Definately not next day delivery, unhelpful staff who can't tell you where the mattress or Item is, can't even be bothered to observe your name properly or take an order number, as they can't be bothered to help you. Still awaiting delivery and shall be taking this matter further if the last delivery time was yet again a lie.
I spent 540.00 on a bed with them it stated next day delivery that was not the case. The mattress came 3 days after ordering then the bedframe week after. Their customer service after care is none existent to contact them you have to call the order line or they wont answer, when they did they were very rude and not helpful at all.

We were very happy with our order. The beds that we purchased are very comfortable and are excellent value for money. We also bought some leather dining chair which we would also recomend as they too are very comfortable and simple to assemble and are high quality. All our goods were delivered on time and our order was handled very professionaly. Would deffinately go back to purchase furniture again from furniture 247
Ordered a bed and mattress for a disabled lady. Base had to be made so had to wait a few days, fair enough. When it came to delivery I spoke to someone several times in the day and was assured it would arrive. Last spoke at five to say it hadn't arrived, again told that it could be up to six o clock. Are you sure it will arrive today I asked, yes yes they replied. Gone 7, bed hasn't arrived, phones now not being picked, I'm left with disabled lady with to bed to sleep on. Absolutely appalling! Wish I'd read reviews before I ordered.
Update: at 4pm I was told the bed would be delivered by 6. This morning I was toldthe bed has not been delivered to their warehouse yet and is still being made. It will be maybe on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Why was I lied to all day yesterday? It would have been quite simple to explain there was a delay and not have me arranging a group of carers, someone to wait in all day from 9-7, and leave a disabled lady in discomfort all night. I still haven't had a call back from a manager or a director for an explanation, despite various assurances that 'my manager will call you, that's all I can do". I see someone had the time to respond here but not the courtesy to call me.
A great company to deal with from the first contact with them till the sofa was proudly sitting in my front room having been delivered when was promised.

I came across this website, looking for a solution for my son's night time accidents. So I saw a waterproof mattress I thought would be a good idea, so I went ahead & ordered it, received a confirmation email. I made the order on a thursday, thinking I would have received a phone call or email telling me when delivery would be, no nothing. I had to phone to find out that delivery would be Monday of the next week. The guy on the phone was at all helpful or forthcoming. The courier service the company uses was so much more helpful, received emails to say when they would be delivering, between what time, and even calling me to let me know how far away they were.
With all this said it would have been a much better experience if the guy who answered the phone, didn't sound like he wasn't bothered!!!!
I purchased two single beds with matresses. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding the different types of matresses, and the quality and robustness of the beds. My order arrived punctually and I was well updated as to its arrival. The beds are very comfortable!!!! I would buy from this company again.

After one night's sleep on it, I knew I had made a friend for life.

thank you for giving us the chance to say thank you. we have been searching for ages for an incontinence mattress for my elderly aunt, we have been through so many mattresses in the last year. I was recommended furntiure247 by a work colleague. I called up and the sales person was very knowledgeable on the products and gave good advice. we ordered last Wednesday and it came the next day. I was very impressed. I can't speak more highly of them
We spent about £500 with these guys. All items were delivered late. The bunk beds were in a shocking state.
If you read the T&C's you'll see that you are responsible for the cost of returning goods regardless of whatever state they send them to you.
99% of the time, we'll thoroughly check out a company trading online before placing an order. On this occasion, due to a house move and a desperate need for beds for our children (in a nutshell - very distracted), we didn't do our homework.
To be honest we expected this company to default on the order and not deliver. To get our stuff we found that we had to make at least 20 phone calls to their offices, along with a series of e-mails that hinted that we had started a recovery process. The bulk of those interactions resulted in this company being very rude and very defensive.
This particular company was about a day away from us hitting them with a small claim for our monies. I'll go as far as saying that I had put together the claim documentation and just merely had to finalise the process.
Thankfully they delivered what we ordered, albeit with one item in a terrible state. In reflection, we rather accept something than nothing at all.
All of the above represents our experience. It absolutely doesn't mean it will be the same for you.
Do not consider using them. They are hugely unprofessional, customer service doesn't exist, they took payment and after three months still have not delivered anything. Needless to say they will not return any money and I've had to refer it to a solicitor for assistance.

Furniture247 is a truly awful company. I ordered a wardrobe from them in April. Their website did not say it wasn't in stock. They charged my card. I chased them for delivery, at which point they told me it wasn't in stock and they didn't know when it would be. I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money. I then didn't receive my refund. Then started a very frustrating process of trying to get my money back. Emails are not replied to, phones are often not answered and messages are not responded to. When phones are answered whoever i speak to denies they can authorize a refund and they are spectacularly unhelpful at directing me to someone who can. On one occasion the person who answered the phone told me they were "the temp who does cleaning and stuff". The worst customer experience I've had. I would strongly recommend that anybody who values their cash in their pocket and their sanity does not go anywhere near this company.
