never in my life have a company messed me around so much.
item was in stock 7th of September - Canon 600d
email came through stating 7-10 dayss delivery
after 14 days chased it, constantly fobbed off with various excuses
on the 24th of September I cancelled the order
no reply. had to ring them several times
by the 4th of October I had an email saying my refund was being processed, please allow 7-10 working days to return to your account.
on the 7th of October I had this email: Please note, we have now received your goods back into our warehouse and a refund has been processed accordingly. Please allow 3-5 working days for this to show on your statement.
It's now been 10 working days, I've rang them every few days to make sure my refund is still 'being processed' - guess what; it's the 10th working day and still no refund. Apparently it will be in my bank account by 5pm.
Hahahahah yeah RIGHT, doubt I will ever see the money again.
