I have shopped with this company before and not had a problem until this year. For Christmas I received a gift purchased from this site, but it was the wrong size. I sent the order back with the return form and marked that 1. I had received this item as a gift 2. that I wanted to exchange it for the correct size 3. I included all of my contact information. I never received an exchange on the item. When I called I was given the explanation that they do not do exchanges, and the item was processed as a return. I do not understand why they bother to have an exchange section on their return form at all if it is not even used. Secondly, per their own return policy the return of gifts should equate to receiving a store credit. Although I had clearly marked gift and provided my contact information I did not receive an email, phone call, or letter. I doubt anyone will care enough to resolve this issue, but you should know of the serious flaws within this company. Due to the unnecessary frustration and poor customer service, they have officially lost me as a customer.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Rude customer service reps who talk over you when you're describing your situation. Nothing but problems with returning a product purchased from them. Have spent a couple hours trying to resolve a return issue. They refunded the returned product, however, the refunded amount was much less than the cost of the item we returned. After six phone calls dealing with their customer server reps we still do not have the issue resolved. The incompetence is to the point that it seems intentional.
I ordered some gear as an anniversary present. I opted for the 7-10 day shipping because I had 2 weeks before my anniversary. It has now been 2 weeks and I called today to check the delivery date and they said it wouldn't get to me for another week! 21 days to ship is far beyond the 7-10 days advertised! Although the woman on the phone was polite, their phone system must be terrible because she could hardly hear me and I had to repeat my name about a dozen times! I only called in the first place because they don't have a tracking option for Hawaii. I realize that shipping to HI does take longer, but the site specifically says 7-10 days for shipments to HI.
I ordered a jacket and a cap for my father for Christmas and it never showed up. I ordered it 12/21 plenty of time for 2-day shipping to arrive by christmas! I understand that the shipping couriers had issues but Fanatics website didn't even have a proper shipping tracking number. When I called they put me on hold repeatedly and after several tries they still didn't know what happened to my order. They said it was Fed ex's fault and to check the day after christmas. I was upset but said fine. After Christmas, still no package, so when I called them again they said oh, we have no idea what happened but we can reorder it for you! This was my only option so I agreed. They agreed to send it next day air. The next day, STILL no package. Called them back. They still had no idea what happened. So they ordered it again and put it in for 7-10 day shipping. I was fuming by now, so I cancelled the order. But they said ok we can refund you but the item is still being shipped we can't stop it can you believe that? So now my parents have to return the damn thing! Terrible company, no control over their sales process, awful website, customer service were nice but could do NOTHING to help each time to called about one of their screw ups. Never again will I order from this disorganized company.
Incompetent, incapable, do not trust them with your Christmas gifts. If they had been honest with me and told me they were completely over their head I would have respected it and gone elsewhere a week ago... But now on Christmas Eve they pull down all shipping info. Never, ever, ever again!,!,! Do not buy from them EVER!
Received wrong size. Called customer service. They said they would send replacement as soon as it showed that myeturn was in the mail. They did not do this and item is out of stock. Picked another item. Was told I would receive by dec 18. Still don't have it. Was told it was sent yesterday fed ex over night. No delivery tody.
I ordered a leathermen coat from them Dec 4. The first email states my order was placed and says I'll receive my shipment confirmation. After a day of not receiving the email I called because they had already taken the money. I sat on hold for 20 minutes and hung up and just called the next day. The representative said she'd send me a new shipment confirmation.
I didn't get one but I was not in the mood to cuss anyone out so I waited.
After 2 weeks, I received an email saying a portion of my order couldn't be fulfilled so I would be refunded. What portion? The sleeves? It's a jacket. The item isn't marked out of stock nor on backorder. Also, how was she sending a new shipment confirmation email when the item is out of stock..
I called to see when I would be receiving my refund and was told 2-10 days. So I ask 2-10 days from the day you guys took my money and pretended like you had this item in stock or 2-10 days from when you guys fessed up to never having it, of course the latter.
It's been 3 days since they emailed me and on the 10th day, I'll be d****d if I don't see my money.
Quick to take money but not give it back? I don't think so.
I placed my order on black friday and had selected 3 day shipping. However, one item had the tag that it could not be shipped out any later than December 4th. I received my conformation email and was just waiting on the shipping conformation. Once the 12th had rolled by had not received my package nor the shipping conformation I decided to contact customer service and they informed me that one of my items my items was on backorder (total BS the item was in stock the entire time according to the website) but not to worry because one of my items had a special shipping date, the one I listed before, saying it could be shipped no later than the 16th. What!? I understand being back up a few days and even then inform the customer of what is happening. However, two weeks is just unacceptable and unprofessional. Hoping I actually receive my items before Christmas although I won't be surprised if they don't. Long story short if you actually have a date you need your stuff by don't ever rely on this company.
I ordered items on a Weds that I needed by Sat. There were multiple shipping choices. It was before noon, so I chose 2-day shipping. I didn't receive a confirmation of shipping until 30 hours later and noted that goods would not arrive until Mon. I called customer service who basically said that "technically we are right and you are wrong." Not good choice of words in that situation. I wanted to cancel order, but they said too bad that goods already on the way and can't stop the FedEx machine. I looked at how to return goods, but those needed a form to be attached else they would not refund all money. Since items are gong to a third party's address, that one won't work either. Overall, a bad experience in trying to order with respect to a timeline, in having order filled and shipped in timely fashion, and in getting help from customer service to find a solution. I won't do business with this firm EVER again.
I read reviews before order and was extremely nervous but decided to try it myself. Thankfully I did, so pleased with my products. Ordered multiple items including hoodies, hats, and bags from an assortment of teams. First part of order came in 3 days later. Due to only getting half I called customer service and they searched my order and informed me of where the other part was being shipped from, when it would arrive, and were beyond kind to me. Great for Christmas shopping!
Paid for a jersey to arrive next day. This is the third day, and still hasn't come. I called to ask if I could at least get my refund for the 'next day' delivery and was told, "I'll make a ticket and let you know". STILL NO WORD! STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM. There are plenty of other great companies out there. M
Very Surprising to see all the negativity and bad reviews about this company!!! I had no problems at all!!! I got what I ordered, I got the free 3 day shipping which saved me about $40!!! I received my Nike Elite Jersey even before it was scheduled to come!!! Plus it came with a $10 off my next purchase of $50+. Can't beat that, and I will defiantly do future purchases with Footballfanatics!!!
Nice pictures of clothes but once you receive them 2 months later when you paid for a 3 day delivery, you'll notice they look very different from the ones advertised on their website. My friends in the UK and the US said they're not exactly on time but close enough. If you stay outside the US then buy and expect to wait like everyone else's reviews on here and expect a different product.
I bought a logo polo that was supposed to be a coaches shirt. Very nice with team logo, stripes vertical down the sides, contrasting collar. What I got was a plain white shirt with the team name embroidered on the chest. They advertise official logo wear. They ship cheap junk. Live and learn. Read and be warned. This company is a scammer. Don't put yourself in their bait and switch returns spiral of death.
