Excellent service quick and even got a delivery time!
Service excellent with regular updates on what was happening with my order and I was then given a one hour timeslot for delivery fantastic!!

Fabulous company!
Incredibly fast delivery, I was expecting to wait a few days but my purchase was with me within two days.
Customer service is second to none. I had a problem with one of my trek towels...It had a mark on it (looked like it was marked during manufacture). The lovely lady on the end of the phone was most apologetic and even searched out a replacement and made sure that it was not marked and returned it to me in double quick time. They even refunded my postage on my return. You cannot say fairer than that. I will definitely be using them again because on top of the great service, their prices are really good too by comparison.
Thanks Foxoutdoor for a great product at a great price and fantastic customer service!

Excellent products, excellent service
I bought these items for my daughter's school camping trip. It was her first time camping and as she's very good at losing things, I didn't want to spend too much money but wanted something robust.
The spork, mug, bowl and plate I bought fitted the bill perfectly and the next day delivery was exactly that.
I would definitely recommend both the products and the service.

Fantasic service
I just bought several items from Fox's website. The website was easy to use and it only took seconds to find what I wanted. Better than expected
I'm a multiple user of Fox's Outdoor gear as they are a Eagle Creek supplier and these products are hard to purchase in the UK. Every delivery has been faster than anticipated. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

Good Price, Best Delivery. Will buy again
Never seen better delivery management than Foxoutdoor. Price was great and item go delivered on time. They kept me informed about which hour I will get the item rather than saying like item will be delivered between 8AM and 4PM so you keep waiting at home whole day.

Item was not in stock, but good customer service
I ordered a sleeping bag liner from Foxs Outdoors via their website, but was contacted the next day to say it was not in stock after all. It was fairly annoying, but the good customer service and very prompt refund were appreciated.

Ordered a Joe Bender toy which was needed for the weekend. I ordered on a Weds with express delivery and it arrived on Friday. Very good service with texts and emails regarding delivery including the final one with a 1-hour timeslot for delivery

A1 service and delivery of a superb quality product.
The hanging washbag is a great piece of kit which is ideal for trips away. I have filled mine with mini size toiletries and medications needed on a day to day basis and is loaded and ready to go so no scrambling around making sure you have every thing you need, i have saved myself so much time by doing it. Foxoutdoor have many great products on their site i would certainley recommend them and this product.

Great customer service... and prices!
I ordered a backpack from Fox's mainly because they were showing a good price. The backpack was delivered very promptly, but turned out to have a fault. I sent it back and got a replacement bag and a refund of the return postage almost by return of post. Very good.
And... as I said, the price was very good in the first place. :-)

AHEAD OF THE REST
I was looking for a tilley hat and after trawling through endless suppliers promising best prices and all sizes I cam across foxoutdoor, best price and stocking the model i wanted T4, I duly purchased and it was in my possesion as promised bo fuss or bother, the delivery service was also excellent, I requested standard and it was sent courier. I received a text message telling me not only who carrier was and the tracking number but also the time it was expected (it arrived within the half hour time slot) but also the drivers name, in all ecell

Great customer service
When I rang to find out where my order was, it came to light that I had entered the wrong street name (senior moment!). The company very kindly re-sent my order in good time so that it arrived before my son went on his trip.
They were very courteous and rang me with updates.

Excellent Service
We bought a tent package for a good price & in the colour we wanted.
After the order was placed, we were contacted & told that the colour of one part of the package was not available at that time. Having established that we did not need that item of the order for our imminent trip, it was arranged for the item to be shipped later.
Because of the 1 day delay during the resolution of this problem, our 'next day' carriage costs were refunded.
Can't say fairer than that.

Brilliant company, great service.
Bought a rucksack from these guys because it was the best deal on the one I wanted. Didn't even have to pay any delivery costs. They let me know when it was coming, which was far quicker than I expected.
Decided to return it and had to pay the cost of this but they refunded me without question really quickly.

Excellent service
I wanted to buy new folding chairs and did my research on Google. Found the style of chair that I wanted, and the best price was from Foxsoutdoor, so I ordered two chairs. A rep from Foxs rang me the next day and said the chairs I'd ordered were slightly scuffed as they'd been the demo models in their showroom. She said they'd reduce the price even further so I went ahead with the order. The chairs arrived exactly in the time slot given by the delivery company. They are as comfortable as I'd hoped, and I'm very happy with my bargain and the service from Foxs.

I recently purchased a snugpak sleeping bag. Telephoned and it was in stock, very helpful staff. Ordered online that same day and recieved an email stating it was despatched the same day as the order and free shipping also. Highly recommended.

Goods excellent delivery poor
The table is great and exactly what we wanted. But we paid extra to have the table delivered next day and it did not arrive. However, I emailed and Fox rang before 9 the next morning and refunded the postage and was on the case - DFD texted both days to say they were delivering but the first day as I said the table did not arrive and the second day they were still later than they had indicated in their text.
But Fox's staff helpful and you felt they were doing their best.
