I ordered from Forever21.com on Sunday October 29 expecting my order to arrive by Friday or Saturday. I checked my tracking and it says that my order will not arrive until NOVEMBER 6!!!! How is this even possible?? A whole month and some days. That's ridiculous. I needed this for Friday. If I had have read on the site that it would take so long I would have looked somewhere else for my merchandise. Instead of thinking I have found what I needed and no longer need to look anywhere else, because I will have it in time. I am very disappointed. Even if this is a glitch in the system and I won't receive the package until October 6 I am still disappointed. I would not have expected it to take that long seeing as how it was shipped the very next day. It seems like another shipping method was used and not fedex. It shouldn't take over a week to ship ground via fedex.
As of today , October 30, I have yet to receive a refund from forever 21. I have called twice since then regarding the pack. The first time I called the day they received it to make sure that I would receive a refund. I was told yes and that I should wait 3-5 business day. So I waited. Then I called again after the 5 days and asked about it. I was told to wait 3-7 business days. I called again today and they told me THAT THE REFUND WAS NEVER LOGGED. I talked with a supervisor to express to him how I felt about the situation and how this never should have happened if I've called twice. He showed no concern for my issue and just rushed me off the phone. This was an awful experience. There is no way it should take a hole month to get a refund from a company. I am so annoyed with forever 21.com. I WILL NEVER ORDER WITH THEM AGAIN.

My daughter ordered several items from this company. Their IT dept screwed up the order, cancelled it after two weeks and then their customer support team tried to tell us it was US that cancelled the order. After clearing that up, they said WE needed to go to the effort to redo the order, and they would give us a 10% discount and express shipping IF we did it in 2 days and WE would have to email them to get the credit for the discount and the shipping! I have not even received the credit for the first order after 3 weeks! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING SO AS WELL. This is NOT how i expect to be treated by a so called Christian company.

I have not received my merchandise with Forever21, they refused to replace the order or cancel the order, yet they have initiated an insurance claim with UPS and have told me that UPS will have to refund the order.
Despite UPS's claim to have delivered our package and left it at our front door, we have not received our package. Unfortunately our town and nearby towns have streets with the same name, and UPS, whenever its usual deliver person from our area is on vacation, assumes the address on the package is incorrect and then delivers packages sometimes three towns over and to a different number. When this happens and if we are awaiting a package, every other company resends the package, files a claim with UPS, and they receive compensation from UPS for a misdelivery. Everyone is happy - and these are companies that care about their customers.
Unfortunately, after speaking with the person who declared he is the top phone customer service person for the US and Canada, I am dumbfounded at why Forever21 will not replace the items, will not cancel the order, and is asking me to wait until an investigation through UPS is finished. They declare that their "user based system" prohibits customer service from refiling an order or even amending an order. To declare that you have a user based system without actually being able to fix a problem (ie, not having received items - it was your decision which carrier to use - a carrier which misdelivered my package - my agreement was with Forever21, not the mail carrier, and it is with Forever21 who has chosen to not fulfill its agreement with me - I am left without the items I purchased and waited for, have been charged for them, and now must await a refund from UPS, rather than Forever21. In essence, Forever21 has decided that their customers are not their top priority.
I paid for items and have not received them am being charged for them and was told I should just drive to a Forever21 and repurchase items.
Well, I've been ordering from them for over a year now and I love their style variety, meaning you can be preppy, party girl, school girl, and sophisticated and chic. I love that they have x-smalls too and around Christmas they shipped my things within 3 days to get it before Christmas, which is amazing. BUT their sizing is wayyyyy off, in bottoms specifically. Their quality can be an issue too, depends on what you buy, but their jeans are weird too. I'm tall and thin but my legs are oddly short and their jeans seem to flatten your butt, but are wide in the hips and tight in the calf area. Like no one's shaped like that. And their infamous $10 jeans. Not worth those $10. Then they sometimes misrepresent an item with the wrong picture and don't respond to those emails sent on the site. And I didn't like how at first in store they only issued store credit but they changed that now thank goodness. I just wish their quality was better and that their jeans didn't fit so oddly
I spent $700 on clothes from them. I used a promo code which only took about $2 off each item. It took 2 whole weeks to ship to me. I wanted to return $75 worth of things and they wouldn't let me because of the promo code even though it didn't say anywhere on the website that it would be marked as final sale and I wouldn't be able to return it. I kept telling them I spent $700 and was a good customer but they wouldnt have it. They were very rude and inconsiderate. I even talked to JOSEPH M. (Wouldnt give me last name because he knew I would report him) who was the supervisor of customer service and he was extremely rude and kept interrupting me. These people do not know business. If you have a customer who spends a lot of money on their products, you should do what you can to keep their business and not throw it away. They wouldn't even consider giving me money back even after it took them twice as long to send me my clothes. DO NOT SHOP HERE. JOSEPH M IS A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR. He wouldn't give me his last name because he knew I would report him. Even said so himself.
Ordered online. Everything came in the day range they said on their website. Everything was perfect, sunglasses NOT broken, neither was lipsticks or jewelry. Couldn't be happier. Love forever21. Definetly a place I would shop again!
I had a bad experience shopping online at a store overseas, online shopping just left a bad taste in my mouth, but I got a gift card from Forever21 for my birthday and I decided that I wanted to give online shopping another shot after I looked at Forever21 Reviews (I Learned my lesson Lol), so I brought a adorable suspender skirt, a nude tank top, & a T-shirt that say "BOSS" on the front. I Always Loved Forever21 but shopping online was even better. They kept me updated about my purchase, I got a tracking number (Because the last store I shopped at didn't give me one), they gave me an estimate day & time when I should receive my purchase, I knew who had my items (UPS/Fedex), the "BOSS" shirt I ordered I wanted it in a Small but they sold out of the smalls so they emailed me that information & my money was back on my card within minutes but I got the Medium instead. They told me that I would Receive my purchase on May 14th but I receive it today on May 13th. Right on time!!!! Even though my skirt was too small because I forgot I had thighs Lol, but I'll just grab a Medium thats my fault. :) But Overall Forever21 Service!? 5STARS !!!

