order razor scooter which arrived damaged. i had to request return on website by email as no telephone number for me to ring. still havent had a reply on how im supposed to return faulty scooter. the other scooter i ordered is also damaged. Not happy at all with customer service of this company. Took my money quick enough then dont want to know

Ordered my scooter on Saturday afternoon, it arrived on Tuesday. I could not be at home for the delivery day, but because I could track it I left a note to the courier and it was taken to my neighbour. No need to contact customer services, everything arrived as expected.
I bought this bike for my grandson's birthday and he is thrilled with it. He had to put it together with his friends but the instructions were clear so he had it up and running in no time. The bike was easy to order and the company kept me in touch by e-mail on how the delivery was progressing. The bike arrived the day that was promised so all in all, i'm happy with this company and I have one very happy grandson.
When you come across something new, the first thing you turn to is reviews of peoples experience. Well I have to say the reviews were very good but I still had doubts. All those doubts were put aside after I spoke to customer Services who assured me that my order would be dispatched as soon as it arrived as this was a Pre-order item.
They did not disappoint, I have to say I am pleased and assured that there extended returns period to cover people buying early for Christmas is a welcomed addition.
I have not assembled the item yet (christmas present obviously) and that is the only reason I have not gone for 5 stars.
So far i have nothing to complain about........They only thing I would suggest is the contact number is not easy to find and that Customers may be put off buying on-line when it seems difficult to contact the company.
Overall I would say So far So Good
I would not hesitate to recommend this company, service wonderful, quality of product
wonderful and total value for money. A company that has been a joy to purchase from.

Item arrived after long wait, too late for Grandson's birthday despite being ordered well before. Colour we really wanted no longer available. Box damaged. Delivery driver did not want to wait while item checked, but was made to. Did not realise this was a self-assembly item! Scratches on base.. Small nuts etc rolling around loose inside box - hope everything is actually all there, and that I can put the thing together and it works. We shall see.
Absolutely horrendous customer service I had recieved, I was given false information of delivery timescales, I was promised the item would arrive by a certain date when it was not. Dishonesty= customer dissatisfaction.
There was a delay with my order through no fault of customer service. When I needed to know how the order was progressing you were all very helpful. I did prefer to speak to customer service on the phone rather than sending messages through your web page as sometimes I like to know straight away any queries I might have. Overall a good shopping experience. I queried delivery times via email prior to ordering so that I could ensure I was available to receive the order and I got a prompt response from Garry via email. I ordered the product expecting next day delivery. The product didn't arrive as expected and I only found out why by contacting TNT delivery. There was no obvious telephone number to contact fun4kids to query the non delivery so I emailed. I got a prompt response apologising but they had had a power cut the day before and my order had not been put out for delivery. Understandable, but it would have been a 5star review had fun4kids contacted me to let me know. I had to arrange further time off work to receive the order the following day.

I ordered a rocket electric scooter last october it worked for one day only I tried and tried to contact the company with no joy my son was very dissapointed I recently ordered a rocket belt to try and solve problem which again helped for 2 to 3 hrs then unfortunatley stopped working I would never order from this site again as there is never any correspondence and it leaves dissapointed children. Delivery is very quick hope this reaches someone who actually gives a damm thanks.
Myself and my Daughters Mother-in-Law decided to treat two of our Grandchildren to a Trampoline and after a lot of looking at safety- value (very good)-looks and materials used decided on this Trampoline which we have all been very impressed with it is strong -good materials,easy to put together when you follow the instructions and the safety aspects that we wanted are all there.It also looks good up being blue it sits well in the garden,most of all the children love it.
Purchased electric scooter as present for nephew. Nothing but trouble. I had to make alterations even though I am not a mechanic. Every time he rides it something else drops. last week the front wheel worked loose and dropped off. Am again told a replacement will be sent. Still waiting................
I have purchased three items from this company and each time I have been very pleased with the toys. My grandchildren love the bikes and ride-ons. The after sales service when one of my grandchildren lost a part from hes scooter they replaced the part with no problem pity other companies cannot do the same.I definitely will shop with Fun4kids again
I found the experience very frustrating when trying to get a replacement quad because the state of the first one.
The customer service department was very unhelpful, and I felt very unsatisfied with the way my complaint was dealt with.
Even though I have received a replacement quad the over all condition is poor so I feel like the experience was a waste of time and money.

I ordered a bouncy castle for my daugther's birththday and it arrived 2 days after placing the order online. I paid by PayPal and didn't get charged until 4 weeks later as part of the customer satisfaction guarrantee. Fantastic product, very easy and quick to inflate! From the retail price to what I paid for my sons jeep was over £100 of a difference which helped me out a lot. I ordered on Wednesday night and it was deliverd by the Friday which I think is amazing plus we got his own personilised number plate which is so cute I have already told others of my experience and recommended ur company
Wanted s slide for our son's birthday in November. Not much call for slides for the time of year so went on line. . Found fun4kids, found the right slide. Click bought arrived within the same week. .
