Quickly shipped, quality packed product

Very impressed by the speed of delivery, no quibble refund.
I ordered a couple of items, they arrived really quickly, however I ordered an item that was too big, sent it back, and the refund was processed within a couple days of me sending it back.
Internet shopping is generally painless, until you have to send something back, as a rule I never fill in these surveys, but I was really impressed with how easy it was get my refund procssed, no chase up phone calls or emails required, that I thought I should share my experience.

I purchased some items recently and some didn't work out. John Daly took great care of me and set me up with a voucher code that included free shipping for my next purchase. I live in the US, so shipping is pricey. I was able to find another product that I love and I really appreciate what he did for me. If you want high end luxury golf apparel this is the place to go. I bought an item on line and when it arrived it wasn't what I expected.i read the back of the invoice that came with it , and followed the returns policy. I received a full refund within 5 days of returning the item, very pleased with the service.

Outstanding service!!
This is my first experience of buying from F18.
A couple of the items I bought needed to be changed to a different size and one item had part of it missing. Not their fault may I add, it was down to misinformation from the supplier. However, John has been fantastic, he called me to update me with my order and my returns. They honoured the accessory that the advert stated and has sent it out for me to receive within 24 hours.
I will without doubt buy all of mine and my husbands golf wear from F18 from now on.
It's easy to find fault with a service, but honestly, my experience was faultless.
I'm a happy customer :-)

Item not quite as the website shows (there is red check also on the trousers which can't be seen on the online picture), however great product, and super quality.

In the whole, brilliant
I ordered a pair of Nike TW13 shoes, I was informed of their every step by email, and any problems I had were sorted by an extremely helpful man called John. The shoes were the wrong size, and I re-ordered again, I was again informed about the refund, and it was credited back to my account very quickly, I was upset with the returns policy in as much as I thought I would be entitled to a refund on my postage, as stated on their website, but there must be some tiny detail I got wrong??!!

Thanks for your positive review. I must say that whilst the returns policy is accurate in what it states, there is a sentence that it is now very misleading. As you paid no carriage on either delivery there is nothing to refund; the misleading part being that, as we no longer charge carriage on any delivery, this sentence is not required and only serves to confuse matters. It was left in as a fail safe for if and when we decided to reinstate carriage charges. As we have no plans to do so, I would argue that any reference to the refund of carriage charges is defunct and should be removed, something I will strive to action after the weekend.

Just received my footjoy icons ordered last week (i live in perth WA) so 6 day turnaround, brilliant!
Living in Perth we get stuck with second rate clothing usually either in blue or white. Function 18 is like being a kid in a candy store and i will shop there again and again
