John at F18 couldn't have been more helpful, really appreciated his help in surprising my hubby with his present! I had never used F18 before, knew nothing about them, but after this super service, it is definitely a store and website I will keep an eye on and most importantly, I will feel totally confident in buying from them, knowing I will get exactly what was described and it will be delivered on time too!

Never experienced such first class service!
Firstly the order process was efficient and easy to use
Secondly I placed my order by mid day and the order was confirmed for the following day with both email and text messages to confirm exact window of delivery between 08:22 and 09:22.
Finally able to track the delivery, who signed for it and what time.
This service is not the type I'm used to especially with amount of parcels that must go through the system due to other online services and it was free delivery due to ordering over £100.
Would more than recommend!

I bought a pair of Ecco shoes that I was unwilling to wear in the bad winter weather. When I did get round to wearing them, they ripped my heels to bits...twice!! Upon checking, Ecco's shoe sizing is different to say Nike's.
I contacted F18, who then liaised with Ecco and managed to secure a full credit note against replacement shoes..a great result.
Thanks to John for all his efforts
I would not hesitate to use Function 18 again or recommend them to friends.
