Top notch customer service and awesome design!

Andrew and his design team has been very patience with us. We went though a handful of revision and is always timely and accurate.

Helpful, Efficient, Top Designers, Excellent Communication.

We decided as a company to get our eBay shop designed professionally and after speaking with Karl Ciz on numerous occasions we decided to go with Frooition. We are really pleased with the choice we made, Karl has been very helpful on the phone with our various requests. Our designer James Orton was brilliant all the way through changing our design around on numerous occasions to get it just how we wanted it. We are really pleased with the finished product and we would recommend Frooition to anybody.

Frooition and Frustration .. few letters apart

Delivered in an untimely manner, were very quick to jump to excuses for their level of work as opposed to pricing AND are ridiculously priced for their mediocre job...

Oh, and if you think their job is mediocre you can always buy the Little-Above-Mediocre (tm) service for just another 2 or 3 thousand dollars and then you will be satisfied, maybe, at least that's what a manager offered as the alternative to my series of complaints, so...

All in all... STEER CLEAR

Great customer service

Had a good experience with this company and in particular my designer Rebecca Cottingham. She did a great job with the design and completed everything that i asked of her. It took a few design revisions to get there but with unlimited revisions you can't go wrong.
Will deffiently use these guys again in the future.

Simon has just completed out second project, and although it's too expensive and we know this, they do get the job done.

Would use again as have done in the past, yes pricing could and should be better as they are limited in what they can give you due to FB / Ebay policy but they also have to make a profit!

Great Service, Great Design - Great Follow-through

Kudos to our designer Adam Jones and the rest of the team. Frooition gets props from us because they didn't get discouraged when designing our store or slow down at any point. We submitted our request and what our general idea was to what we wanted in our store. When we received our first concept design it was not what we had initially envisioned. This did not stop Frooition. In fact it brought forth different design questions and suggestions. We tried and implemented their suggestions and are so excited with the results. Our store is amazing!!!

Changes have happened immediately and they respond quickly to our emails. Knowing there is a time difference has helped in knowing that responding in the morning to any design questions does get a very quick response from the team. In fact I feel very fortunate to have worked with Frooition and had someone to help guide me through some of the uncertainties that I did have regarding what flowed in the design and what was "fluff" and not necessary or functional for our e-commerce environment.

The design team has dedicated themselves to ensuring our satisfaction and we are beyond satisfied with the design work, the customer service and the overall professionalism of Frooition as a whole.

Our designer was Adam Jones, he did an excellent job with our template design, extremely helpful and co-operative.
Good communication throughout the whole process, Adam kept us updated at all times! Really pleased with our design and outcome.
The software is really good, allows the addition of promos in different locations and bulk revisions.

Excellent customer service and professional work.

Our designer Adam Jones has been absolutely great to work with, very understanding, and patient about all of our ides.
Every little details and requirements was regarded in a serious and professional way.
Adam has helped us to design and always tried to understand our needs and finally created the exact design as we wanted.
Must say that everything started with our sales rep. Karl Ciz which has never let us down and any problems or request he sorted in no time.
He was the one that gave us the first great impression, and he was also the one who kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, understood our needs, and was always there when to offer his full support when we need it.
To make it short: if everyone in frooition is good as those people, then you have nothing to worry about!

Phenomonal customer service and outstanding product.

Working with Frooition has been great. They were extremely quick to respond to our initial contact and very helpful when we were discussing the options for setting up the site. The pricing is very reasonable, especially for the returns we’re getting on this - our revenue on our site has increased 10X.

Our designer Andrew has been absolutely amazing to work with, not only has he been prompt to reply to every email that we’ve sent to him but his creative and artistic ideas have made this basically a ‘hands off’ project.

Even after our implementation, any changes we’ve requested have been put into place immediately and the support and helpful ideas continue. Partnering with Frooition has paid off on every level, if you’re considering using them don’t bother looking elsewhere- these guys are fantastic.

I had read some negative reviews on Frooition, and despite this decided to go with my gut.


The negative reviews complained about poor communication within the frooition team, decreases in sales & whatnot due to page issues etc.


Please let me state that this has not been the case.