Lots of choice of very on-trend clothes but also lots of reasonably priced day to day items.
Order placed at 2.30pm on the 7th May. Shipping was confirmed on the 8th May at 9pm including a UPS tracking number which estimated delivery for the 10th May.
I was pleased as soon as I saw they were using UPS for their shipping as they are one of the more reliable couriers.
The package was sent from the Netherlands which must be their EU hub and was delivered as promised on the 10th May just before noon.
I would have rated it 5 stars if the shipping had been a next day service. Having said that shipping is only £3.95 and free over £50 so very good value all considering.
I have bought from Forever21 and in general it's pretty good, I live in France and it arrives in 3 days and the parcel service is great as they always turn up either at 10.30am or at 3.30pm, so I know roughly when I need to be in. Very quick, delivery a bit expensive seeing some sites do deliver for less than 5€ and sometimes even for free, but it's not undoable. The only real downside is the fact that sometimes the product looks better on the website than when you actually receive it, you can't really tell what the material is like from the pictures, sometimes it's quite thin, or the top is quite short when it's supposed to be an oversized top.
My order was delivered to my house but I never received a package I have ordered from this company before and never had any problems.. The lady who was on the phone was rude and said If i didn't receive anything I would have to wait another ten day and told me it may say delivered but may not actually be. When the ups says delivered it means delivered! Very unsatisfied customer and will never buy again! Material is cheap also

Un po' meno soddisfacenti i prodotti, gli articoli di bigiotteria costicchiano per quanto durano, solitamente indossati qualche mese poi iniziano a perdere colore o ad arrugginirsi. La qualita' del vestiario non e' delle migliori, paragonabile a H&M.
Le taglie delle scarpe vanno grandi, presi un paio di slippers che nonostante fossero segnati come 37, dalla loro conversione sul sito, mi calzano come un 38 abbondante. Mai indossati ne restituiti, in quanto non credo ne valga la pena rispedire e ripagare a proprio carico i costi per la restituzione. (Cosa che potrebbero migliorare) Puo' essere stato pero' una sfortuna mia, ma non penso comprero' piu' scarpe da loro. Approfitto solitamente degli sconti e offerte che hanno, per cui vale un po' piu' la pena, rispetto ai costi normali. (Alcuni prodotti possono essere scontati del 50% il giorno dopo, il che mi fa indugiare sull'acquistare i loro capi a prezzo pieno)
Nel complesso il sito e' sempre molto aggiornato, i prodotti spesso riforniti. Peccato non avere un loro negozio in italia!

