NOT MUCH FUN - BUT THEY USED TO BE!

FUN 4 KIDS? POSSIBLY, BUT NOT FOR ADULTS TRYING TO OBTAIN SATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY - ALL THE SADDER, BECAUSE IT USED TO BE EXCELLENT. I REPEATEDLY EMAILED THEM FROM OCTOBER 2012 ONWARDS REQUESTING A REPLACEMENT NET FOR A CHILDREN'S TRAMPOLINE, WHICH HAD BEEN VANDALISED BY NEIGHBOURHOOD YOBS. I WAS TOLD THAT THIS ITEM HAD SOLD OUT BUT FURTHER SUPPLIES WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN DECEMBER AND I'D BE NOTIFIED OF THE DATE. BY LATE DECEMBER I'D HEARD NOTHING AND EMAILED A REPEAT REQUEST, TO BE TOLD THAT THE DELIVERY DATE HAD CHANGED TO MARCH 2013. BY 18TH MARCH I'D STILL HEARD NOTHING AND IT TOOK THREE FURTHER EMAILS FROM ME TO TRACK THE ITEM DOWN, ONLY TO FIND THAT, THOUGH I'D SUPPLIED ALL DELIVERY AND PRODUCT CODES, THESE WEREN'T LISTED IN THE REPLY AND A FURTHER EMAIL REQUEST WAS NEEDED BEFORE THE REQUIRED INFO WAS GIVEN AND THE NET PURCHASED. WHAT'S GONE WRONG? THIS WAS FORMERLY7 A FIRST-RATE COMPANY TO TRADE WITH, BUT NO LONGER - AND IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM BY PHONE, ONLY BY EMAIL, WHEN THEIR REPLY OFTEN TAKES DAYS. NOT A HAPPY EXPERIENCE AND NOT GUARANTEED TO ATTRACT MY CUSTOM IN FUTURE. WHAT A PITY!

Good, quick service and good product.

Ordering is quick and easy like most websites are now these days.
The product was a bouncy castle which even through minus temperatures my 1 & 3 year olds absolutely love. Good quality and looks like it will last for hopefully a few good years.

Only negative was that I wasn't made aware of the delivery company or date which meant I missed heir first attempt of delivery.They then delivered the following day as per the card that they left.

Fabulous quick service, extremely happy with product sold to us.

Received item within a couple of days of ordering. Extremely good quality item. A very happy customer.

Excellent customer service.

We ordered an item from fun4kids that, once the order was placed, came directly from the suppliers, Smoby.

Unfortunately, the wrong item arrived. However the customer service team at fun4kids sorted out the issue incredibly quickly, giving us a part refund so that the item was still cheaper then their competitors.

With other companies, this could have been a nightmare to sort out but with fun4kids it was resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

Highly recommended.

Absolutely Fantastic.

The Rocket Electric Scooter is truly fantastic. Being a mere female I found it to be very easy putting this together and my grandaughter thinks it is out of this world, in her very own words, at 8 years old. Everything about this purchase was so easy, never having done this sort of thing before, but I wouldn't hesitate in doing something like this again. Even the delivery was spot on. Well done Fun4Kids.

Quick delivery, good email/facebook communication. I didn't want the items I bought and fun4kids offered very quick refund. They do need to put a phone number on the website though.

Outstanding Customer Service!!

Fun4Kids delivered the 10ft trampoline, on time and on the day specified and to the correct address. They communicated with me throughout the process. The trampoline itself is excellent and surpassed all expectations on quality and safety. All round a job well done. Highly recommended. Thank you!

After sales service poor

I am still waiting for a replacement defective wheel . My grandsons birthday was a disappointment !

Dead easy to put together and good value for money

Good value trampoline.

The trampoline was assembled relatively easily and is exactly as I expected. There are companies selling what appear to be similar trampolines for more than twice the price. I can't see how any trampoline can be that much better than the one I have! The quality of the materials appears to be good. I am therefore pleased with my purchase. My only critisism is the instructions. Terrible. Whoever produced them can't speak English.

First time we have used this company and unfortunately had 2 problems with our purchase.

We purchased a 10ft plum magnitude trampoline, when it was delivered I discovered that it had a 3g enclosure instead of a 4g enclosure what I ordered, I e-mailed the company and the problem was dealt with. When we began to build the trampoline a number of parts were missing so we had to e-mail again and much to the children's disappointment we have a half built trampoline in the garden and are waiting for the missing parts to be delivered, so overall we have not had a good experience really!

