What we ordered was delivered in a box quite literally held together with sellotape, and on closer inspection I could see through the gaps in the box that the upholstery was damaged. It was later confirmed by Mark in CS that the depot were aware of the state of the box when it left them - NOT OK!
These big boxes were delivered to me and put in my very slim hall way and I had no choice but to sign for them as the delivery man made it clear he wasn't hanging around. Firstly this was a huge issue as I had had a hip operation the day before and wasn't in any way to argue the toss, even though it was almost impossible to get out of my front door.
On inspection I saw all the damage and contacted your customer service team immediately. I provided them with photographic evidence and informed them of the lack of space I had be left with and also told them of my current disability.
I did receive correspondence from the team but it would be at 1 email per day an no attempt to phone me and resolve the issue with any urgency. Eventually we were left at a stale mate (after a week) as I had my mother coming to stay for 2 months, which is what our purchase was for.
The fact that they asked me what I would suggest I should have as compensation and when I told them they offered me nowhere near what I suggested as compensation, 50% discount, was infuriating. I was also willing to give it back with a full refund but they weren't willing to organize a courier to pick up the item at a convenient time for me, i.e. at the weekend not during my work hours on a week day. This kept on going backwards and forwards between my self and one CS member as he would take my comments on board then have to go and speak to his manager then phone me back half a day, a day later. I asked repeatedly to speak with the manager so the issue could be resolved quicker as I had no more time to be dealing with this ridiculous situation but apparently this wasn't an issue.
In the end I had no choice but to keep the thing as the communications had taken so long and I couldn't have my mother sleeping on a floor. I later saw that I was granted the 50% discount which is, to be completely honest is the very least that I could have been given for a substandard product along with the utter inconvenience that I was put through.
The moral of the story, when you are given such facts that your company has failed the customer get a decision maker to phone them and come to a resolve immediately.
Deeply disappointed with the hole affair.
I have shopped plenty of times online and had some bad expriences , but shopping with Furniso was easily the best , I called to enquire about an out of stock item was told exactly when the item would be back in stock ,so I bought the item (reserved it ) and was told when the item would be with me to the nearest 2 hours . it was ! considering I live in Aberdeen . I was very impressed . will definitely be shopping again with Furnisho .and I have also recommended Furnisho to all my friends and family .
was supposed to be a next day delivery but never happened driver failed to deliver the complete package and had to come back - cannot track order like amazon and no communication at all with van driver ,
apart from that the staff are polite and helpful - and the bed frame is perfect ,
and furnisho did refund me ten percent as compensation for having to sit in all day for nothing ,should have been a bit more under the circumstances ,
I have had the worse experience ever with the delivery company you choose to use!
Expected delivery Monday 25 November,
As per TNT website, item delivered in good condition at 11.20am,
at 6.20pm I spoke to TNT who stated the item had been returned to depot due to damage, I had made 4 previous calls during the day trying to track down my delivery, as I was worried the item had been delivered to the wrong address.
The item is a bed, we had taken our old bed to pieces expecting delivery!
No one has contacted me prior to me having to make contact to chase where the delivery had got to.
Got home Tuesday to a card from TNT trying o deliver 3 parts of the delivery, again no one had contacted me previously to confirm they would be trying.
We chose Monday for delivery as someone was able to be at the property all day, next available day for us was Saturday 30 November,
To say I am a very unhappy customer is probably an understatement!
May be time to pick a new delivery team, one who could contacted a customer to confirm they are on their way with the delivery
Had to wait a while as my item was out of stock but every time I asked for a update it was always promptly answered. When it did arrive in the depot it was delivered to me very quickly. Have recommended the company to all my friends
I ordered 7 chairs, and to be honest i didn't expect them to be great quality because of the price. I was proved wrong, and am genuinely happy with the items i have received, Top quality.
Super fast delivery too! Will be buying lots more.

I ordered a sofa bed and 2 swivel recliner chairs with stools on a Sunday evening.
Emails and a phone call kept me up dated, and told me when they would be delivered.
They were all delivered before 2pm the following Friday.
A bit awkward to put together on my own but managed it okay. Just to impatient to wait for Husband to get home from work.
