Right choice at the right time
We wanted a small rug for our bedroom but could not find one. We came across this site by default. We saw a rug, went into further details and first thought that it was to big, then we noticed a heading "custom". This then allowed us to put our own measurement in and calculate the price. By having this feature on this website allowed us to purchase the rug we wanted. The next day I received a call from Paul on the sale team to clarify our order. By Paul ringing me he ensured that our order was put through correctly. I have now made my mother in law aware of this site because she couldn't find what she wanted.

Efficient, fast and good quality products.
The 2 Flokati rugs I ordered on-line were delivered next day and were exactly what I hoped they would be. I would recommend Frith Rugs for top quality service.

Speedy and very efficient service, glad I chose to buy from this site.
I wanted to buy a white flokati rug of specific dimensions and did my research on the web, finally choosing Frith Rugs as they did a reasonable P&P for offshore islands.
An initial query on the order was followed up immediately and thereafter I had a steady flow of information as to when, where and who was delivering my rug, which arrived within a couple of days - not bad for non-mainland UK. The rug is a lot lighter than I expected but quality seems OK. In all, I ordered from a decent and efficient business and would recommend them to others.

Good rug, good value, quick service
Ordered our rug one day and it arrived the next! Was just as described and very happy with it. Particularly like that each rug is offered in a range of sizes so you can choose the most suitable one.

Clear, helpful and reliable.

The quality of sheep rugs was outstanding!
Many thanks for the cream sheepskin shaggies! I ordered the size 1.10m x 0.85 m and the shaggies were not smaller. The quality is also great. Really like them! Definitely recommend the supplier. The delivery was made by TNT courier, which I don't particularly like, but I didn't have any problem on this occasion.

excellent staff to help by telephone
rug arrived in very few days. there were 3 thickness apparantely and I opted for the emiddle on, but once here I have no idea what the others would look like ! It seems fairly thin, but looks good and the size is right etc. They did quote what depth the rug would be, but with a flokati they vary hugely, so it is a bit of a lottery !
Yes, I am oleased with it and have had many others in the past , but not for about 8 yrs when I ordered this one.

Would recommend this company as they keep you informed of delivery.
Unfortunately the colour was not the shade I expected and I am unable to use the rug. I was told it might not be the same shade as on the website so I feel it is my own fault. I thought the service was 1st class but I don't think I would order again as I can't take the risk.

Chinese Chequers
We wanted two Superwashed Chinese Rugs and it appeared the nearest wide selection to us was Frith Rugs in Swindon, at least eight hours for us there and back.
We set off and found the warehouse easy to find. Once there the selection was amazing and the staff so helpful.
We chose the designs we wanted and returned home to finalise our sizes and ordered over the internet. Acknowledgement was rapid and delivery arranged straight away. The van arrived with very helpful men on board at the time that suited us.
Needless to say we are delighted with our purchases and the whole experience.
If only all shopping was like this.

I saw an advertisement for Firth Rugs in a magazine and promptly went on their website to order. My delivery came within 48 hours, I had a follow up phone call, the speed and service couldn't have been better.

Customised Shaggy Rugs
Unable to find exactly the right sized rug for my room, I contacted FrithRugs about having one made.
Their Sales Team were very helpful and responded quickly to my enquiry, but like all things that are customised, you can't send them back if you don't like it!
Suggestion made to me was to either buy the smallest sized rug in the design / colourway that I wanted and try it at home OR go into their showroom. I chose the former. Pricewise it is a two hundred pounds more than one bought from the high street, but the effort of getting the right size will be worth it.

quick service plus confirmation phone call but would have preferred the underlay in one not two pieces, this was not clear from the web order
non-slip underlay underlay purchased, to fit under a rug on a slate floor, fit for purpose but why did it arrive in two pieces? The inference on the website is that a single piece would be sent. Service v quick and good communication on the web regarding delivery.

The underlay for larger rugs generally comes in two pieces, this is for two reasons. One for ease of use laying it down and secondly to avoid wastage.
We will update our website to advise that larger sizes may come in 2 pieces.

Quality and satisfaction top priority
Having placed my order for an Indian rug I was contacted the following day by the manager to inform me that the rug I had ordered had been sold out but I was offered 2 alternatives of which I selected one. The manager was most helpful and sorted everything out for me. The rug arrived the following day before lunch. It is a good quality rug and I am very satisfied with it.

From placing the order, through the manufacturing process to delivery the staff at Frith kept me informed both by phone and e-mail. The carpet is now in place and has transformed my hall, stairs and landings. The quality of the product and the efficiency of the Frith staff are faultless and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Beautiful rug - even better than in the photo
I ordered on line, the company called to confirm my order , probable delivery date and called again when it was on its way. I could also track the order easily. Excellent quality all round. Shame there is no room for any other rugs in my house at the moment. Will recommend to rug hunting friends!

Frith Rugs Fantastic
Having seen an advert on TV with Frith Rugs, I decided to call in when visiting relative's in North Wales. my amazement as to the amount of fantastic different rugs on display. I of course bought one, travelled home to Cumbria, went on line to browse somemore & bought 3 more small Indian rugs, had them delivered by City Link. They were also fantastic, all in all I can say 10/10 for you all as a team.

Excellent service
The rug was just as described and the suggestion to buy an underlay as well as I have wooden floors was definitely the right one. The communication was good and delivery was swift. I would always go to Frith rugs first if I need any more rugs.
