Missing Items in Order
It's a great place to shop for discounted products. I was disappointed that I had three missing items from my order when it reached me. Items that I was most looking forward to. Thankfully, I was refunded. But I would have preferred to have those missing items re-shipped since two of those were still in stock. If I had re-ordered myself, I would have had to pay their shipping charges which are higher to Germany. I asked for a free shipping voucher code but all they said was I have been given a refund and now nothing could be done.
After dealing with many companies in the past, I expected some kind of compensation, because this leaves me skeptical about ordering again.

great website, great prices
This is the 3rd time i order from Fragrance Direct and i must say, it's always a pleasure, great prices for great quality products.
My only issue has been with lipsticks, 2 out of 3 of the ones i have ordered have been "stale" as i cannot see any expiry dates on them, i cannot say for sure, but i think they are expired. I had a calvin Klein before that smelled so bad i just couldn't wear it although i loved the colour and formulation. This time around, one of the Maybelline Sensational Lipsticks i ordered in Hollywood Red stinks to high heavens and is completely dry, cannot apply to my lips, the other colour (Mauve) i purchased is fine, smells fine and is nice and creamy as it should be.
Apart from that, all other products are great, i will be reviewing them after i have used them long enough to form an opinion.

LOW PRICES AND GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS (out of UK you must be patient...)
Im a perfume's fancier and i'm always searching for fragrances i don't find in my country (Italy ). I've buyed many times by Fragrancedirect . (I have find the most UK perfumes websites DON'T SHIP to European countries.. ) You sure must have PATIENCE to receive the parcel, (it travels by land!) but is not their guilt! At least they don't resign themselves to RESTRICTIONS caused by changes in Regulations introduced by the AAT!!! (before these changes they delivered me an order by signed AIRMAIL into few days). The products are all good quality items and the prices are very affordable. I will buy again.

Absolutely horrendous!!!!
I ordered perfume for my wife on 24th April 2013. It was despatched to our Spanish home on 26th April and as at today, 21st May 2013, it still hasn´t arrived. When I read the small print of the delivery terms and conditions it says allow up to 28 WORKING DAYS for delivery. If you live outside the UK, under no circumstances use this company! 28 WORKING DAYS in this day and age is totally unacceptable. Will never use Fragrance Direct again!

The ervice and delivery are so quick,every order arrives within a couple of days,and well packaged,prices are excellent too,and they stock perfumes that are very difficult to buy elswhere.

Great
I got my package in perfect condition. Nice and neatly, like in the picture. Everything arrived a lot quicker than I had imagine which was a nice birthday treat, hehehe. Delivery service very good. Plus the items I actually wanted I couldn't get anywhere else except here and at a discount price - a bonus!

Cheap and cheerful
I love the great prices available at fragrance direct and try always manage to ship the products quickly. One downside is the p&p, they do not automatically select the cheapest option for you, so watch out for this!

Fragrance direct on ebay the price is right anyday
Purchased some perfume again from fragrance direct have bought a few item and it is always in excellent condition,very well wrapped, and always arrives very quickly even at Christmas it arrived very quickly. Was worried at first in case it took to long but no worries confident to recommend to everyone

Heaven Scent!!
Delighted with everything about this company..the website is fast and responsive and you can pay with paypal too,massive selection of perfumes and my favourite is so hard to get hold of nowadays but I have bought it at Fragrance Direct and really cheaply too,signed up for the emails and often take advantage of their offer codes for even more off the price,huge discounts in sales and lots of them...delivery is superfast,really well packaged,even large orders have been perfect,arrive intact and everything I ordered there exactly..Love this site..wouldn't smell the same without it!

Excellent choice of perfumes/make-up, amazing prices, arrived quickly
I ordered three perfumes as gifts, all for approximately the price of one! There is a fabulous choice of perfumes - all the leading names & also the 'good old favourites' - all at fantastic prices. My order arrived quickly - and you're not charged extortionate prices, like you are at some on-line outlets. You also have a great choice in make-up and gifts, again all at unbelievable prices. I'm definatly going to use Fragrancedirect again and hey, at these prices I can even afford to treat myself ;-)

Received fairly quick and excellent price
I ordered Tuesday and received Saturday. I thought this was reasonably quick for 2nd class post that I requested. The perfume was very cheap for 100ml in comparison to other places, even cheaper than purchasing 50ml elsewhere.
Very happy and will use again.

Fast dispatch + great price = one happy customer!
The buying process was easy - a few clicks, I had what I wanted, and had the confirmation in my email inbox. The items were dispatched quickly and arrived within days. The only issue I had is that nail varnishes were all in one padded envelope, glass against glass; while they were so tightly packed they shouldn't have smashed into one another, the risk is enough for it to mean a customer will inevitably end up with messy, smashed polishes. This is the only reason my review isn't 5 stars - the packaging is an accident waiting to happen.

A little bit special... ok a lot special
When I first found the website everything seemed a little too good to be true - how could you really have both high quality products for ridiculously affordable prices? I bought cosmetics products and half expected them to be the sad dusty surplus with the colour separating - this could not have been further from reality. The products were pristine, well packaged for shipping and arrived quickly with no fuss. I was delighted. I wish I could keep the website a special secret but have ended up telling everyone I know!

Excellent products and speedy dispatch
I do understand that rules and regulations force you to use surface mail for shipping outside the UK, but is there really no faster way of getting the products delivered? It took over twenty days from order to delivery (to Finland), and I would gladly pay more for shipping and handling to get my order delivered faster. Even so, I will gladly recommend you to all my friends, but I will tell them they have to wait for quite a while before the shipment arrives.

One of the BEST
I have used Fragrance Direct many times. They are always cheaper than the high street and often the cheapest online. Dispatch / receipt of the goods is quick, although they're only responsible for half the process. If you are willing to search then you can often find a discount code on other sites for a few more quid off :-)
Well worth a shot, you shouldn't be disappointed ........ I haven't!

Excellent price for my favourite deodorant
Fragrancedirect beat the competition out of sight with their price for Jovan Musk Deodorant Spray. Ordering was simplicity itself and the order was received very quickly. Will use again - and again!

great prices, delivery and packaging
Well, there's not too much more to say besides my headline. The products I ordered came quite fast, I think after 4 days. The prices are considerably better than other websites (at least at the sale section). Bottom line: I would use this again.

Great prices and service
I knew which perfume I wanted, after trying a sample, so I googled to see where I could get it the cheapest. Fragrance Direct rang bells and the site looked good so gave them a try. There's nothing negative I can see, got good information from them on my order, it arrived when I expected it, well packaged, and was much cheaper than the high street stores I would usually have bought from. I'll definitely use them in future,

great value swift service
I cant believe the bargains i have purchased on this site. Im torn between telling everyone abour it or keeping it to myself! I now use FD at least once a month for essentials like false eyelashes (well i think they are essential...) I have also bought gifts for family and will be using it heavily come xmas.
