Money was taken 15 days past a credit note was give... a different item invoiced for delivery
The customer service don't answer and it is 0870.... which is a super expensive premium number which lines Furnitureatwork's pockets. Company took money for Vegas Glass Workstation £69 and sent invoice 29/Dec/09 to us, they then sent an credit note on 12/Jan for the money taken. They would not answer the sale/customer service phone number. They now have sent us a invoice for a different desk, Kaleidoscope Glass Desk...? at the same price as Vegas Glass Workstation.... without our consent, with different specs and is listed at £59 on their website. Since the company is not responding we have asked HSBC to invistigate.

Totally incompetent
Money was taken immediately after my order was entered via their website. . Delivery was supposed to be within 5-10 working days. After 30 working days of emails and attempted phone calls, I still had no idea when my items would be delivered so I cancelled the order. A refund is expected in 7-10 working days.
It was a very frustrating experience, as no-one answers the Customer Services phone line and when you get through on the Sales phone line they quickly put you into the same Customer Services queue.