From the get go, I had about 73 questions - the sales team provided answers to all my questions, and even called me on the phone (we're in Australia, the call came from the UK) to confirm any details.



The process is quite streamlined, everything is broken up in sections. You're designated your own designer (in my case, Rich Cartwright) who did a great job on our page. We had slight amendments to make and Rich was accommodating to this.


Once the template is installed, it's relatively easy to apply. It's a good idea to read through all documentation, and most of the tutorials and videos will help you do this. A word of warning, we were coming from another listing platform 'Auctiva'. If you apply the template over an existing listing software, you will receive two sets of code in the one listing (the new frooition template will overlay on your existing). It's a good idea to contact your current listing software's support team and ask them how to migrate. If you're bulk applying the template to an existing listing out of selling manager pro within eBay, then this is a very quick and easy process.


All in all we have had no issues with our Frooition experience. Our listings look great and our store now looks like a genuine retail website!

Excellent customer service and profesional approach.

After researching internet for design company to get our web shop redesigned, i come across Frooition and two other companies. Frooition was not cheaper than other two companies, but after contacted them few times I got a felling they are professionals and decided to go for them. I never regret. These guys are really the best you can find. I dealt with sales rep. Karl and i can tell you, you can learn from this man, how to deal with customers. He never let me down and any problems or request he sorted in no time. My designer Richard is also professional and highly experienced guy.He was very creative and tried understand my needs and finally created a design as i wanted. I have also had eBay shop designed as well and frooition software helps me create highly profesionaly looking listing or amend existing one very quick and easily. My experience with Frooition was excellent and I give 5 stars to them. Very happy customer.

We used Frooition 3 years ago to design and create a website to include an on-line shop. Our dedicated web designer, Paul, was brilliant, and continues to be so. He kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, understood our brands direction, was there when we got into difficulties populating the website and continues to offer his full support when we need it.

Be careful. Take your money then expect more.

After reading mixed reviews I decided to go for frooition as they where the only company who were apparently certified by eBay as a design company. We opted for the eBay design and BigCommerce website design.

After several emails with their sales team I showed them a store I'd like to replicate my design on and I was told "no problem" and that they could do that with ease at the price agreed.

When it came down to it, it took over 3 weeks for a preview of a very mediocre design. Nothing like what I asked for. When I questioned this and repeated my desire to get a store like the one I'd showed them they told me this came under "custom extras" and tried to charge me in excess of £500 for these so called "special features"

There website is very misleading with multiple options (packages) so be careful you know what you're getting.

There are many cheaper options out there, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

As a new start up business price is crucial for us and following my Frooition experience I'm very confident to recommend them to everyone! Definitely worthy of their title!

Take your money and drop you on your butt

we were customers for 4 years with 3 websites and ebay solution with them. we never got any help and 3 years after we started they told us that the site we use with them is out of date and they are no longer supporting it. we never got any decent sales and the software was pants. my advice streer well clear of this awful company. go to Big commerce and do it yourself for £15 per month and it works we are selling out now.

I would not recommend to anyone.

Terrible Service! Over Promise and Under Deliver! Buyer Beware!

We utilized Frootion for our EBAY design template and intended to use them for our Channel Advisor Store. Note, the intended to. The problems/issues are too many to list. Some included promises about their design capabilities and others about contractual details. When we requested help and support it was not there. . . told to contact online support. There templates are just that templates. We were told we could customize everything until it came time to doing it. Then we could do it this way or that way and that was it. There is no customization. They do good graphic work but that is it. Beware!

Extremely poor customer service!

Been with Frooition for about 2 years now. Back then they were good. You could talk to the designer via email, customer service via email etc etc.

NOW when you have a problem its virtually impossible to get anything sorted out. The prices are getting ridiculous for what they do.

The design is ok (template based with limited personalisation) and delivery of the show/website was fairly prompt.

However the recent changes to customer service in my opinion are the start of the demise of Frooition unless they get their act together.

In todays world of IT companies fighting for your business customers need FULL AND FAST support for website problems, ITS THEIR LIVING Frootion!! Take note of that!!! No website working....no income!!

For now i'd totally recommend you go elsewhere and AVOID Frooition at all costs until they make customers a priority and not trying to make as much money as possible