Disappointing

We bought a shiny red quad for our four year old for Christmas. It arrived in good time. Christmas day arrived and our son was over joyed with his present. 10 minutes after the first ride the start up and horn sound stopped working. I contacted Fun4kids that same day, reporting the problem and that we would like a replacement quad. We have had some correspondence from Garry, offering us a £30 refund or a replacement quad, I opted for a replacement. Still today 11th March 2013 we have not had a replacement quad and I have requested for a FULL REFUND. Contact with this company is shockingly bad. They are quick enough to take the money but not very helpful with refunding. We are now seeking legal advice as customer services to not respond to our emails. The quad is still under warrenty!

Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else to buy!!!!

I purchased a slide which was due to be delivered on a certain day, it didn't arrive and the currier had no record of It. I couldn't get hold of anyone at fun4 kids for a few days. Eventually they got back to me with a half hearted apology n resent the slide. Yet again it didn't arrive and get again no one got back to me again! I reordered the slide from somewhere else as it was for my daughters birthday, this one arrived on time and the slide from fun4kids arrived too. Someone contacted me an hour after it turned up! I asked to return the slide for a refund and was told it would cost me £25 to send it back. Useless company, terrible customer service. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!' Only good thing I have to say is that the product was as described!

Fast and prompt delivery. My 9 year old daughter absolutely loves her scooter.I would definitely recommend this website and will use it again in the future.

Came in two days only with one part had broken but they had this delivered later on the same day would defo buy from them again. 3 year old loves climbing frame very sturdy. Not difficult to put together just takes least four hours.

The Best Company On The Net

We ordered a climbing frame for our little ones birthday and the company got it too us next day standard if we ordered it before a certain time.

They rang us to say that the slide was cracked so they would have to get it from another depot so it arrived the working day after. My daughter loves her climbing frame and we could not say a bad word about the company.

We recommend you buy all your fun stuff for your children from these guys

I recently purchased an Italtirke. I was thrilled with the quality. I have prevsiously purhcased cheaper trikes from elsewhere that have been rather tacky and flimsy. This trike is beautifully made and sturdy.

poor service, poor quality, disappointed

I bought the flashing lights scooter mid-december for my daughter's Christmas present. The scooter came in a bashed up box with no invoice, instructions or anything. After 20 minutes use on Christmas Day the drive belt snapped. I emailed the company several times without response. When I contacted them through the website they promptly sent a replacement drive belt but no instructions. I didn't know where to start replacing it and asked for instructions. These were emailed but without pictures (which were referred to in the instructions). I asked again and was sent the pictures. I still couldnt work out how to change the drive belt and asked if the scooter could be exchanged. I was told there was nothing further the company could do as the drive belt is a consumable item. It is February 18th today, more than two months after I bought the scooter and we have used it for 20 minutes. I've been really polite and patient with this company and waited until now to complete this feedback as I was hoping they would have taken one of the opportunities to put things right.

Today I am contacting trading standards and my credit card company to see if they can help. I won't be treated like this.

Damaged goods still awaiting replacement!

The quad I ordered was delivered promptly however the packaging was badly damaged and the quad was found to be missing the rear axle and several screws, the chassis was cracked and the stickers damaged. This quad was a gift for my 4 year old who was absolutely devastated not to be able to use it! I expresses this to fun 4 kids and only received a reply after several emails. 1 week on I am still awaiting confirmation as to when I can expect to have this situation rectified. The company are not contactable by telephone and extremely slow to respond to emails. A shame when the initial delivery was prompt!

item got lost!!

i never received the item we ordered - i didn't get good customer care when i emailed to find out where my daughter's birthday present and was just told that it was with TNT - and finally heard 8 days after i had ordered it that it had gone missing. sorry - but i won't be using fun4kids again!

Red Raptor

We purchased a red raptor quad bike for my 4yr old sons xmas. I looked everywhere for a quad bike for him due to him being taller than average for his age. This one is perfect, big enough to last him for another good few years. He was absolutely delighted with it on xmas morning, we've had it out lots since xmas and the battery lasts a good time. Would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of buying one. On receiving it one of the wheels was cracked an email to the company and it was sorted asap. excellent customer service, Ordered it on the tue and received it on the wed.

We brought our son the Rocket DB350 Electric Dirt Bike - 24v Motorbike, it's a fantastic bike and our son loves it.

Speedy delivery and competitive price.

We ordered a Micro Sprite scooter for our daughter's birthday. We ordered it on the Friday and it arrived on the Monday. The price was the best we found including free delivery so I was impressed that it could be delivered so promptly. I was nearly going to order the same product through Amazon but I'm happier that I chose to go direct to fun4kids. I have since recommended the same scooter and company to a friend and they have placed an order with fun4kids.

disappointing service/ aftercare.

Car was delivered quickly however we also ordered personalised plates which we're still waiting for even though they were due a week ago. Slightly annoying that company only connectable via email.
Was brought as a present for my son's birthday but they will not be here in time despite ordering well within the expected delivery time.
