2 out of 3 products very good, good service, although website could be better.
Excellent choice of products, although the search function on the website could be better.
I found the service to be good, and the products were received quickly and in good order - like the ability to use Paypal.
The POR15 and Dinitrol Stone Chip have proved to be very good products, although the Eastwood Exhaust Paint was disappointing (nozzle became blocked very quickly, resulting in poor application and much of product being wasted).

THE NOT SO " FROSTY " COMPANY
I really do like buying from this company because they offer such a varied selection of excellent quality goods at competitive prices , and it is so easy to order from them , they give a very quick delivery in good strong boxes protecting the contents to avoid any damage , I would happily recommend Frost Auto restoration to anyone .

Where to start..? I first visited what is now Frost in the 60s..since then I have built quite a few cars...Bergers tin of paint..the clown and the elephant for Peter Jay..and the "flying saucer" for Jon Petwee are just some..through that time I kept coming back to frost for those few things that no one else had..Im still building after 50 years and I will still keep coming back to Frost..thanks for the service.....Pete Farries

No problem apart from a small problem!
Order went ok, but one item was not in stock, but showed in stock when I purchased it. Online it reports as being shipping but on paper invoice its reported as delayed.
I was not told how long the delayed item would take until I asked , it was then when I was informed it would be 3 weeks before I would receive the item.

good at sales back up service very very poor
On more than one occasion I have had reason to phone the customer service line to queery the spec of a product suplied. on each occasion the person answering my call could not answer the question, to further agrevate the situation I have never had a call back to discuss the problem.

Good and reliable
We only buy from Frost occasionally but we have been a customer for what must be about 15-20 years. The service is always good and the products are of high quality. The only improvement we would like to see is to be able to register through the website to be notified when a product comes back into stock.

Damn good service, it's a change these days to find it.
I have passed on your catalogue to a mate of mine, and he is very impressed with the range of products and the prices of them. good old fashion service
The service i have received from frost Auto service is what I class as good old fashioned service , this means to me getting something at a realistic price without all the hype , and that the item does what is says on the tin. PayPal payment taken, but order not processed.
After 14 days I rang the helpline.
Arrived by express delivery next day after a helpful and efficient telephone contact.

This firm was very helpful prior to my purchase and gave sound advice on which was the correct product and product size for my particular problem (a weeping petrol tank).

Marine Clean an excellent product can be thoroughly recommended.
I purchased1 litre of Marine Clean for the canvas roof of a small gipsy caravan. It had black staining caused by drip from overhanging branches. Although some staining is still evident after the clean, it has reduced it considerably and with far better resiults than achieved with ordinary household cleaners. It's just a pity that Frost don't sell a suitable mid-green canvas colour reviver to complete the job. I haven't managed to locate any such product yet.
The only downside was that postage and package at £6.00wasa expensive compared to the value of the product at £10.00 approximately.

I ordered, they delivered; more or less.
The catalogue gave sufficient detail to decide if it was the right product, and the photos help too. Ordered online by part number - that seemed to give choices (sometimes a different product, not just size and colour which was a phaff). Delivered quickly and well packed but back orders don't show status correctly on-line under my account needing a phone call which is extra time for all concerned.
