Very poor customer service

4 weeks and still not received my furniture, very poor customer service. They didn't let me know that there was a delay on my furniture. Not compensating me in any way for the wait. I arranged a dinner party for the time when the dining set was going to arrive and then had to cancel it due to the order not arriving. Due to furn on I have lost a lot of money! Will definitely not be ordering with them again!
