HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE PRODUCT!!!

I was shoping on the Furnisho website and stumbled on a deep red Le Corbusier 3 seater sofa and ordered it immediately. Upon receiving it I was very disappointed at the quality of the sofa. The leather was of a very poor grade, and it had to be the most uncomfortable sofa ever! The seat cushions were hard and not fit for use in a home. On top of that the colour of the sofa delivered was a bright red colour- not in the same deep red shade as advertised on their website. I bought this sofa as part of a colour scheme in my home and it does not work at all for me.

All in all, the sofa had to go back so I immediately called Furnisho to complain and they had nothing to say about the poor quality of the sofa but was told they are not responsible for the variance in the colour of their furniture and blamed it on my computer monitor!

They said they would happily refund me but I had to send an email to their returns department to formally request the return. 4 days later I got a response saying I could return the sofa but they would charge a £100 return processing fee!

I was sent a poor product of a different colour shade to what I ordered but had to pay £100 for my trouble! I will never use Furnisho again and I will heavily campaign against anyone using them. They are a SCAM! They sell inferior products and hold your money to ransom by deducting exorbitant fees to process a refund.

The reclining chair fitted the bill perfectly and also at a reasonable price.

Ordered chairs at 4pm Friday - delivered 10am Saturday. Really helpful on the phone. Chairs are exactly as expected and great value.

Nice design BAD EXPERIENCE

Got a sofa bed and the stands were not logical to attach. They provided screws but no space/hole to screw into. I tried using an hammer to attach and the soft wood inside the sofa broke. Called Furnisho to replace and was told it was my fault.

What do you say to that??

Great product speedy delivery

Bought a faux leather Ottoman bed. Product was of good quality, took about 2 hours to assemble but relatively straightforward. Impressed with the next day delivery.

Fantastic.

Brought a pair of funcky stools from Furnishou. I got to say was really worried because they were so cheap. That they would turn out to be poor quality. I order them on Sunday, got a call on Monday to say the colour I chose was out of stock, (not a problem for me). I then choose another colour. The stools were delivered on Tuesday. I was totally amazed with the super fast delivery service. The stools were easy to set and look absolutely fantastic. Will defiantly be buying more stools from them.

I will never shop with furnisho again, their level of customer service is zero. After several emails I still didn't get any help at all and only hope they will listen to my recommendations to put actually on the product page that they don't deliver to customers flat doors only kerbside which is absolutely ridiculous, I am sure I'm not the only disabled customer not to have read this correctly and then to be spoken to by the driver with such disrespect, and finally to be told I would have to pay £40.00 for it to be taken back because he wouldn't bring it in! Unbelieveable. All I can say is furnisho I won't be recommending you to anyone but tnt who they used to deliver it were fantasticwhen I rang them they sent it out with a different driver and kept ringing me until I had received it he even unpackaged it for me service second to none guess you could take lessons from them!

I ordered 2 dining chairs which arrived and are good quality for the price,
I paid. Being unsure about internet buying of such an item, i can honestly
say that Furnisho delivered on time, answered all my queries and were efficient
in sorting out any queries i had regarding the delivery day. I had been quoted Mon
for delivery, but had a days holiday booked for Weds so wanted to change the delivery to Weds, I emailed my contact, who sorted this out the same day, and he
e-mailed me back to say that he had changed it. I think communication and keeping the customer informed is very important.
So I would reccommend FURNISHO to my friends & colleagues should there be anything they require of this nature.

The chair missed a few of the details of the original (such as silver screws on the legs where the original has black) but good value for money and the next day delivery was perfect.

I got my order fast, but I was not informed about the delivery date and time, so it was good fortune that I was at the house since we do not live there yet. They did not unwrap my order and even left the pallet with me.

great company and service

We ordered 5 chairs at a very good price, after we compared many shops and eshops. We received the goods within 48 hrs - free of charge- . And when after unfortunately one of the the chairs was damaged on arrival I contacted furnisho for a replacement, it was processed immediately and a new chair was with us within 48 hrs... In these complicated circumstances it shows really what customer service a company has. We will definitely use them again.

Its not Furnishos fault that the delivery people they rely on told a fib that nobody was in my house, which actually there was all day..

Product arrived safely and in good condition, i'm very pleased with the bed... just in case I didn't see it, but you have to order before 2 to get the next day delivery...
I will be buying a sofa from this company soon... highly recommend it...

Just bought 2 bar stools from Furnisho. Thought they might be rather flimsy as they were about 1/10th of the price of similar styles elsewhere but they're really good and sturdy. We had to wait a couple of weeks for stock to arrive but once Andy rang to say they were back in stock, they were delivered within the week. Really good quality and service.

We were pleased with the 2 bar stools. The price was great. They were so easy to assemble, & delivery time was excellent!

Inferior quality product, good service

The stools were low cost, however despite this we would not expect to recieve a product of such inferior quality. They were simply not fit for purpose, arriving with marked seats, rusty frames and broken components. We waited 14 weeks for delivery and were left trying to source 12 stools from an alternative source a week before we were due to ship them to Milan for a trade exhibition which was not an easy situyation in which to find ourselves.
We understand that these were made in China and shipped over here, I would urge you to do better checks on your suppliers and the quality of the materials that they are using, in addition to checking them for quality prior to shipping them out to your customers, how they could have left your warehouse for us in the condition that they were in is beyond me.

Fast and easy ordering.

No problem ordering or receiving goods when told they would arrive however sofabed packaging was quite damaged on arrival which to be fair could probably happened in transit. I did sign for goods but upon opening found two small tears on my faux leather sofabed. Did not have chance to check before delivery driver left and was told by him he was not supposed to carry goods in but as I was female on my own he did bring sofa inside the house door for me and then promptly left. To be honest I couldn't be bothered with hassle of contacting furnisho about damage to sofabed and as it was in area not really seen I did not contact them so cannot comment on their after sales service.

Great prices plus free fast delivery and great customer service, we bought a faux leather sofa bed, upon delivery the box looked a little battered but hey i wasnt buying the box, upon opening the box well packaged and the sofa bed looked better than the pictures..Hmm no leg's phoned them up quick answer check pocket under sofa for leg's checked still no legs phoneed again fast answer explained they took item number and pronised to post them out to me next day delivery, next day comes and so does the missing leg's..Very helpful and polite customer service seemed very apologetic and eager to please and the missing legs are the only reason they dont get 5 stars..
would deffo use again and again..

Cheap for a reason

Was delivered incredibly quickly which I was very impressed with.

The sofa is incredibly uncomfortable and poor quality, however it is for my office so looks nice which is all I wanted it to do.

But as a sofa bed I wouldn't be sleeping on it anytime soon!

We bought a sofa bed and comparing with others competitors, we recommend Furnisho. From all the articles advertised in the site they have the best value-price relation. The delivery is super fast. The only step-back is not having all the article available, some of them were out of stock.

the base of chair and foot stall were both damaged but took photos and sent photos via email after a couple of phone calls and e mails was sorted and I ended up keeping the chair at a reduced price. Now very happy.