Ill never forget it.Was trying on heels in a forever21 size 8 and ask if it came in a 8.5 i was told we are out of 8.5 you should just get these size 9s. And that my foot was to fat for a 8.5 anyways.
That was a year ago and i have not been back and never will go back!
Wide range and cheap prices. You can tell that it isn't the best quality, but I guess you can't expect that from such prices.
The sizes are pretty small, which is a bit odd since it says in the description of some of the clothes that they are slightly bigger than usual. I'd say ignore that.
Delivery was fast and overall it was an OK experience.

I just received my oder from their EU online store. It's a shame they don't delver to Estonia, I had them deliver to Finland to a friend who then sent the package to me. It took 6 days + a weekend to get to Finland (not 2-5 as they promised).
Sizes match on clothes but shoe size was about half a number smaller than what they say on the size chart on their homepage.
Clothes quality seems to be ok but the shoe material is really... weird. Everything made of plastic has a defect (for example I ordered a compact mirror that has really pretty ornaments on the cover and then there is this spot where the cover is damaged on both sides). But in the end Im pretty happy and it's not worth the trouble to return anything.
I just love everything about Forever 21. Too bad that I have to go to Antwerp for the nearest store, but buying online is also not that big of an issue. Site is well organized, I definitely recommend Forever 21 to anyone who just love being well dressed!

Forever21.com is the only place the I have purchased clothing online, because not being able to try things on usually makes me really nervous. But I their style is so cute and the size chart really helped me out. I love the jewelry sale and even with the cost of shipping I got a great deal. The shirt and necklace I bought are now my favorites!
I've ordered on the forever21 website many times and I haven't had many problem. They're shipping is pretty fast too. I ordered on 4th of july and it came 3 days later! They're packaging is really good. Everything is well packed and when you order jewelry they put it in a separate bag so it wouldn't get damaged and they wrap everything with tissue. The only problem I had was that I ordered a cardigan and it had a hole in it =l

I buy mostly all my clothes and accessories here. I love that I can be fashionable and yet not lose all the $ in my pocket. Yes, the clothes don't last long, but totally understandable; you pay for cheap but trendy clothes, you wear them for one season and that's it. If I want something classic that will last for years, then I'd also be willing to shell out the big bucks for it.
I have ordered from this website for years. I have really no complaints about the quality since I understand that we always get what we pay for.
I give this store 3 stars because I ordered 2 turtleneck sweaters from them less than a month ago and the hang tag on it says 21 but the tag attached on the turtleneck itself was "Active Basic" not Forever21.
I understand that this company buys wholesale and changes the tags to their own company but they failed to do it on my order. It makes me think I ordered from another store.
I think it is quite a mishap on their part. If they are trying to sell their brand, they should make sure to change the apparel tag to their own instead of leaving the tag of a wholesale shirt which can be bought for less than 5 bucks a piece.
Lastly, I wish they issued refunds rather than store credit on store returns.
I ordered one pair of over-the-knee boots and a pair of heels off the Canadian site. My order came very fast and well packaged! I've worn the over-the-knee boots ALOT by now and walk in them for long distances- the quality is amazing and have no flaws. The heels (since I ordered this during winter) I have not worn yet but they appear very durable :D I will order again and was very impressed <3
If you need to go out and grab something for a night out on the town, this is your go to place, otherwise forget it. Don't expect anything from that store to last more than a few washings, or the first washing, if you're lucky. Quality of their product is very very poor. Make sure to look over anything you're planning to buy very thoroughly, I've bought a few things that have been defective, only to notice after tags were cut. The store is very cramped and crowded, it's hard to find anything. They're lucky not many people can afford a quality product these days.
Expect to hand wash everything if you don't want it to completely be destroyed. Even then you have to be careful with printed dyes and whatnot bleeding on the rest of the shirt.
