I so far am impressed with the service I was provided, I paid 25$ for something that would have cost 70 in stores.. I ordered it late Tuesday night and I just received it today being the following Monday . so it took less then a week and if I would have ordered on the Monday I would have received it on Friday, I live in Canada and because of used a coupon code the shipping was free. they also provide the coupon codes on the web site so anyone can use them and save money.. so far I am very impressed and it was packed very nice.. I do find the smell of the cologne to be less effective like it may have been a bit watered down. it could just be me since im so used of the smell so ya all in all im very happy and I hope that's everyone else that had issues were just one of and everyone else has a good experience like I did. I will repost if the next order is not as good as the first
I've be waiting for a couple of weeks for my purchase, I've got nothing from their costumer service and finally they told me that:
"Thank you for shopping with FragranceX.com. We are sorry to inform you that your order could not be completed at this time. The item you ordered was damaged in stock and was not in condition to ship. We cannot restock the item at this time. Your order was canceled and credited in full. We apologize for this inconvenience.
I gotta say my 1st order went great and I got mine within a week so I live in Canada so I guess its not pretty far from me, I got it wrapped in a box and protected like seriously where are all these negative comments coming from lol I have another one I ordered and I will see how it goes and I will fill you in but honestly I do not know what's wrong with people always negative, happy customer always be satisfied! great things will happen and if you dont get it right dont curse!
Received my second order in great condition, it came early but Canada POST kept it longer, everything is amazing will be shopping again and updating you guys about further perfumes bought from this company.
On October, November and December of 2011 I made 15 orders from FragranceX.com and never received them. Those orders were paid with credit card. The number of the orders are: 8611553, 8611526, 8611127, 8611070, 8610884, 8589251, 8488916, 8468993, 8449634, 8490521, 8424641, 8410592, 8325017, 8249162, 8380052. FragranceX.com showed total disrespect to the customer by taking my money and never delivering the product. I DO NOT recomend ANYONE from buying in that store.
I contacted them regarding the improper storage of their Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Creme being improperly stored at the warehouse and all they can reply with is their "standard" return policy. There was no apology or any attempt or verify the nature of my discontent as if I was just another complaining customer. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN, and strongly recommend that no one else does too. They do not value their customers nor the products they sell.
They guarantee 100% that you won't pay duty if you order to Canada. Problem is they're just trying to scam on the declaration.
I ordered a larger order and they had to ship via a courier rather than post, and I wax charged duty.
I contacted them very nicely, and was given some rubbish reply about not always. I pointed out their black and white 100% guarantee.
This went on for a few emails. I finally received their attention when I asked for a return shipping address and told them Visa agreed to reverse the charge if they didn't send me a full refund.
And, get this. They promised me a full refund on the duty, and they STILL had the audacity to short change me, I found this out only when I got my Visa bill, they never made the full refund.
What a bunch of cheap, spiteful people. If you don't want to give something, hey, here's an idea, DON'T PROMISE IT ON YOUR WEBSITE.. I still would have bought it. I just would have been more careful and allowed for import duties.
I was hesitant at first but they seemed at the time the only company to have in stock the perfume I was after, I made sure they accepted paypal as payment, if anything happened at least I knew I had that in my favour.
I had nothing to worry about the perfume arrived 2 weeks as promised to Australia. I am now making a second order for Christmas. Only problem I see is that most of the popular perfume is out of stock, which is a pity.
I've never had such a dreadful time than when speaking with the Customer Service of FragranceX. I was promised Free Shipping, but then it was charged to my bill. When I rang customer Services to find out what had happened, I was held on the phone each time for over 20 minutes before being spoken to. Over the following three phone calls (with Sarah, Louisette and Megan, oddly all sounding like the same girl) I was either hung up on, told I was a liar and eventually, when I asked to speak with a manger I was refused, and then when I asked for the name of the CEO I was hung up on again. These really are the rudest people I've ever come across. They seemed to be taking great pleasure from trying to make me angry - I stayed calm and collected through the whole experience, but was very shaken by their sheer audacity. Eventually my friend found the name of the CEO. I wrote to him and he refunded all my money, but never acknowledged or apologised for his frightful staff. I will never use this company again. Never had an experience like it for blatant rudeness and frustration. Please pay attention to the other reviews - this is a truly nasty company.
FragranceX don't respect the buyers, it's almost 10 months since I made order 8318327(28/10/2011) and 7 months since I made orders 8782613 and 8782607(both on 09/01/2012). The products never arrives and the store is refusing to do the refund on my orders.
On the occasions I have used them, the company has always delivered promptly and to my satisfaction. Their prices are good and can sometimes offer goods I have not found elsewhere or at a better price.
This was a horrible experience. I never received my order. They still charged me. FragranceX.com lied to American Express that I did receive the order. The representatives of FragranceX.com were liars and cheaters. The customer service ladies I talked with embodied all the negative stereotypes of jaded, angry and abused New Yalk slave-driven workers. They felt so secure hiding behind a phone with a 15 minute wait period.
During one call, JourneyManagment answered one of my calls...whoever that is.
Have to say am a little surprised at negative reviews. Have ordered and received correct, authentic perfumes 3 times now. Agreed they do take a long time but 6-7 weeks to Australia seems to be par for the course with many websites.

Terrible company. They constantly lied to me. If you're in Canada, don't waste your time, you don't actually save on border taxes (duties). They ship from their NY warehouse and you will have to pay a ton of more money to UPS. Stay away, stay very far away.
We bought perfume using a dicount special offer code which unwittingly signed is up for a service that has been billing our credit card 12 dollars a month (reservation rewards). complete rip off...do not use this company
To everyone wanting to buy items from this website dont as the products have no scent and when wanting to return from englang there is a high charge of postage as you can not return the item without a certificate of you have to pay loads of money to ship it plus when you call the support team for advise and help they are rude, they hang up on you and they are not helpful at all I WILL NEVER USE THIS STUPID WEBSITE COMPANY AGAIN AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS AS IT IS A CON AND A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AS THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.
I bought four perfumes in three separate orders, after five months have not received. This site is giving a default here in Brazil because hundreds of people were deceived. I spent $ 150. They do not respond to emails. He wanted to know a way to terminate this site. If this site were Brazilian was already closed. This site is fooling everyone.
I bought some perfume just after Valentine's day and I actually got worried after reading these comments. Fortunately I was able to trace my parcel via DHL website and it got all the way to the UK in less than a week. I have been lucky I suppose as I didn't enounter any problems and I didn't have to call their customer service. :-)
