I would really like to praise the customer services for freedom mobiles. I recently bought an iPad 4th gen. A 30 pin connector was included instead of the lightning connector by mistake. I went and bought one from Argos at 11.99 I called freedom to let them know. The polite man on the phone apologised asked how much I paid and sent me 11.99 there and then. I thanked him and asked him if I could return the 30 pin connector and he says it's not worth the hassle and to keep it. This is really good customer service and I would have been more than happy to send the cable back at my own expense as I was really delighted by freedoms service. After the phone call I looked at my call log and found out that the whole phone call lasted 1 minute and 14 seconds. That's amazing. I have never in my life had a problem resolved this quickly. These people make amazon look pathetic and people praise amazons customer service. Freedoms customer service is 10x better!! shall be recommending freedom mobiles and will definitely return!!! These guys were v v helpful, the phone is perfect condition ( I could not tell it was not new so mint does mean mint with these guys) and good pricing on their website. if all companies were this good on-line buying would be a lot easier.
I recently upgraded an Iphone 3 to an Iphone 5 which I purchased through Freedom Mobiles. From initial contact through to the safe arrival of phone, everthing about the company was spot on. The price was also very good and much better than i could find anywhere else. Would highly recommend them and will certainly purchase from them again
I recently bought a phone from Freedom mobiles, it arrived on time, in the condition as described on the website.All consumers want three things, a good product, a good price, and a good service. You can normally choose any two from the three but Freedom Mobiles achieve all three, admittedly they don`t make the prodocts they sell but they do offer an excellent service. I certainly recommend them and will buy again if the need arises.

My iPhone 5 got stolen and I could not afford to fork out £529 for a new one. After many searches for a 2nd hand one online and many dodgy deals I have almost entered into, I came across Freedom Mobiles. The 7 day no quibble returns is what makes them so trustworthy. The phone came exactly as it was described and delivery was very prompt. I emailed them a couple of times and got a reply within Minutes and my questions were answered very clearly. I would definitely recommend Freedom Mobiles!
I ordered my phone and received it . It was going well however it stopped working (screen fault) when I contacted the customer service they were great. They took me through an attempt to fix it. Unfortunately I was incapable of fixing it and so were they after I sent it back to them. They tried their best to retrieve the data like pictures and stuff. Then they sent me a new replacement which I was so grateful for, and I have had no problems with it since. I was really surprised with their kindness as over here in Ireland the phone shops (even the official companies) are useless. They try to blame you for anything wrong with a phone. Ordered a blackberry phone for my son for Christmas which was in use from 25th December 2012. The phone proved faulty by the end of January. When I contacted the customer service assistant he was very helpful and sent a replacement which was reconditioned, stating that the company had only just started to provide guarantees for their products. The replacement phone started to be faulty after not quite two months and doesn't function at all now. This time the owner says he wont do anything to replace or repair the second faulty phone. Is this good customer service? Don't think so.
UPDATE to the above. Unfortunately the reply from the company (below) is dismissive to say the least and despite appealing to his better judgement the owner has now declared that he has 'closed the matter', although it is by no means closed from my end. I have pointed out that I didn't get the option to take out a private warranty when I ordered the phone. He has asked me to withdraw my review but I really don't want anyone else to suffer financially, like I have done. I will be taking the matter further with the company I ordered the phone through and through Trading Standards. This is an honest review, I am now left with a useless mobile phone which wasn't cheap and yet more hassle to get justice done.
I was looking for a good used iPhone (cheaper than a new one!) but I'd heard bad things about ones from ebay getting remote locked... I found Freedom Mobiles and their reviews looked great - as well as their prices!
I ordered a phone and it came the next day and was in mint condition. But there was a problem - it was locked to the wrong network!!! (Not actually Freedom's fault, their supplier bagged it wrong)
I emailed on a Saturday afternoon explaining the problem and got an email reply within five minutes offering to send a replace and pay for my return postage. ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON!!!
The replacement arrived today (again is mint as described), works great and the postage has already been repaid.
This is some of the best customer service I've come across in years of being a geek!
Ordered a phone on Thursday that was of a fair condition. Saw that there was actually a very good condition phone of the same make and model so I emailed the contact address that same day to ask to swap if I paid the difference. Someone got back to me within minutes (after 6pm no less!) and had agreed to 'upgrade' to the better quality phone. The phone was dispatched on Friday and arrived on the Monday. The communication was brilliant from these guys and I would suggest asking if you have any questions, they seemed more than happy to help!
The order could not have been handled better... Delivered on time and at a great price. I always got responses within the answer, even at weekends and they always made the effort to link up my various emails/calls, so I haven't had to explain myself twice. Completely recommend.
Had my phone Stolen while studying in Sweden and was looking on ebay to get one replaced. I don't know why but no one seems to want to send abroad (it's an extra line in the address people!) So found this shop after reading the reviews thought I would trust them. I got a second hand Galaxy S3 which looked new, works great and they gave me a european charger for free. Think I'll be buying any future tech from this company. Pleasantly surprised :)
Absolutely Fantastic Company. Very fast delivery, even over Christmas/New year. My second hand Samsung Galaxy arrived like new and exactly as described. I received the order on a Friday night, and had troubles getting it working (my fault, not the product). I sent freedom mobiles an email and they replied within minutes. They were incredibly helpful and polite and continued to email me back until quite late on the Friday night until they had helped me solve my problem. They really went above and beyond what I expected and would recommend them to anyone.
I ordered a phone I have had previously, as my insurance company could no longer get hold of it to replace it for me, so I bought the phone myself for them to re-pay me. It was a second hand phone so not sure if I would want a used one I bought it to see if I liked the look of it. Upon receiving the phone the very next day it was quite a knocked about phone - which was written out on the website. I decided to have a quick check on the website just to see if they had another one and they did, which was almost mint condition. I immediately picked up the phone and gave the company a ring to see if they charge for the difference in price and send the phone out to me when they receive the one I had got from them that day. No problems with this whatsoever, so that is what happened. The 2nd phone I received was also just as it was described so was very happy with it. I then emailed them to ask them for a receipt that I can give to the insurance company for me to get refunded and they said they can do that no problem. They kept me up to date with the status of the invoice being completed which I was especially impressed with. And THEN when I asked them to include the IMEI number of the phone on the invoice I received an email back very promptly letting me know that it would be no problem. Without a doubt one of the best company's I have ever used and been completely happy with!!! Would absolutely recommend - use them through amazon, ebay or directly from their website. This is the standard all other company's should be working to!
