If it were possible Fringes Rugs couldn't get enough hugs!
I have researched many rug companies and Fringes Rugs stand out. Their selection of shapes, colours , styles and sizes is fabulous. Prices are keen so I have kitted practically my whole house out with their rugs. The staff are courteous , helpful and even do mock ups of a particular rug pattern before you commit so you know what you are buying. For me one of the most important things was the reasonable and fast delivery rates to Northern Ireland that many companies could not fulfill. Well done,

Supplied exactly what we wanted -excellent service and price.
We had been searching for a specific circular rug to match a pair of existing hall rugs and Fringe Rugs were happy to customise a circular rug from a rectangular rug to match.
They consulted with us over exact size and delivery was within a few days. Their price could not be bettered by other suppliers.
Veery happy to use them again.

Terrible to say the least
when I placed my order I recieved an email with minor detail about my order, there was no order number, no item number, no product description bought.. There was just an email saying my order was being processed. I thought I should wait for a few days before I make contact with the company. After 3 days of not hearing for the company I sent an email requesting an update, still no reply. I called several times but the phone just rang through, I eventually got fraustrated and left a voicemail, which not surprisingly was not responded to. I called again the next day and the phone was then answered I asked about the status of my order just to find that they couldn't track it as they previously did not provide me with an order number, we eventually had to use the date in which the order was placed to then track it on their system. Once tracked they then said the rug was out of stock (this is something they should have put on their website) thier supplier would only deliver in 10 days! I eventually decided to go ahead with this as I had already waited a good few days. This is week 3 since placing the order and as at morning time I had heard nothing from the company, I had to call in see rap times just to find out that the rug is actually now with them!!
All in all a terrible customer service they have set up, I am not planning on using this company again, and I will make sure my friends and family stay well away.

Responsive, efficient service...great rugs too!
I bought two Grosvenor rugs in ivory from Fringes. I'd found them cheaper on another website that was having a special offer. However, I was tempted by the free stainguard and free delivery offer from Fringes so I asked them if they'd price match, and they agreed straight away. I needed a Saturday delivery. That too was no problem. I received a text from the delivery company to confirm the date and my rugs arrived as ordered. The rugs themselves are beautiful with a slight shimmer to them and wonderfully soft. Worth every penny! All in all, a great purchase from a company that clearly cares about their customers' shopping experience.

Wish the lead-time matched the product quality
Waiting about 4 weeks after the stated lead-time on the website. Customer service was good and end product very good.... just wish the website could be more upfront with lead-times when they are experiencing problems. Throughout the experience, the lead-time was never increased.

I am absoloutely thrilled with my rug!
I was very nervous about ordering online as my colour scheme is quite specific(sage green) and I didn't want a garish shade of green. However, the rug is fantastic quality and true to the shading on the website, I really am over the moon. It was delivered on the day stated, beautifully wrapped, and I really am thrilled to bits and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fringes Rugs to friends and family.

Excellent communication, service & prompt delivery.
I was struggling to find a round rug to sit under my mini trampoline. The website is very user friendly and clear. It was so easy to place my order and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a discount, whilst placing my order. The item was well packaged and delivered on time. The rug was excellent value, well described, of excellent quality and the colours looked exactly like they appeared on the website. I am now putting it to good use and would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Best on the Internet
Having identified on a visit to Heal's the perfect rug for our new home, we duly did our research and found Fringes to be the cheapest supplier of the rug (much cheaper than Heal's!). Delivery was well within the time scale quoted and the rug arrived in perfect condition. We would be happy to do business with Fringes again.

I ordered a rug from Fringesrugs, however, there was problem with the ordering but the customer service was excellent and they kept chasing the supplier for the rug and gave me discount as a courtesy... highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fringesrugs have given us the best service we have ever received from any other company before
We brought our rug from "Fringerugs" a couple of years ago & were extremely happy with it ,although after a month or so we noticed that some of the pile/ cottons were pulling out from the weave in several places . After getting in touch with" Fringerugs" & explaining the problem they replaced it almost immediately (within a day or two ) without any fuss or bother & they were really helpful to. I would totally recommend "Fringerugs " 100% & would buy from them again without a doubt. Customer service second to none.

