FROM STEALING FROM ANYONE ELSE. I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY.

Placed an order in early October. An item was missing from that order when it was received. Called customer service on 10-13 and 10-23. Both customer service reps assured me the item was being shipped and they would "email me a new order number". Needless to say, no order number, no missing shirt.
I called again on 10-24, this time I was given a new order number and assurance that the shirt would be there on Friday or Saturday. I looked at the new order email and see that the shirt is being delivered to an address we lived at two years ago. Why?? Who knows?? Not customer service, that's for sure. When I called 10-26 to tell Fanatics about their mistake, I got some more vague assurance it would be shipped to the correct address. Guess what??? Yep, it was delivered to the wrong address….
Called again on 10-30, the customer service rep said that I should have called FedEx to make sure the shipping address was right. Really?? Again, the customer service rep assured me the shirt was being shipped and they would "email me a new order number". Hmmm, heard this one before… No new order number )or shirt) again…
Called again 10-31 (that's six for you people out there deciding if you want to place an order with Fanatics). Of course the shirt is now out of stock…. I had to argue with the customer service rep to get a refund for the shirt and the shipping charges. After all that, Fanatics wanted to issue me "fan cash" instead of a refund on my credit card. There is not a snowball's chance in hell that I would ever place an order with them again. But this ordeal may continue… Fanatics said they issued a refund but until I see it on my credit card statement, I won't trust them.
Football fanatics is great for people who want cheap but good quality game day wear. They have tons of great deals and a huge selection of items. That being said, they take a little bit longer ( few days ) more than estimated to ship your items.
I ordered gifts for my 14 year old grandson's birthday. Only part of the order was received and I have spoken to Football Fanatics twice to no avail. I was put on a "two minute hold" and after holding for well over 15 minutes, I was hung up on. They don't know where the rest of the order is and refuse to resend it. I had to file a dispute on my American Express and reorder from a different company . I would never order from them again and would recommend that you not order from Football Fanatics.
I ordered from this site because they advertise all over their website that there is FREE 3 Day Delivery with all orders over 75.00. I ordered in October 1st and my package isn't being delivered until October 8th. I called customer service and they said that they still get a few days processing time and once they decide to ship it out they will make sure it ships for only 3 days. It does not state that we have to wait 3 or 4 days to process. VERY MISLEADING. (not to mention they told me the following day they don't have an item I ordered)
I ordered t shirts in time to have them received for my wifes birthday. Never received them. I did get an email 2 days after her birthday to tell me that the products or no longer being manufactured. Despite this, the same products continue to be marketed on this website.
Ordered five times none of those times have they got my order right.. I had 30 fancash sitting around before and they took it, I called and they didn't help. Second time I had 50 and they took it again!! And they froze my account cause I asked them if they can transfer my fancash to my new account. Makes no sense , this company is bullish!t and a rip off. I don't recommend it to anyone. Took 2 months to get my items and when they arrived they were wrong and they want me to return them and pay the shipping,it wasn't even my fault.
They fulfilled my order with the incorrect size, - entirely their error. But, there is no way to return the item without paying a $5.50 service charge. They state: "Your complete satisfaction is our top priority."
But why would one be satisfied when having to pay for their error?
They list a customer service line but it only puts you on perpetual hold.
I felt surprised when i saw some bad reviews here! i ordered 4 times (international shipping) and the products came very fast and all in good quality and good price! also the shipping cost was the cheapest I found all over USA ( 25 dollars) no matter how many things you order. I needed customer service twice.the first time the shirt i ordered was out of stock so they refund and gave me extra 10$ fan cash for the next order! the second time one key chain was missing and their response was sending another IMMEDIATELY plus 10$ fan cash again!
I recommended it to all my friends and sure I'm gonna order again!
I ordered from Football Fanatics not even 2 weeks ago and received my package yesterday. It was only slightly held up at customs, and naturally there was an additional VAT charge to get it into the UK. The item I ordered was exactly as described on the website, and thanks to their helpful sizing guides it fitted just right too. Thanks guys!
Store is great and options many. How do you know a reliable, legit and trustworthy company? The moment you have an issue.
I got an Italian jersey as gift from my wife. I needed a different size and they processed the exchange righ-a-way, fees waived.
Nearly 6 months later the emblem started peeling off. Not their fault as it could simply be the manufacturer. They didn't pose a question and offered a refund or replacement. 6 MONTHS LATER!! I know almost no company that does that these days.
So... HIGHLY EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED STORE
6 weeks and still getting the run around! My package has been everywhere but my house!! After a month I was fed up and asked for my money back and was told I had to wait for the package to arrive and then send it back before they'd refund my money, what kind if BS is this. Now my package is being sent to the same city in ANOTHER COUNTRY and here I am trying once again to get my money back and still getting the run around this is crazy! I'm getting the feeling I won't be seeing my money or my product

I have never dealt with a more horrible company in my life. First they ship me the wrong college sweatshirt for my sons graduation. Then they promise to have my right one here within 2 days. Now I have to get on a plane and go to his graduation without a gift for him. Then they tell me and my eight month pregnant wife (who is very upset) that they can not put a suoervisor on the phone. Yet they told her that the supervisors were currently asissting other customers. So after sitting on hold they come back and say we can put in a request for a supervisr to call back within 24 hours and that the proper channels must be followed. Ok, but what about the proper channels for a business transaction? They have our money but we don't have what we ordered. So now we are being forced to get on a plane and go to our son's graduation with no gift. They have no clue what good customer service is and i am very upset with the fact that my wife is so upset. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Jeg bestilte 5 varer (Jakke, bluse, taske, og huer) fra footballfanatics, og var meget i tvivl om hvor godt det ville gå, da jeg ikke havde købt via udlandet før. Jeg lavede bestillingen tirsdag d. 17. januar, og levering fra post.dk fredag d. 27. januar. Altså godt 2 ugers levering. Meget tilfreds, og det var pakket godt ind i stor samlet kasse.

- Hvis du ikke har handlet fra udlandet før (fx. USA) skal du være opmærksom på told og moms. Læg derfor ca. 50% oveni varens pris i USA for dette skal betales på posthuset ved afhentning af varen.

im shocked to hear anyone say anything bad about football fanatics! i love football fanatics been a customer for two years and have never had a problem with them they make returns so simple i really dont ordering from anyone else! listen to me football fanatics rules!

This is the second time I've ordered form Football fanatics and my last. The first order never came. After 5 weeks of waiting I contacted them to ask where my order was and they had to reorder it for me as it had gone missing! They charged my visa the day I ordered and yet I didnt receive anything for 7 weeks. Foolishly I decided to give them another chance and I am almost 5 weeks waiting and still no delivery. I'm in Ireland, so unless they are sending my delivery in a rowing boat, there is no excuse for this crap.
They had no problem billing my credit card immediately however week 3 and still no product....and customer service will not return my email requesting info on where it is!!! Go to nfl.com or other pro shop is my advice.....when i log back in to my account it shows that there was over $500 'state tax' added to the invoice. THis better be a typo!!!
I ordered a jersey for my nephew and filled out the billing and shipping address correctly however when the order was processed they had his address as the billing address. They promise delivery by Christmas however there is no place on the site to correct the information their system screwed up and they do not respond to emails. Another ordering from the internet nightmare.
We are still waiting for our Giants gear to be shipped. We thought we would be able to wear our gear during the world series. Now that it hasn't shipped as of 5 days after we ordered we are left disappointed. Won't be ordering from them again. In fact I think I want my money back...I could have gotten shirts at WalMart for a fraction of the price and could be wearing them now to cheer on our team. Boo.
