We still use Royal Mail for 60% of our deliveries, which tend to be the lower value, 2-3 day delivery schedule orders. Unfortunately though, due to their lack of customer service we cannot use them for any high value/priority orders.
The premium Interlink service we use for all next day deliveries, is, for our business, imperious. It's evident from the host of 5 star reviews we've received that the main factor is the speed of delivery and communication offered by Interlink; an email and text message to confirm the exact hour's delivery window and instant options to amend. From a company perspective their customer service is also excellent, mainly due to their ability/willingness to contact their drivers in the event of a delay, mishap or simply incorrect address information. For these reasons we cannot use Royal Mail for any priority deliveries, as they offer none of the above. However if there is an issue with the interlink service in your area then we will happily ship any future orders with Royal Mail; just leave a note in the comments section of your order, it'll be no trouble.
