Life-saver!
A bookend fell off a shelf and landed on my Samsung smartphone, cracking the screen. What are the chances!!? New phone would have cost £100 but I would have lost all my data, appointments etc. £20 for a new LCD screen from these guys and I am back in business. Like other reviewers I was worried about taking my phone apart, but instructions on the site were really clear and I already had the right screw-driver... take it gently, take your time and don't force anything...sorted. Phone is like new now.

No delivery, no response to messages
Ordered 2 phone cases on 30-12-11.
Received e-mail saying shipped on 3-1-12.
E-mailed to say not received on 9-1-12. No reply.
E-mailed to say not received on 11-1-12. No reply.
E-mailed to say not received on 13-1-12. No reply.
E-mailed to say not received on 16-1-12. No reply.
Now 21-1-12. No phone cases. No response. Out of pocket.
Can not recommend this company.

Phone like new for £15
My phone screen was dysfunctional rendering it useless. Replacement phone would be around £75. Ordered a genuine Nokia LCD from formymobile plus the £3 torx driver which was essential. I was anxious about taking my phone apart but the disassembly instructions are on the formymobile website and were very accurate with photographs. 15 minutes later I had a working phone with a lovely bright new LCD display. Total cost was £15. Pleased as punch :)

Brilliant Site
Screen arrived day after despatched, instructions very easy to follow.
I am a complete novice at fixing phones, but with Robb's help and encouragement was able to fix the screen to my Nokia very quickly.
Saves a fortune on shop bill for job.
I recommend this site to everybody who needs their mobile phone fixing.

Good service
They help to me discover my phone exact problem, and find the good replacment to my Htc Desire. The dissamblies guides are good.
I replaced the broken LCD screen in my phone, and its works fine again.

Great outcome and attention to service good.
Thank you for the good service. The items I ordered worked very well and I am very happy with the outcome. I emailed when the goods had not arrived in the specified time. My email was responded to in excellent time and understandablely the extended time was because of the Xmas congestion. Goods arrived about a day or so after the email and I am very happy to deal with this company again

I ordered phone cover from this compnay but they never delivered. Responded to initial email when it did nor arrive but then failed to respond to any others since. Would not touch them with a barge pole!

I ordered an LCD screen for my NOKIA mobile and two days later my order status was changed to "order sent". I received my LCD 7 days later which I consider to be a quick delivery in view that I live in Seychelles. The spare was the right one and in imaculate condition.

Quick and helpful service

Goods arrived damaged
After receiving a new screen for my mobile and opening the package the replacement screen was damaged.
I contacted the website stating that the item arrived damaged and received a response claiming it was my fault for opening the package wrong.
The customer service on this site is absolutely atrocious and have been so insulted in my life.
I will never use this company again and would recommend anyone else to avoid and seek an alternative.
Further to this I have asked several times for a return form to return the goods that were not dmaged and have been fobbed off time and time again.

I felt like a professional mecanic
Two years ago I was angry, for my new mobile phone fell and would not slide open. Off and on I tried to fix it but I could not find a way without breaking it.
Then, just by googlling up the phone type, I found this site and managed to open the phone, see what was wrong and repair it.

Great video's and sent me further information when asked.
I needed to replace my antenna on my Sony W760a cellphone. When I found this site they had how to remove the front and screen. I needed the rear removal. So I e-mailed them and within a week they e-maiiled me a link to two beautifully produced video's of my phone. With those video's I was able to quickly take the phone apart and replace the antenna. Can't say enough about the free service, it saved me from Hell. Thanks so much!

Clear and concise guide to phone repair

I recently had to replace the lcd and the touch screens on my LG phone. I'm French and I didn't found how to do in French sites. I found the instructions on this site and the webmaster help me when I had a problem.

Excellent guide on phone repairs.
Managed to repair my phone with instructions found on thie site in under 15 mins. Considering it was my first time poking into cell phones, much less trying to remove LCD screen, its amazing. Instructions are simple and at same time informative enough to fix your phone even if your skills arent that formidable. Thank you!

I found my replacement phone screen through Google search, I also found the replacement instructions through Google. I received my order within 3 working days. The installation was carried out without a glitchas guided by the instructions . The DIY replacement saved me a considerable amount of money (compared to Vodafone's quote). I strongly recommend this site and service.

Good service and a happy customer
Faced with a daughter with a broken screen on her phone I searched the internet for a replacement. I found instructions on formymobile.co.uk on dismantling the phone and replacing the screen so decided to place an order with them for the screen. I emailed first as the screen wasn't in stock received a reply stating they were on orderthen received an email staing they were in stock, ordered it and received it within a few days, followed the instuctions and now have a happy daughter.
Good service, replying to emails quickly and having the forsight to have disassembly instructions on the website. I'll use this company again.

Excellent Service and communication
From the word go 'formymobile' have been excellent. My teenage son dropped his pride and joy and smashed the screen. I ordered a new screen and it was delivered to Sydney, Australia within one week. With the detailed fitting instructions on the website I decided to have a go. Took me around 30 mins to fit it. Great service and communication from Robert. I would recommend this company to anyone. Brilliant disassembly tutorials!
Having printed off Formymobile's disassembly instructions for my LG Renoir, I was able to disassemble it myself to fit a new front fascia, saving me a lot of money as well as being left without a phone while it was being fixed. And as I'm a 62-year old female with no prior experience, anyone should be able to do likewise! Brilliant.

Super fast service
I received my order Thursday so only took 7 days to Australia from placing order, I'm impressed. I broke my screen on my N85 at work and I thought one off eBay would be good enough to replace it. How wrong was I, it was just a LCD screen and as it worked, it drained the battery in less than 12 hours. It was then I discovered I needed a OLED screen and now Nokia wouldn't touch it because I had opened the phone up, so much for customer care as they call it. Searching the Internet to get a genuine screen, i could only fine UK and USA sites that sold online and some of them places didn't explain about the screen enough that I could buy in confidence until I found Formymobile and another site in the UK and as price was similar their postage was way less and I could use PayPal.

Super super service
In despair, having dropped my wife's prized Nokia 6700 on the floor, I assumed it was a case of buying a new replacement when the LCD failed to perform. No so, I discovered FORMYMOBILE through Google, ordered a new LCD (and the Torx screwdriver), had the service-manual e-mailed to me by Robert and within a few days (I live in Ireland) had the phone back in action. Excellent, efficient and so cost-effective

Repair instructions for Nokia 6600 Slide mobile phone
The phone disassembly instructions were very clear, with excellent photographs, that gave me sufficient confidence to attempt the repair myself. The supply of the required LCD screen was was very quick, and the price quite reasonable.
