I put an order in and realised I had made a mistake. Rang Customer services and asked them to cancel the order but they refused and said the order was already processed (an hour later) even though it clearly stated on my account "Being Processed" and could not possibly have left the warehouse especially as it was a Sunday afternoon, but they still refused.
They told me to wait for delivery and then refuse it and wait for it to be sent back to
the warehouse and then wait 14 days!!! for them to credit my account. This is totally unacceptable. I am with another Catalogue who will happily cancel an order with no questions asked. I cannot understand Freeman's as this is wasting everyone's time!
