money taken, no product, no emails why, no response to email, telephone calls, or the internal system messaging service.
I have used this company several times and have always had very prompt delivery of my order. Excellent customer service, and good value for money.
I have had no trouble with this company, ordered quite a lot of costumes from them, and they have all been fantastic quality and I am really impressed with the speed of the delivery, received next day.

Beware before ordering goods from this company. I placed an order on the 10th March 2012 in good faith. Money taken upfront. Received e-mail to say goods were out of stock & would take another 7-14 day from supplier.
I gave this company the benefit of the doubt. Surprise, surprise - my order still has not been delivered (2 months later) My e-mails have not been answered and I have not received a refund as yet. Just wished I had checked out reviews about this company before placing an order. Very disappointing & very disappointing for my little boy (order was for him)
I tried to get 2 outfits for my son's birthday and was told online that there was stock. Payment taken immediately. Received email saying no stock and would I like a refund to which the answer was yes. Since that date (over 2 weeks ago) I have had no response despite many emails and phone calls (NEVER answered - no answer machine either). I have now contacted the Guernsey Police Fraud unit following some advice and am hopeful that this will result in a full refund. Awful. Do not ever buy from this site.

Good quality product. Good Price. Very poor customer service. Ordered 3 costumes. 5 day service. waited 7 days, not able to contact on phone despite numerous attempts. Sent sales several emails with no answer. Eventually pulled all emails off site, and said I would report fraud if no response. Very quick reply. Apparently waiting for stock. Sent 2 emails asking for it to be sent to new address due to wait. Both ignored neither replied to, sent to original address after 12 days causing further problems.
nowadays a website that allows a customer to buy, pay, and then tells them two days later that the item they have purchased isn't available and they will have to wait ten days before they are able to re-stock is just pathetic. If they have no stock they shouldn't take your money.