Relaxing with purple waves!
We really love this rug! The colours are fantastic - really bright and colourful. The rug is in fantastic condition, and looks amazing in our lounge! The size fits perfectly, and ordering from Fringe rugs was quick and easy! Very happy customers :)

Great style, great quality, great service, great value
To be able to have a rug made to a custom size in a beautiful design and made and despatched very promptly for under £100 you might think that there was a huge catch, but Fringesrugs do just what they promise. I have been delighted with my rug and my friends can't believe how little I paid. I have no reservations in recommending them at all and would always go to them to buy a new rug in the future. Excellent company providing great prices and customer service.
Very pleased with the rugs. Was told the length of time for delivery and when I rang to check nearer the time was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who was able to tell me when they would be delivered - and they were.

great product - long wait
i loved that rug.
it seemed to take forever to arrive though, probably compounded by having to come home to bare floors every night that first cold february.
there were a few calls to the company who assured us it was being made by fine craftsmen in deepest darkest germany. strange.
it finally arrived, well wrapped, and rolled out perfectly the first time with no lingering curl. it never got sucked up the hoover and the ends never started to creep under itself. the only criticism was that sometimes it seemed to move across the floor of its own free will.
it was an exellent product, well worth the money and the wait.
i was sad to lose it in the split.

Funky rug with Fast delivery!
The rug was a present for my mum and she was amazed at the quality and the colour was by far better than what she had seen at retail. From my side the price and the delivery (especially at Christmas peek time) was brilliant! Left some spare pennies for a stocking filler to. I would highly recommend and use again!

Very professional , quick service
The rug arrived well packed and much earlier than the expected date as it had to be custom made because of the odd size. The quality is very good, the only slight disappointment was the colour which looked dark grey on the website, its actually a brownish grey but its ok.

Colour lighter than on expected and no return possible.
I ordered a 4'x4' rug in Vixen colour and was contacted to see if I would like to have a more precise size if desired. I did not need this option although I thought that it was a good service. When I received the rug it was a much paler colour than on the website. There are no labels or details attached to the back of rug. I asked if I could return it, however but was told that I couldn't as it was custom made at 4'x4'.

Thank you for your review, and I do believe your comments are fair and helpful to all consumers who buy soft furnishings online. Sometimes, albeit rarely, the exact colour shade of the rug may look slightly different depending upon the settings of the device you're viewing it from - so its always a good idea to try and view a rug in a shop or showroom like ours if exactness of colour is required. And its worth noting that all rugs bought from us online or in store (unless custom made) can be returned for an immediate refund up to 30 days after delivery.
So, unfortunately as you rug was custom made Sheila we were unable to offer a refund sorry.

Brilliant rug, and brilliant service
I was really impressed with Fringe Rugs. They cut the rug I wanted down to the size I wanted and took so much care over it all, (finishing off the edge etc) without extra charge. I'd certainly recommend them and use them again. And the rug is really lovely and an unusual deep yellow, which is hard to find and just what I wanted.

And of course most people do not know that delivery times are often within 2 weeks as most these rugs are made in our own workshop!!

Love the rug, customer service needs some work!
I am thrilled with the rug. It is the perfect size and colour for my daughters room and is soft and verycomfortable. My only complaint was the lack of customer service. My credit card was charged straight away but my rug was not delivered for weeks. When I called to ask where my rug was, the guy told me he would ring me back and never did! so I needed to call back 2 days later and spoke with the manager who was very pleasant but told me that there was further delays and it would be another 2 weeks for my rug to be shipped. I was happy to wait- it was not a rush- but I wish that someone had proactively called me to let me know about delivery and delays.

Unfortunately, as with most independent retailers who trade online, when you place your order and press the "buy now" button and give your payment details - the acquiring (3rd party) bank do take payment immediately. I do not recall the exact reason your rug was delayed and i'm sorry delivery wasn't quicker but your feedback is fair. Maybe next time we will can get a 5 star rating and impress you with our delivery and customer service too.

Very good - good communication and good service
Good products - look nice in my house. The custom rug was a real (nice) surprise - so we could get it to fit (perfectly) in the room.
We were sent the wrong rug initially but the process of getting it changed was very easy and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