For price they look okay, will have to wait and see how well they last.
Very pleased with the quality once put together. I had a problem getting screws into the seat base but the Furnisho team were excellent and had a replacement despatched immediately having had it checked out beforehand. Good price as well!!
I've wanted a Barcelona chair for a while, so me and my partner got looking, after a week of searching the web for what seemed like hundreds of retailers of this chair we came across furnisho. At first I was sceptical due to low prices they offer however I called them up and was very impressed by the information provided on the product. I had come across 3 or 4 different sellers before which were selling the same chair at double the price but they didn't really give me a detailed description of what they were offering and how it was any better than say furnisho's chair. I spoke to Mark, who was very polite and helpful, he knew I had a budget and even informed me of the variance and different grades I can expect to find in the market place. What's even more incredible is that delivery was quick (within 5 days) and not only that - 2 delivery men brought the chair into my study and even took the packaging away. The chair itself is exactly as described and sits perfectly in our home. I have already recommended furnisho to a number of friends and family and advise anyone looking for good quality reproduction furniture to give these guys a call!
I've ordered 4 white Eames DSW chairs from Furnisho. After a very good and quick e-mail session about the specifications of the products, I've ordered via the website. The chairs arrived very quickly (ordered on the 15th arrived on the 19th, even in Belgium). The products very securely wrapped. The chairs are superb. The right off-white color, the right curvy shape: you couldn't tell them apart from their 10x more expensive counterparts. They are very sturdy and look very durable. Also, very complete: included for every chair were rubber rings to make the connection between frame and seat very smooth. Even little felt pieces to stick below the feet are included. Needless to say, I'm a very happy customer and will be ordering soon again!
I found the website very easy to use, ordering was easy with excellent email correpondence to show the progress, the only down side was the wrong legs arrived and it took a while to get through on the telephone which seems strange when they are very efficent in all apects to business and supply. A replacement set of legs arrived next day and the items look perfect, more than happy
I ordered 2 bar stools which arrived the next day, unfortunately when I came to assemble them one of the plastic seats had a crack in it. I sent an email with photos of the damage and received a prompt reply to say a replacement seat would be sent out. I received this the following day. A very quick delivery and prompt replacement of damaged item, very pleased with purchase, look great in the kitchen.
I ordered 6 Zola oatmeal dining chairs and they were delivered 3 days later. The chairs were lovely and just as they looked online. Unfortunately 1 chair had marks on it. I contacted Furnisho and they requested that I send them a photograph of the damaged chair, which I did straight away. I got an immediate response to say that they were sorry and that another chair would be despatched to me. Within 5 days another chair was delivered and was to my satisfaction. I would have no concerns about ordering anything from this company and will certainly recommend them to my friends and family.
The bed took about 6 hours to build.
The so called instructions are next to useless,it misses ALOT out and makes you undo what you have done.
Tried to contact company multiple times with no luck or email replies.
After buying the bed i found the exact same one on their ebay shop for £50 cheaper.
I would like my £50 back please!

Found on website by a google search as looking for a cheap chair for the bedroom. Totally new to buying from this website but will deffo again. I expected my order to take a few days on the delivery option I chose but it was NEXT DAY! It was also tracked next day so I was able to get on with things without waiting in all day. I only purchased a chair, which btw was perfect and just was I needed. I posted on Facebook that I was looking forward to my chair and even got a reply there. Service was 100%
I wouldnt touch this company with a barge pole again the sofa bed i ordered was completely different to the one delivered and i tested it out on the 1st night of getting it and one of the legs broke within minutes of laying down and i only weigh 10 stone.... for a show sofa lovely ... for use cheap flimsy and uncomfortable
The website is stable and easy to use. The products are good and priced well. I have told about 8 people about this site and I have only used it once. My new dining chairs look fab! I really liked the courier they used to send the delivery - I got a txt and I got the option to deliver to a neighbour - that is service!
We are very pleased with our breakfast bar stools, They are of a good quality and a bargain at the price. We have already looked at other products on this site and are looking at making a future purchase before the year end. Would recommend this site to our friends and family.
