Great service, great price

Bought a 10ft trampoline. I am a bit of a best deal searcher and Fun4kids was a good £15 lower than anyone else.
Delivered when they said they would. what more do you need.

Disgustingly unacceptable customer service

I am disgusted that after 2 days use my sons birthday present no longer works and after 2 emails to your company nobody has got back to me to rectify the matter. This leads me to believe this company is not very professional and could well be illegitimate. I am very angry and my little boy very upset with this. If I don't get any reply from the company in the next week I will be enquiring with trading standards.

Not a good service.

I have not received my order if a sand pit. I have chased it up only to be inforned that if my SLIDE is not delivered to day to contact compoany again. I have let them know that I did not order a slide and I have not heard from them !

Grandchildrens wish list again

I always use Fun4kids and would recommend them to everyone,Aleays pleased with service.

Poor response to parts missing. Not willing to deal with the problem and pass the buck!

I bought my Son a climbing frame. Came to build it for his surprise birthday present and was found to have parts missing. Contacted on 2 occasions asking for a phone number rather than deal through slow reply emails and got told to go direct to the company that makes the frame and delivered it direct to myself. I pointed out that I didn't in fact but it from them but fun4kids and basically trying to sort out the missing parts myself.....to very little success at present. My sons climbing frame is sat in a pile in the back garden unable to completed!! Will never buy again or deal with this company again!!

I am sorry that there were some parts missing, this particular climbing frame is delivered direct from the manufacturer, Plum so I gave you there number as it's often quicker but I did offer to deal with it for you but I didn't hear back. Great value scooters

I bought the Micro Speed V2 scooter for my daughter through Fun4Kids. She loves it. Big wheels and speed for the bumpy school run. It arrived quickly and was clearly the best value, cost + delivery. I searched for keen prices and after sales service and I can say that Fun4Kids hit the spot.

My Daughter is very pleased with her skateboard. This arrived within the time stated and very happy with item, value for money.

Ordering was simple. Delivery was complicated.

No useful info on website about delivery. I had to chase through a couple of emails then call plum direct then deal direct with courier! Twice! If your not at home all the time it would be difficult for you to receive the product.

Play house not going to be delivered for a further 2 weeks despite placing the order 3 weeks ago Fun 4 Kids says delivery in 10 to 14 days!

Fun 4 Kids need to have accurate delivery dates on their site also need to have a contact telephone number. We would not have ordered this play house had we known about the long delivery time and for this reason and lack of contact information we would not order from this site again.

Quality products at decent prices.

The trampoline net we bought is durable and was very cheap considering how big it is. It is made of good quality materials like our previous net, but half the price. It arrived really quickly and delivery was also cheap. I have had people ask me already where I got it.

Good company with customer satisfaction high priority

Ordered a referb electric scooter, wouldn't hold a charge and had a faulty trip fuse, emailed and explained and had a response the next day. Had a replacement sent out within 24 hours. Very happy with the service and how they reacted to the issue i had.
A happy customer who would gladly use service again.

Easy to use website, very fast delivery i received my item within 2 days of ordering and I am located in the north of Scotland. Package arrived in perfect condition. I will be using fun 4 kids again and would recommend them.

Electric Scooter is a Wizz

I bought a refurbished electric scooter,I was very disappointed to say the least with the condition. It was extremley poor, bare cable sticking out on the brakes, split on the seat, wheels really bad condition. When I emailed fun4kids I was told I wasn't entitled to a refund as it was a refurbished item. I questioned this as it says very clearly on their website and description that it had a 100% refund if not happy. Ok they said. It took ages to get my refund back. My emails were answered only once every couple of days last thing in the afternoon. communication with this company is extremely poor. I will not buy from them again and overall this was an unpleasant time wasting experience.

Would be much better if you could keep customers informed of Delivery times and dates by Text.
One item arrived on the correct day and one was sent on a later day which I was not aware of.

I ordered a trampoline on Tuesday lunchtime, it was delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Fantastic speedy service, and emails checking it had arrived intact. I would certainly recommend fun4kids. The price was very competitive also. Brilliant!

Delivery fine. Needed after sales and spent two hours trying without success

Instructions were incorrect for trampoline. So had to ring after sales. Rang four times, each time put in queue for twenty five minutes, each time got to first I queue, then they cut you off. So worked it out for myself in the end.
Trampoline was good, as was delivery. Just pray you don't need their after sales people.

The scooter was at a good price for the brand and arrived in good time. It won't get used until my son's birthdayin July but looks and feels solid.

I live in yhe channel islands and have some promblems with shipping but fun4kids did a great job very quick and a great price; I will be using them again.

Excellent service, superfast delivery.

I had been looking for a replacement mat for our childrens' trampoline for several months. I had found it difficult to locate the exact size we required because the springs are only 5.5" long whereas most seem to be 7".

Fun4Kids had exactly the right mat, at a very competitive price (some websites were quoting much higher prices for their items) and it was in stock. I ordered it and it arrived within 48 hours! Brilliant - so the children have been able to use the trampoline all through the school holidays.

The purchase process was straight forward and I could not have asked for better service.

Bad!!!

Ordered a 10ft magnitude plum trampoline arrived next day at 5pm. Opened box to assemble and there are parts missing, tried phoning, Facebook and email, No Reply they are closed till Monday I assume, but it is my daughters trampoline birthday party on sunday. My daughter is in tears and I am devastated as I am a single mother who worked overtime for the trampoline and party. Both are ruined. Thank you Fun (not ) 4 kids

Great communicator

Had a few emails updating me on my orders progress, which was despatched very quickly

great product, good communication, reasonable delivery time

Product delivery specification was over a month and a half and around a week late but product is great(so far) and communication was good when I had queries about the delivery. Would reccomend to others however website should stipulate delivery time in clearer, bigger text as I didnt realise until a few weeks after I purchased item that it had a long delivery time. Alternatively you shoudnt sell items which arent in stock

Superb service AGAIN

This is my second trampoline order with Fun4Kids. Ordered, dispatched & delivered within a week to the Isle of Man! Believe me it's not easy getting things delivered to the island; let alone within a week! Had to use customer service on first order. Response was very satisfactory & prompt. Have recommended to lots of friends & family, actually think I should be on commission! Great work, keep it up.
