I’m aware that John in customer service contacted you on Monday morning with confirmation that the refund for £61.99 was processed on the 13th August, as is corroborated by the Amazon account.
I can only think that any delay between the processing of your refund and the monies reimbursing your account will be down to an expiry date on the card you have registered with Amazon. That being the case they should have contacted you requesting the new information.
Hopefully any issues you may have encountered concerning your Amazon account are now resolved and your thoughts on the service provided by Function18 are much improved.
